        《文选》及李善注所涉神话的数据统计与分析

        In the present study of anthology, even few scholars have been studying the myth involved in Wen Xuan and its annotated version. The results of the studies are still rare, There are over 140 workers poetries with mythological images in over 700 works which included in Wen Xuan, it was 20% of the total. And the above-mentioned 140 poetries, most of which are annotated by Li Shan, richly embellished with quotations and allusions to classical mythology in poems. The Cbu Ci that has been most frequently quoted it, secondarily Shan Hai Jing, thirdly Huai Nan Zi. Zhuang Zi has come in the fourth. A "Book of Myth" in Wen Xuan, which annotated by Li Shan, mentioned case of myth, and The Chu Ci, Shan Hai Jing and Huai Nan Zi from which over 10 types of myth were quoted, just Shan Hai Jing instead of The Chu Ci had held the first position. Of the 48 kinds of myths in the Wen Xuan by Li Shan annotated, "natural myth was the most, followed by the social myth", then "goddess myth", "creation myth" at least, with only three kinds. Most work s of Wen Xuan were recorded in Two Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, most poems with mythological images were also recorded in the same period. According to the above analysis. Two Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, was not only an important period that Chinese ancient myth was developed evolved, but also an important period that mythology and ancient literature linked by a close relationship.

        Video Expression Recognition Method Based on Spatiotemporal Recurrent Neural Network and Feature Fusion

        Automatically recognizing facial expressions in video sequences is a challenging task because there is little direct correlation between facial features and subjective emotions in video. To overcome the problem, a video facial expression recognition method using spatiotemporal recurrent neural network and feature fusion is proposed. Firstly, the video is preprocessed. Then, the double-layer cascade structure is used to detect a face in a video image. In addition, two deep convolutional neural networks are used to extract the time-domain and airspace facial features in the video. The spatial convolutional neural network is used to extract the spatial information features from each frame of the static expression images in the video. The temporal convolutional neural network is used to extract the dynamic information features from the optical flow information from multiple frames of expression images in the video. A multiplication fusion is performed with the spatiotemporal features learned by the two deep convolutional neural networks. Finally, the fused features are input to the support vector machine to realize the facial expression classification task. The experimental results on cNTERFACE, RML, and AFEW6.0 datasets show that the recognition rates obtained by the proposed method are as high as 88.67%, 70.32%, and 63.84%, respectively. Comparative experiments show that the proposed method obtains higher recognition accuracy than other recently reported methods.

      • Limited Diagnostic Value of microRNAs for Detecting Colorectal Cancer: A Meta-analysis

        Background: MicroRNAs have been demonstrated to play important roles in the development and progression of colorectal cancer. Several studies utilizing microRNAs as diagnostic biomarkers for colorectal cancer (CRC) have been reported. The aim of this meta-analysis was to comprehensively and quantitatively summarize the diagnostic value of microRNAs for detecting colorectal cancer. Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library for published studies that used microRNAs as biomarkers for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Summary estimates for sensitivity, specificity and other measures of accuracy of microRNAs in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer were calculated using the bivariate random effects model. A summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve was also generated to summarize the overall effectiveness of the test. Result: Thirteen studies from twelve published articles met the inclusion criteria and were included. The overall sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and diagnostic odd ratio of microRNAs for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer were 0.81 (95%CI: 0.79-0.84), 0.78 (95%CI: 0.75-0.82), 4.14 (95%CI: 2.90-5.92), 0.24 (95%CI: 0.19-0.30), and 19.2 (95%CI: 11.7-31.5), respectively. The area under the SROC curve was 0.89. Conclusions: The current evidence suggests that the microRNAs test might not be used alone as a screening tool for CRC. Combining microRNAs testing with other conventional tests such as FOBT may improve the diagnostic accuracy for detecting CRC.

      • Preoperative BRAF Mutation is Predictive of Occult Contralateral Carcinoma in Patients with Unilateral Papillary Thyroid Microcarcinoma

