      • 體育科 Mat運動의 能力別 學習 適用效果에 關한 硏究

        This study was conducted to see the application effect of learning by ability in Mat exercise. 367 Male middle school students who were second grade were served as subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group. Control group was hetrogeneous group and experimental group was organized group by ability. After 8 hours' learning of Mat exercise, their motor performance were compared. The following conclusions were obtained; 1. In teaching of Mat exercise in Male middle school, group-organization by ability was more effective than hetrogeneous group-organization. 2. In stepped and systematic teaching materials such as Mat exorcise , effective motor skill improvement is possible through leaching method of group - organization by ability. 3. Especially in the learning of difficult motor events and motor events which need repeated practice and which lack of pre-learning, application effect of learning by ability is big.

        in recent times, central nervous system(CNS) tuberculosis has been rare and the prevalence of the focal form, the tuberculoma, varies from 1 per 200 to 1 per 1000. CNS tuberculosis occurs as a result of hematogenous spread from a primary focus. mostly pulmonary tuberculosis. It can be diffuse exudative leptomeningitis or a localized tuberculoma ; the former is more common. We report a case of miliary cerebral tuberculosis in a 24-year-old female who had been having headaches for 4 months. Magnetic resonance imaging showed numerous small round Gadolinium-enhanced supratentorial and infratentorial lesions scattered throughout the brain. Histologic examination confirmed well defined tuberculous granulomas with central caseous necrosis in open biopsy, containing several acid-fast bacilli, the patient was treated with isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide in combination with prednisolone.

        Hematological characteristics of the three populations in the olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus were analyzed. The sample fishes were collected from coastal sea areas around Korea (east and west coastal wild populations) and Japanese cultured population. Result researched into Hemoglobin, PCV, total protein, glucose, GOT and GPT in the three population were not significant (P>0.05). Abnormality of mating groups used east female were higher than Japanese female (P<0.05), but no significant differences were found in fertilization rate and hatching success (P>0.05). Japanese X east group showed highest percent and east X west group showed lowest percent in survival rate, significantly (P<0.05). East X east, Japanese X west and Japanese X Japanese groups showed higher growth rate in total length and body weight than the other groups, however, east X west group showed lower growth, significantly(P<0.05).

        The purpose of this study was analyze children's Physical Fitness and basic rate by observing the change in the heart rate of the 1230 children of five of six years of age. Following conclusions were obtained The muscular strength was relatively low according to places. And the muscular strength of boys was higher than that of girls. The flexibility of girls was higher than that of boys according to places and sexes. The muscular endurance, power, balance and agility of boys were higher than those of girls according to places and sexes. Thus the development of physical fitness was improved with their ages, the physical fitness for physique seemed rather low. So the programs of physical plays for children's physical fitness ought to be developed and physical play showed to be done at kindergarten school.

        Floristic characteristics of vascular plants and first distributional report of Pseudostellaria baekdusanensis M. Kim in Yongneup wetland protected area

        Yongneup wetland protected area, the only high moor in Korea, is a core area to conserve biodiversity. Even though the Yongneup wetland protected area is relatively small, various plant species are distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area because it includes various habitats showing different environmental gradients. Vascular plants distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area were identified as a total of 376 taxa that is composed of 73 families, 217 genera, 322 species, 3 subspecies, 44 varieties and 7 forms. For endangered plants designated by the Ministry of Environment, 5 species including Trientalis europaea var. arctica, Lilium dauricum, Halenia corniculata, Lychnis wilfordii and Menyanthes trifoliata were found and 34 taxa were confirmed to be distributed only in the mountainous wetland habitats. Regarding naturalized plants, a total of 11 taxa were distributed, but most of them were distributed in the areas where artificial interference has occurred. And in areas inside the wetlands that are relatively well preserved, 2 species of Bidens frondosa and Erigeron annuus were observed. In this study, the occurrence and distribution of Pseudostellaria baekdusanensis M. Kim, which was recently found in Mt. Baekdu and reported as a new species, were identified in the Yongneup wetland protected area. A wetland is a very vulnerable area to drastic environmental changes and damages to its ecosystem could cause the extinction of rare plant species which are distributed only in the wetlands. Therefore, it is mandatory that current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area is evaluated and actions to prevent rapid environmental changes are taken. Fourteen separate investigations were conducted in 2013 and another four in 2014, to evaluate current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area. These investigations have provided us the basic information for future actions of conservation and restoration.

