This research studied necessary digital Interior Design education and certification formality for Dept. of Interior Design students' percentage of employment raising and competitive power elevation of industry by the support of 2005 junior college finance support business from the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. Contents of this research is built from joint research by vender of software, which has the highest distribution and preference rate of digital Interior Design related software in industry, and The Korea Digital Architecture and Interior Association, and Daeduk college. The necessary certification standard and course-ware for employment of graduates were developed. There are descriptions for students' needs on digital Interior Design related practical application ability that can receive authentication, And made out education schedule as well as contents so that execution of authentication and education may be possible.
친환경 건축의 통합설계를 위한 건축 계획적 접근방법에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 자연적 조절방법을 사용하는 건축물을 생태건축으로, 물리적 조절방법을 사용하는 건축물을 지속가능한 건축으로 나누어 보았다. 생태건축은 지역의 미기후를 분석하고 대지의 조건을 적극적으로 활용하며 채광과 자연환기를 통하여 실내 환경을 조절한다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 지속가능한 건축은 자원과 에너지의 재활용과 재사용을 통하여 건축자원의 순환과정을 통하여 실내 환경을 조절하는 것이다. 그러므로 자연적 순환 방식에 설비시스템 그리고 구조시스템이 유기적으로 통합디자인이 되는 경우가 많다. 특히 차양 장치와 이중 외피 시스템은 건축물의 구조시스템과 결합되어 형태적으로 특징 있는 외피를 가질 수 있다. 현대 건축물들은 구성요소들이 체계적인 시스템 통합과정을 통하여 요구되는 실내 환경과 외부 형태를 만들어 내고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 친환경 건축물도 자연적 조절 방식과 더불어 구조 및 설비시스템이 통합되어 발전하는 경향을 가지며 자원과 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 대안 건축으로 의미를 가진다고 할 수 있다.
디지털 설계교육을 위한 디지털 건축모형제작 기술 적용에 대한 연구

Ever since the local interior and architecture design industry adopted Digital fabrication modeling tool for its design operation in early 1990's, working environment has been changing. The Purpose of study is to analyze the digital Architecture fabrication modeling for digital design education in academy course. Digital Design Tools, Digital Space and Form, Digital Materiality and Digital Production. The Digital fabrication modeling is and important role in a traditional design process and digital design process. It is comprised of digital input devices(3D digitizer, 3D design tools) and digital output devices(cutting plotters, laser cut, CNC machines, 3D printers). Digital input devices can be shift a traditional design process to digital design process. Digital output devices are the principle of digital fabrication by CAD/CAM. Also, the result of this study provide the fundamental data for physical resources and digital design curriculum in KAAB
건축 기획 BIM의 공간 프로그래밍 단계에서 발주자 의사결정지원을 위한 물량예측 방법론에 관한 연구 -건축마감을 중심으로-

건설 프로젝트는 최근 대형화, 복잡화 되는 변화를 겪고 있다. 이에 따라, 건설 프로젝트 각 단계별로 생성하고 관리하는 정보의 양이 방대하여 일관되고 통합된 데이터 관리에 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 건설 프로젝트의 변화로 인하여, 논리적이고 체계적인 방법을 통한 통합 데이터 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그 해결책으로, BIM(Building Information Modeling), 즉, 프로젝트 생명주기 동안 정보의 통합 관리를 위한 새로운 패러다임이 신중히 고려되어 왔다. 또한, 조달청은 한국 원화 500억 이상의 프로젝트를 2012년부터 BIM을 적용하도록 발표했다. 그러나 기획과 유지관리 단계에서 BIM을 적용하고 데이터를 관리하는 것에 관한 연구와 개발이 부족한 실정이다. 기획단계에서 개념 설계모델은 프로젝트의 규모, 형태, 예산을 고려한 주요 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 만들어진다. 기획단계에서 BIM을 적용하여 건물의 예산을 정하기 위하여 시공 시에 사용될 건축 재료의 양을 추정하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문는 공간 프로그래밍 단계에 초점을 두었기에 우선적으로 건축 기획 BIM의 프로세스의 이해를 위해 설명한다. 마지막으로, 본 논문은 건축 기획 BIM에 기반한 공간 프로그래밍 단계에서 발주자의 의사결정을 지원하기 위해 각 공간의 부위별 유형 선택을 통한 건축마감 재료의 양을 예측하는 개념적인 프로세스를 제안한다.
르 꼬르뷔제의 1920년대 주택작품에 나타난 비례체계에 관한 연구