        Background and Objective: The optimal resection extent for clinically unilateral papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) remains controversial. The objective was to investigate risk factors associated with occult contralateral carcinoma, and put emphasis on the predictive value of preoperative BRAF mutation. Materials and Methods: 100 clinically unilateral PTMC patients all newly diagnosed, previously untreated were analyzed in a prospective cohort study. We assessed the T1799A BRAF mutation status in FNAB specimens obtained from all PTMC patients before undergoing total thyroidectomy (TT) and central lymph node dissection (CLND) for PTMC. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to reveal the incidence of contralateral occult cancer, difference of risk factors and predictive value, with respect to the following variables: preoperative BRAF mutation status, age, gender, tumor size, multifocality of primary tumor, capsular invasion, presence of Hashimoto thyroiditis and central lymph node metastasis. Results: 20 of 100 patients (20%) had occult contralateral lobe carcinoma. On multi-variate analysis, preoperative BRAF mutation (p = 0.030, OR = 3.439) and multifocality of the primary tumor (p = 0.004, OR = 9.570) were independent predictive factors for occult contralateral PTMC presence. However, there were no significant differences between the presence of occult contralateral carcinomas and age, gender, tumor size, capsular invasion, Hashimoto thyroiditis and central lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: Total thyroidectomy, including the contralateral lobe, should be considered for the treatment of unilateral PTMC if preoperative BRAF mutation is positive and/or if the observed lesion presents as a multifocal tumor in the unilateral lobe.

        퍼지 종합 평가(FCE)를 이용한 대학 아이덴티티 평가모델 구축에 관한 연구 : 부산대학교를 중심으로

        21세기에는 수험생 감소 추세와 대학설립 자율화 등 교육환경의 변화로 대학과 학생 간 수요와 공급의 불균형이 초래되면서 대학이 과거 교육자원을 선발하는 공급자의 역할에서 교육자원을 유치해야 하는 수요자의 역할로 바뀌었다. 대학은 CI를 기반으로 UI 대학 아이덴티티 차별화 전략을 적극 도입해 교육 자원에 대한 흡인력을 높이는 마케팅 도구로 활용하고 있다. 그러나 대학 아이덴티티를 개발하는 열풍 속에서 대학 아이덴티티의 실제적인 효과가 단기간에 검증되기 어렵기 때문에 대학 아이덴티티를 평가하는 모델 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 직접 평가하기 어려운 대학 아이덴티티 프로젝트에 대한 평가 메커니즘을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 추출한 대학 아이덴티티의 17개 초기지표는 상관관계 분석법으로 점검하고 동의어나 유의어 지표를 제거한 후 12개 평가지표를 인자분석법으로 점검해 2급 3개, 3급 9개 지표를 받아 이를 바탕으로 대학 아이덴티티 평가지표 시스템을 구축하였다. 마지막으로 주관적·객관적 양자결합법으로 각 지표에 가중치를 부여하고 퍼지 종합 평가로 부산대학교를 사례로 평가모델의 응용을 시연하였다. In the 21st century, due to the changes in the educational environment such as the reduction of candidates and the establishment of University self-discipline, the imbalance between demand and supply between universities and students has been caused. Universities have changed from the role of selecting suppliers of educational resources to the role of demander who need to attract educational resources. Based on CI, the university has introduced the UI (University Identity) image differentiation strategy with Cymbal mark update as the core, which is used as a marketing tool to enhance the attraction of educational resources. However, the actual effect of University Identity is difficult to verify in a short time, so it is necessary to study the evaluation model of University Identity. The purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation model of University Identity based on hierarchical structure by analyzing the factors affecting university identity and the correlation between factors, so as to provide an evaluation method for domestic university identity design projects. In this study, the 17 initial indicators of University Identity extracted from the previous research are tested by correlation analysis. After removing the indicators of synonyms, 12 evaluation indicators are tested by factor analysis, and 3 level 2 indicators and 9 level 3 indicators are obtained. On this basis, the University Identity evaluation index system is constructed. Finally, the weight value of each index is given by the combination of subjective and objective methods, and the application of the evaluation model is demonstrated by taking Pusan University as an example.

        2010년대 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼 전후의 선호도 비교 및 평가모형 연구