        Causal Factor of Peeling-off Disorder and Related Physiological Changes in ‘Niitaka’ Pear (Pyrus pyrifolia B.) During Cold Storage at Altered Temperature

        본 연구는 저온저장 중에 ‘신고’ 배에서 탈피과를 발생시키는 변온과 그와 관련한 대사과정의 변화를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 저장 90일 후에 저장온도를0℃에서 5℃ 또는 10℃로 하여 저장하면 탈피증상은 65-77% 까지 매우 높게 발생하였다. 온도 변이에 따라 호흡률과 에틸렌 발생량이 증가하였으며 전해질 누출 또한 증가하였다, 탈피증상이 나타나는 과실의 과피에서 총 페놀화합물 및 자당 특히, 솔비톨의 함량이 증가하였으며 유기산은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 결과로 보아 저온저장 중의 온도 변화가 생리적 대사과정을 변화시킬 수 있으며, 과피의 생리 및 해부학적 변형을 유도하여 결과적으로 탈피증상을 일으키는 것으로 생각되었다. An environmental factor inducing peeling-off disorders and related metabolic changes were measured in cold-stored ‘Niitaka’ Asian pear fruit. When storage temperatures were alternated between 0 and 5℃ or 0 and 10℃ after 90 days of storage, high incidence of peeling-off disorder was developed ranging from 65 to 77%. Rates of respiration and C₂H₄ evolution were stimulated in response to temperature fluctuation. Electrolyte leakage also was increased by the temperature alternation. Sugars, especially sorbitol, and total phenol contents increased in the fruit skin suffering peeling-off, simultaneously, whereas organic acids tended to decrease. The results suggested that temperature fluctuation during cold storage might alter physiological metabolism which induces anatomical and/or physical changes in the skin tissues and eventually peeling-off development.

        The Effect of Remifentanil Preconditioning on Injured Keratinocyte

        Background: Incisional site of surgical operation become transient ischemic state and then occur reoxygenation due to vasodilatation by inflammatory reaction, the productive reactive oxygen species (ROS) give rise to many physiologic results. Apoptosis have major role on elimination of inflammatory cell and formation of granulation tissue in normal wound healing process. Remifentanil can prevent the inflammatory response and can suppress inducible nitric oxide synthase expression in a septic mouse model. After cardiopulmonary bypass for coronary artery surgery, remifentanil can also inhibit the release of biomarkers of myocardial damage. Here we investigated whether remifentanil pretreatment has cellular protective effect against hypoxia-reoxygenation in HaCaT human keratinocytes, if so, the role of apoptosis and autophagy on this phenomenon. Methods: The HaCaT human keratinocytes were exposed to various concentrations of remifentanil (0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 and 1 ng/ml) for 2 h before hypoxia (RPC/HR group). These cells were cultured under 1% oxygen tension for 24h at $37^{\circ}C$. After hypoxia, to simulate reoxygenation and recovery, the cells were reoxygenated for 12 h at $37^{\circ}C$. 3-MA/RPC/HR group was treated 3-methyladenine (3-MA), autophagy inhibitor for 1h before remifentanil treatment. Cell viability was measured using a quantitative colorimetric assay with thiazolyl blue tetrazoliumbromide (MTT, amresco), showing the mitochondrial activity of living cells. To investigate whether the occurrence of autophagy and apoptosis, we used fluorescence microscopy and Western blot analysis. Results: The viability against hypoxia-reoxygenation injury in remifentanil preconditioning keratinocytes were increased, and these cells were showed stimulated expression of autophagy 3-MA suppressed the induction of autophagy effectively and the protective effects on apoptosis. Atg5, Beclin-1, LC3-II and p62 were elevated in RPC/HR group. But they were decreased when autophagy was suppressed by 3-MA. Conclusions: Remifentanil preconditioning showed the protective effect in human keratinocytes, and we concluded that autophagy may take the major role in the recovery of wound from hypoxia-reoxygenation injury. We suggest that further research is needed about the cell protective effects of autophagy.