This thesis aims at understanding Le Corbusier's architecture through study of proportion. Based on the analysis of these texts, four elements - geometry in the outline, diagonal regulation lines in the facade, arithmetic rhythm in the structure, composition in the inner space - were listed. Through these four proportional systems. ten houses of 1920's, designed by Le Corbusier were analysed. The Le Corbusier's proportional system can be classified by two different purposes ; aesthetics and utility standardization for the mass production was reflected. In the later period, the proportion system of 1920's has changed through the process of self-contradiction. But the concept of the golden section and the human scale was reflected on Modulor, which Le Corbusier created in 1940's. Therefore, Le Corbuiser's notion of proportion for harmony of architecture has consistent meaning throughout all of his works from the 1920's.
공공도서관 프로그램에 따른 공간사용방법 및 사용자 요구도

This study examined the programs of public library and the spaces for them in Seoul and Gyunggi area. The examination was performed by making field surveys on 12 sample public libraries and posing user questionnaires on 4 libraries out of the sample. The data from the questionnaire survey were processed and analyzed with SPSS 14.0. The results are as follows: First, according to the arrangement of the furniture, the space usages for the programs in public libraries are divided into four classes, one-way exposure; free of furniture; two-way exposure. The one-way exposure has been the most common though the furniture arrangement varies with the characteristics of a program. Second, language or information technology related programs are the most frequently attended programs in public libraries. Lastly, the space usage for the reading education programs has had the highest level of the user satisfaction measurement while the user satisfaction is lower in those for general culture programs and health care programs.

In order to improve the atmosphere within Historic and Culturally Symbolic Street- DongChun-Dang street which represents the historical characteristics of Daejeon- this study aims to derive improvement methods by analyzing preceding studies, identify problems and offer the directions that could make historic cultural street, and propose the guidelines could apply to new district development at historic cultural area. The research results are as follows : First, method for improvement of historic cultural street is not fragmentary but integrated. Second, we suggested plans for improvement of DongChun-Dang street. Third, to make historic cultural images of streets, it is considered that guidelines include volumes, colors of surrounding buildings and designs of street furnitures have to be provided on the new urban or district development at historic cultural area.
비정형 초고층 빌딩의 Parametric Design을 위한 BIM 활용에 관한 연구

The Purpose of this study is to develop a design process of free-formed super tall buildings with parametric design approach using BIM. Before BIM tools like Revit was developed, it is considered as very time consuming process and requires extensive efforts and costs for making free-formed super tall building modeling. Current trends of free-formed super tall building are for proofing city's economic strength and symbol. New digital tools have been developed and used for pursuing many design methods for building design. In this study, BIM based Parametric design approach is studied to seek for possibility of generating free-formed super tall building fast, easily, and accurately.
도시경관 중심의 주민참여 마을 만들기 방안에 관한 연구 - 일본, 영국, 미국의 사례를 중심으로 -

Understand that forming urban images and improving urban identity play an important role in the competitiveness of cities with resident-participating villages, local governments began to focus on selection and management of physical components to form urban identity. Recently, when the quality of urban scenes is posed as a problem, urban beautification projects including urban environment reorganization and scenery management are being actively conducted in many cities. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the characteristics of cases of Japan, England, and USA in which the local governments conduct resident-participating villages to establish a frame of analysis, to classify the purposes, directions, contents and properties of projects, scenes, and formation of villages based on the established frame of analysis, to deduce suggestions from the view of urban scenes and formation of villages, and to present basic measures for developing projects with which local residents can form villages centered on urban scenes subjectively and autonomously in Korean local communities in the near future.
피터아이젠만 건축의 실내 공간에 사용된 축에 관한 연구

This Study is about the Axis used for creating forms of interior spaces in representative works of Peter Eisenman architecture. The plans, elevations, photos of interior spaces of his architecture were collected and analysed. In conclusion, the methods using axises were classified in the axises crossing right angle and the rotating axises crossing right angle. The rotating axis were divided into one-angle rotating and multi-angle rotating. The axises were rotated on the plan or rotated on the elevation. The axises crossing right angle were used for dividing, assembling, transforming and composing different proportions of rectangles in interior spaces. The rotating axises crossing right angle were used for creating divers forms such as triangle, quadrilateral, and polygon. The one-angle rotating emphasizes directions of axises in interior spaces. The multi-angle rotating emphasizes decentered directions in interior spaces. The parts created while crossing axises three-dimensionally were opened or filled. The axises were used dynamically and three-dimensionally for diversity of forms in interior spaces of Peter Eisenman architecture.