        연구배경 21세기 교육 글로벌화, 수험생 감소, 대학설립 자율화 등 교육환경이 급변하면서 대학들은 학생유치, 사회지원, 정부재정에 대한 경쟁이 치열해지고 있다. 국내 대학들이 이미지 혁신을 통해 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 심벌마크 리뉴얼을 핵심으로 하는 대학 아이덴티티 혁신 전략을 펴고 있다. 하지만 리뉴얼 열풍 속에서 실제 효과에 대한 평가 메커니즘이 없기 때문에 회의적인 목소리가 나오고 있다. 따라서 최근 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼 전후의 선호도 비교 및 평가모형이 필요하다. 연구방법 본 연구는 독립표본 t-검정을 이용하여 2010년~2020년 사이 심벌마크를 리뉴얼한 대학 16개교의 전후 비교 사례 32건 중 각 평가요인과 선호도에 대한 비교와 평가를 진행하였으며, 선형 회귀분석을 이용하여 각 평가요인이 대학 심벌마크의 선호도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 회귀 방정식을 근거로 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼의 평가모형을 구축한 것이다. 연구결과 2010년대 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼 사례의 회귀 방정식을 바탕으로 역사와 전통성, 독창성, 심미성, 지속성, 식별성이 각각 16.5%, 16.4%, 15.6%, 23.6%, 27.9%로 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼의 평가모형을 구축하였다. 결론 2010년대 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼 후 사례는 리뉴얼 전 사례에 비해 지속성과 식별성이 크게 향상됐고 심미성과 독창성은 약간 향상됐지만 역사와 전통성은 크게 떨어졌다. 미래의 대학 심벌마크 리뉴얼 프로젝트에서는 대학 심벌마크의 지속성과 식별성을 유지하면서 대학의 문화와 역사를 상징하는 조형 요소를 간결화해 대학 심벌마크의 역사와 전통성을 높이고 이어가야 한다. Background With the dramatic changes in the educational environment in the 21st century, universities are increasingly competing for student retention, social support and so on. In order to strengthen their competitiveness through the innovation of image, domestic universities are implementing the innovation strategy of university identity which takes the renewal of symbol mark as the core. However, in the upsurge of renewal, because there is no evaluation mechanism for the actual effect, so there are voices of skepticism. Therefore, it is necessary to compare the degree of preference before and after the update of university symbol marks in recent years, and build an evaluation model. Methods This study compared and evaluated each evaluation factor and preference among 32 before and after comparison cases of 16 universities renewed between 2010 and 2020 using independent sample t-test, using linear regression to verify the impact of each evaluation factor on the preference of university symbol. Result Based on the regression equation, the evaluation model of University symbol mark renewal is constructed, which is 16.5%, 16.4%, 15.6%, 23.6%, and 27.9% respectively in history and traditional, originality, aesthetic, sustainability and identification. Conclusion Compared with the cases before the renewal, the cases after the renewal of university symbol marks from 2010 to 2020 have a great improvement in sustainability and identification, while the originality and aesthetic have been improved, but the historical and traditional characteristics have decreased significantly. In the future renewal project, we should keep the sustainability and identification of the University symbol mark, and simplify the design elements that symbolize the culture and history of the University, so as to enhance and continue the history and traditional of the University symbol mark.

        Recent advances of bioactive proteins/polypeptides in the treatment of breast cancer

        Proteins do not only serve as nutrients to fulfill the demand for food, but also are used as a source of bioactive proteins/polypeptides for regulating physical functions and promoting physical health. Female breast cancer has the highest incidence in the world and is a serious threat to women’s health. Bioactive proteins/polypeptides exert strong anti-tumor effects and exhibit inhibition of multiple breast cancer cells. This review discussed the suppressing effects of bioactive proteins/polypeptides on breast cancer in vitro and in vivo, and their mechanisms of migration and invasion inhibition, apoptosis induction, and cell cycle arrest. This may contribute to providing a basis for the development of bioactive proteins/polypeptides for the treatment of breast cancer.

        Lactate exacerbates lung damage induced by nanomicroplastic through the gut microbiota–HIF1a/PTBP1 pathway

        Exposure to nanomicroplastics (nano-MPs) can induce lung damage. The gut microbiota is a critical modulator of the gut–lung axis. However, the mechanisms underlying these interactions have not been elucidated. This study explored the role of lactate, a key metabolite of the microbiota, in the development of lung damage induced by nano-MPs (LDMP). After 28 days of exposure to nano-MPs (50–100 nm), mice mainly exhibited damage to the lungs and intestinal mucosa and dysbiosis of the gut microbiota. Lactate accumulation was observed in the lungs, intestines and serum and was strongly associated with the imbalance in lactic acid bacteria in the gut. Furthermore, no lactate accumulation was observed in germ-free mice, while the depletion of the gut microbiota using a cocktail of antibiotics produced similar results, suggesting that lactate accumulation in the lungs may have been due to changes in the gut microbiota components. Mechanistically, elevated lactate triggers activation of the HIF1a/PTBP1 pathway, exacerbating nano-MP-induced lung damage through modulation of the epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT). Conversely, mice with conditional knockout of Ptbp1 in the lungs (Ptbp1flfl) and PTBP1-knockout (PTBP1-KO) human bronchial epithelial (HBE) cells showed reversal of the effects of lactate through modulation of the HIF1a/PTBP1 signaling pathway. These findings indicate that lactate is a potential target for preventing and treating LDMP.
