        宋代則例初探

        The 「li」was one of the Chinese ancient legal forms, which occupied an important position in the Chinese ancient legal system, and played an extremely important role. The Song dynasty was the key stage of the development of the li. The li of the Song dynasty include the judicial li and the administrative li, the former part mainly means the 「duanli」, while the latter part consist of the 「tiaoli」、 「geli」、「zeli」、「shili」and so on. As one of the administrative li in the Song dynasty, zeli played an important role in the legal system. Zeli got more use with the development of the society and economy in the Song dynasty and the intensive management to the local area by the central government. The zeli of the Song dynasty include two parts, which were about the dispose of the affairs of the central and local governments, especially the management of the officials’ salary and the levy of the tax. According to the different constitutors, the zeli of the Song dynasty include the zeli enacted by the central government, local government and the officer. The specific character of the zeli decide it have an advantage that the other legal forms do not have. The zeli of the Song dynasty was endowed with legal force; it means that the one who violate zeli will be punished. The zeli of the Song and Qing dynasty has both similarities and differences. The similarities were instantiated in the position, problem and feature. Yet, the differences were instantiated in the form, content and application.

        Analysis of oligosaccharides from Panax ginseng by using solid-phase permethylation method combined with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-Q-Orbitrap/mass spectrometry

        Background: The reports about valuable oligosaccharides in ginseng are quite limited. There is an urgent need to develop a practical procedure to detect and analyze ginseng oligosaccharides. Methods: The oligosaccharide extracts from ginseng were permethylated by solid-phase methylation method and then were analyzed by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-Q-Orbitrap/MS. The sequence, linkage, and configuration information of oligosaccharides were determined by using accurate m/z value and tandem mass information. Several standard references were used to further confirm the identification. The oligosaccharide composition in white ginseng and red ginseng was compared using a multivariate statistical analysis method. Results: The nonreducing oligosaccharide erlose among 12 oligosaccharides identified was reported for the first time in ginseng. In the comparison of the oligosaccharide extracts from white ginseng and red ginseng, a clear separation was observed in the partial least squares-discriminate analysis score plot, indicating the sugar differences in these two kinds of ginseng samples. The glycans with variable importance in the projection value large than 1.0 were considered to contribute most to the classification. The contents of oligosaccharides in red ginseng were lower than those in white ginseng, and the contents of maltose, maltotriose, maltotetraose, maltopentaose, maltohexaose, maltoheptaose, maltooctaose, maltononaose, sucrose, and erlose decreased significantly (p < 0.05) in red ginseng. Conclusion: A solid-phase methylation method combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was successfully applied to analyze the oligosaccharides in ginseng extracts, which provides the possibility for holistic evaluation of ginseng oligosaccharides. The comparison of oligosaccharide composition of white ginseng and red ginseng could help understand the differences in pharmacological activities between these two kinds of ginseng samples from the perspective of glycans.

        Microstructure and Hydrogen Absorption Properties of a BCC Phase Accompanied Laves Alloy

        A non-stoichiometry Zr0.7Ti0.4V1.5Cr0.4alloy has been synthesized by arc melting following annealing treatment or meltspinningto obtain the bulk and ribbon samples, respectively. XRD investigation reveals the multiphase structure consistingof C15-Laves, V-BCC and a small amount of α-Zr or Zr3V3O. The alloy shows easy activation and fast hydrogenationkinetics. The annealed alloy absorbs 2.51 wt% H at room temperature, higher than the melt-spun ribbons. Refined grains bymelt-spinning accelerates the hydrogenation of bulk alloy. The absorption behavior in presence of 1 mol% air has been testedto evaluate the anti-poisoning ability. Pressure–composition–temperature characteristics and thermodynamics parametersindicate the low equilibrium pressure and high hydrides stability. Hydrides investigation reveals that the Laves phase dominantmultiphase structure contributes to the enhanced hydrogen capacity and multi-stage hydrogen release in DSC curve.

        Effects of the Inlet Position of Blade on the Performance of a Centrifugal Impeller

        The effects of the inlet position of blade on the performance of a centrifugal impeller are numerically investigated. The inlet position of the blade can be determined by the outer diameter, the leaning angle of the blade inlet, the shroud and hub angular momentums specified at the blade inlet. It is found that the flow fields of the optimal impeller are obviously superior to those of the impeller whose blade leading edge was installed at impeller eye. The range analyses reveal that angular momentum specified at the inlet hub is the least important factor in affecting the efficiency of impeller, while the outer diameter of blade leading edge plays the most important role in determining the pressure ratio.

