김동리 소설의 세속성에 대하여 : 주로 초기단편을 중심으로 mainly on His Short Stories

On this thesis, I examined on the secularity of Kim Dong-ni's early short stories. I confirmed that have basically secularity of person, narratives, folk - belief, time and space. And the secularity in ms novels originated from the author's deep concerning to secularity of Korean basic culture. Especially, sorceress, unenlightened or deformed people, old man or sick people are person that characterized on his novels. In this case, he narrated them on the point of the secularity or secularization, and also, he used the secular time and space in his fiction-making. In conclusion, the secularity on his novels should be arranged as follows: 1. His concerning on the secularity derived basically from his literary belief; <form of ultimate concerning for life, <生'의 究竟的 形式>. 2. His secularism that realized on his novels is the same as the unchanged and unrepeated everyday life, especially, the life of the basic people. 3. The people on his novels are sorceress, leper woman and his son, isolated old man, and every deformed people. 4. The time on his novels represented as past time, time to death, and fatal or disaster time, and also, the space represented the old-stoned wall, old tree, and rotted house. 5. His ways of telling depends on his memory which from heard himself or from some one else. So called, from folk etymology or folkloristic stories. 5. It has approached to an immediate state for the preparation of the forthcoming aged society, however our improvements in policy and system are still under the influence of the insufficient level. Hence this research intends to clarify the necessities of plans for senior welfare facilities and to create a certain valuation index for senior welfare facility distribution. With this view, the senior welfare facility types are established and expert survey is operated by applying Delphi and AHP method. Overall opinions of the facility are collected and each valuation index weight is calculated from the applied AHP method, which came after the valuation index abstract of the facility distribution. The current research will be able to apply on the basic research in further senior welfare facility scheme. 다가오는 고령사회에 대한 준비는 시급한 실정이나, 우리나라의 정책이나 제도적인 개선은 아직까지 미흡한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인복지시설에 대한 계획의 필요성을 주장하며 노인복지시설 배치를 위한 평가지표를 설정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 노인복지시설의 유형을 정립하고, 델파이기법과 계층분석법을 활용하여 전문가 설문조사를 실시하였다. 노인복지시설의 전반적인 사항에 대한 의견을 수렴하였으며, 노인복지시설 배치를 위한 평가지표를 추출하여 계층분석법을 실시한 결과 평가지표별 가중치를 구하였다. 본 연구는 추후 노인복지시설의 계획에 대한 기초 연구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Metal-Insulator-Metal 캐패시터의 응용을 위한 비정질 BaTi<sub>4</sub>O<sub>9</sub> 박막의 전기적 특성

Amorphous $BaTi_4O_9$ ($BT_4$) film was deposited on Pt/Si substrate by RF magnetron sputter and their dielectric properties and electrical properties are investigated. A cross sectional SEM image and AFM image of the surface of the amorphous $BT_4$ film deposited at room temperature showed the film was grown well on the substrate. The amorphous $BT_4$ film had a large dielectric constant of 32, which is similar to that of the crystalline $BT_4$ film. The leakage current density of the $BT_4$ film was low and a Poole-Frenkel emission was suggested as the leakage current mechanism. A positive quadratic voltage coefficient of capacitance (VCC) was obtained for the $BT_4$ film with a thickness of <70 nm and it could be due to the free carrier relaxation. However, a negative quadratic VCC was obtained for the films with a thickness ${\geq}96nm$, possibly due to the dipolar relaxation. The 55 nm-thick $BT_4$ film had a high capacitance density of $5.1fF/{\mu}m^2$ with a low leakage current density of $11.6nA/cm^2$ at 2 V. Its quadratic and linear VCCs were $244ppm/V^2$ and -52 ppm/V, respectively, with a low temperature coefficient of capacitance of $961ppm/^{\circ}C$ at 100 kHz. These results confirmed the potential suitability of the amorphous $BT_4$ film for use as a high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor.

우화소설 ' 금수회의록 ' 의 풍자의식 : 초기소설의 사회적 성격 검토

$quot;The Conference Records of Beasts$quot;(禽獸會議錄), the Fable which was written by An Guk-Seon is a remarkable literary work with the modes or contents among other contemporary works in the early twentieth century. It takes a mode of fable but it is the novel of satire in the inherent meaning. Therefore, it is concealing the second meaning in the word, such as didactic, epigrammatic or moral suation. This is, we call, allegory or allegorical satire. The Beasts in the Fable are eight, and they speak on the every evil or misconduct of entire human being. They are crow, fox, frog, bee, crab, house fly, tiger and mandarin duck. Those animals conceal and justify the images which are given by human and impute the animal's images to human beings. The sense of satire could be indicated as follows: ① Judgement to the evil or breaking of traditional morality in the early 20th century. ② The fundamental wickedness of the root of human nature. ③ Harsh treatment or ignorance of the priviledged class. ④ Indolence or weakness f-r the foreign invasion. ⑤ Judgment to the evil customs (concubinage or adultery) ⑥ Judgment to the imperialistic disposition of the Great Powers. As I have said above, these senses of satire are concealing in the every words as the internal expressions.

]Since 1910's many Introductory Book of Literary Theory was published in Korea. Lee Kwang-su, Choi du-seon, An Hwak presented their articles on the introductory of literary conceptions for the Korean modernization movement in 1910's.After then, in 1940's, Kim Ki-rim, Park Young-hee, Hong Hyo-min, Zoh Yong-man, Kim Dong-ni, Zoh Yeon hyun have published their individual books of the introduction of literature for the literary readers and students.But their books were described with the western theoretic viewpoint, especially with the English literary theory.In particuary, their fundamental theory or conceptions that of noted in the book are almost from Japanese translated books.But more gradually, the author of literary theory were changed with their view point to the extended and supplemented direction. Two dominant authors, Baek Chul and Choi Jae-seo have published their 『Introduction to the Literature』,『文學槪論』and『文學原論』in severally.