        A Novel Tunable Dual-band Left-Handed Metamaterial

        In this paper, we propose a novel tunable left-handed metamaterial (LHM), the capacitor-loaded short wire pairs (CL-SWPs). It is composed of a pair of short wires connected through a variable capacitor. This LHM is single-sided, and it exhibits not only tunable negative permeability, but also a wide band negative permittivity. It is pointed out with theoretical analysis that its left-handed performance is related to the mutual coupling coefficient. A tunable dual-band LHM is also proposed by simply adding a double slits split ring resonator to this LHM. The simulated results indicate that the closer the two LH bands are, the better performance the CLSWP related left-handed band is, hence identifying our theoretical analysis. The proposed structure is geometrically simple, low-cost and easy for fabrication, and it can be used as a basic particle in the design of tunable multi-band LHMs.

        EFFECTS OF COOPERATIVE VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM ON DRIVER’S VISUAL AND DRIVING PERFORMANCE BASED ON COGNITION PROCESS

        This study explores the influence of cooperative vehicle infrastructure system (CVIS) on the driver’s visual and driving performance. Taking the work zone as an example, a driving simulation experiment involving 37 drivers has been conducted to collect driver’s eye movement and vehicle running data in the same scenario with and without CVIS information respectively. Next, the nonparametric test and grey relational analysis (GRA) have been used to compare the specific performance and to analyze the correlations among the multi-stage of driver’s information process. The results present that CVIS information has the potential to alleviate the driver’s tension and the difficulty of information perception. Meanwhile, the driver tends to search visual information more actively and complete the lane changing behavior earlier. Further analysis indicates that CVIS information can reduce the influence of mental workload on lane-changing decisions, and enhance the correlation between visual information processing and lane-changing decisions, as well as the effect of decision-making timing on the running state. Therefore, drivers’ speed control ability was improved and the traffic flow was smoother. The findings give an insight into the influence mechanism of the cooperative information on driving performance and provide a direction for a comprehensive assessment of CVIS based on human factors.

        Abstract: The Geli was a legal form began to appear in the Tang dynasty, which was mainly used in the administrative affairs. After the development during the Five Dynasties, the Geli had further improved in the Song dynasty and became part of the legal system at that time. There was a strongrelation ship between Geli and Ge. The Geli originated from the practice that according to the regulations of Ge、Chi and law. Compared with the former dynasty, the application of the Geli in the Song dynasty were more active and frequent. The Geli of the Song dynasty was applied in the administrative affairs too,such as the selection、evaluation and reward of the government officials. The Geli also played animportant role in the management of the local affairs. Due to the wide range of applications, the standarddegree and legal validity of Geli were improved a lot in the Song dynasty

        Effects of the Guiding Tank on Flow Characteristics inside the Double-Suction Squirrel-Cage Fan for Range Hood

        The effects of the guiding tank on flow characteristics inside a double-suction squirrel-cage fan for the range hood were numerically investigated in this paper. Flow analysis was conducted by solving the three-dimensional steady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations using the realizable k- turbulence model. Numerical results were validated with the experimental data for total pressure. Differences in flow characteristics between the fan model and the range hood model at the nearly maximum mass flow rate of 0.3214 kg/s were analyzed in detail. Numerical simulation results show that the incoming flow of the squirrel-cage fan will be distorted due to the guiding tank. The inlet distortion will deteriorate the aerodynamic performance of the squirrel-cage fan and cause obvious differences in the velocity field, the pressure field and the vortex structures inside the fan.

        Seismic performance of RC columns with full resistance spot welding stirrups

        This paper aims to investigate the seismic performance of RC short columns and long columns with welding stirrups. Through the low-cyclic horizontal loading test of specimens, the seismic performance indexes such as failure modes, hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, ductility, energy dissipation capacity, stiffness degradation and strength degradation were emphatically analyzed. Furthermore, the effects of shear span ratio, stirrups ratio and axial compression ratio on the performance of specimens were studied. The results showed that the seismic performance of the RC short columns with welding stirrups were basically the same as that of the RC short columns with traditional stirrups, but the seismic performance of RC long columns with welding stirrups was better than that of RC long columns with traditional stirrups. The seismic performance of RC short columns and long columns with welding stirrups could be improved by increasing stirrup ratio and shear span ratio and reducing axial pressure ratio. Moreover, the welding stirrup have the advantages of steel saving, industrialization and standardization production, convenient construction, and reducing time, which indicated that the welding stirrups could be applied in practical engineering.

        To better understand the practical applications of smart cloud technology in response to public services improvement, this paper researches the application results of Smart Cloud Model Based Public Health Multidimensional Services (SCMBPHMS). Different from the previous studies that focused on the details, this paper establishes a relatively macroscopic large model of SCMBPHMS, we have established a knowledge model based on artificial neural network on the model data processing to sense various users’ data acquisition habits of SCMBPHMS and let Public Health Smart Cloud Service (PHSCS) gaining the function of intelligent mining and data intelligent classification via training library. Finally, we give the example of some important features of SCMBPHMS via PHP language. In future, SCMBPHMS combined with the Residents' Health Card will greatly influence the quality of Public Healthcare Services
