        The composition and the conservation value of Heungchungmu(興淸舞)

        Yeonsangun(燕山君) gathered the court dancers and named them ‘Heung cheong’ in 1504. The researcher, Yoon-Sil Choi who learned the techniques of Gyobangdance(敎坊舞) from Su-Ak Kim, composed a new dance ‘Heungchungmu(興淸舞)’ which expressed the lives of Heungcheong, based on Gyobangdance(敎坊舞). Choi also founded ‘Heungchungmu(興淸舞) Preservation Institute’. Heungchungmu(興淸舞) Preservation Institute strives to preserve Heungchungmu(興淸舞) by establishing branches in the following areas: starting from Seoul, Jeju, Kyong-gi, North Jeonla, South Jeonla, North Chungcheong and South Kyungsang; and by constantly performing in National Gugak Center and rural areas. There has been no studies on Heungchungmu(興淸舞), thus it is required to conduct research on the subject in order to properly pass down Heungchungmu(興淸舞). The purpose of this paper is to provide academic basic data in order to succeed and develop Heungchungmu, and continuously research the social and cultural preservation value of it. This study discusses the origin, dance motions, music, traditional clothing and accessories, and artistic features of Heungchungmu(興淸舞). To conclude, Heungchungmu(興淸舞) has the intrinsic characteristics of Gyobangdance(敎坊舞), hence may be a sole solution to succeeding Gyobangdance(敎坊舞) accurately. Moreover, it is necessary to designate the dance as Important Intangible Cultural Properties of Korea and get politic support for development and succeed of Heungchungmu(興淸舞).

        Absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra have been measured as functions of temperature and time for alkyloxy phenylene vinylene conjugated polymer and its derivatives (MHPPV, MHPPV-co-HPhz, and HPPV-co-HPhz). These polymers show well defined behaviors in the PL and absorption spectra. These and other experimental results are discussed with reference to the molecular structures of these polymers.

      • 忠州市 主幹線 道路邊 建築外部色彩에 關한 硏究

        In order to understand the influence of colours on the urban design of a city, a portion of the central Chung-Ju was chosen as the study area, and three cases were researched as colours. These surveyed colours are analysed in their hue, value and chroma. It was necessary to determine the colours of 272 buildings exterior in all in order formulate the findings presented in this study. The result of this study can be briefly summerised as the following ; 1) The trends in the use of colour turn out like this ; 55.3% of the building were Y(yellow), YR(yellow-green), R(red) Family in Hue, abour 33.9% of them were within 8.0-8.9 and 26.6% were within 7.0-7.9 on the value scale, and about 48.5% of them were within 1.0-1.9, 2.0-2.9 and 3.0-3.9 on the chroma scale. 1) For case 1 on the exterior colours of buildings, about 57.8% were Y and YR family in Hue, about 53.7% were 8.0-8.9 and 7.0-7.9 in Value, and about 49.6% of them were within 1.0-3.9 in chroma. 2) For case 2 on the exterior colours of buildings, about 52.4% were Y and R family in Hue, about 65.1% were 7.0-8.9 in Value, and about 46% were 1.0-2.9 in Chroma. 3) For case 3 on the exterior colours of buildings, about 55.7% were Y and YR Family in Hue, about 72.1% were 7.0-8.9 in Value, and about 31.1% were 2.0-2.9 in Chroma. In summary, the colours of the building surveyed in central Chung-Ju can be characerized as Y, YR, R, N family in Hue, 7.0-7.9, 8.0-8.9 in Value registered in 1.0-1.9, 2.0-2.9, 3.0-3.9 in Chroma. The observed exterior colours show a tendency toward Yellow in Hue, High in Value and low in Chroma. Generally, the majority of the colours is light rather than strong in tone.

        안면부에 발생한 고정형 스포로트리쿰증 3례

        We experienced 3 cases of fixed type cutaneous sporotrichosis confined to the face. Case 1 was a 32-month old child, affected over the nose. Case 2 was a 25-year old man, affected over the left cheek. Case 3 was a 71-year old man, affected over the nose. Histopathologically, chronic granulomatous inflammation with pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia was observed. Mycologically, typical dark brown to black colored colonines with moist, wrinkled and membranous surfaces were cultured. All patients were completely cured by oral administration of saturated KI and itraconazole combined therapy in a short period(40-90 days).

      • 들기름의 酸敗抑制에 關한 硏究 : 1. 들깨의 온도처리 및 들깨박의 ethanol 추출물이 들기름의 산패에 미치는 영향 1.Effects of Heat Treatments of Perilla Seed and Incorporation of Ethanol Extracts of Defatted Perilla Seed Flour on Rancidity of Perilla Seed Oil

        To investigate the rancidity of heat treated perilla seed oil, whole perilla seed and cotyledon(without seed coat) were treated at 40℃, 80℃, 120℃, 160℃ and 200℃ for twenty minutes. The oils which extracted immediately after heat treatment and perilla seed homogenate were incubated at 45℃ and then rancidity of oil was determined intermittently by several measurements, Ethanol extracts of heat treated and defatted perilla flours were incorporated with perilla oil and the rancidity of oil was also measured. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The peroxide value and color of perilla oil did not show much difference among heat treatment during incubation. But the rancidity of oil treated at 120℃ was found to be relatively low at the beginning of incubation compared with other heat treatments and that of oil from whole perilla seed was slightly lower than from cotyledon. 2. Peroxide value and color were changed linearly during incubation, therefore the changes of then could be expressed as linear regression equation. 3. In perilla seed homogenate, oil treated below 120℃ was not almost autoxidized until 41 days after incubation at 45℃. But oil in perilla seed homogenate treated over 160℃ was autoxidized more than oil extracted immediately after heat treatment. 4. When ethanol extracts from defatted perilla flours were incorporated withperilla oil, oil was not oxidized until 28 days after incubationb whatever the seed was treated at any temperature. Therefore it was assumed that there were unknown antioxidants in perilla defatted meal.

      • 營養膜細胞의 植物凝集素 結合部에 關한 硏究

        Lectins are proteins and glycoproteins that bind specifically to mono-or oligosaccharides and are found primarily in plants. And extensive use of lectins has been made as cytochemical membrane markers through their fluorescein isothiocyanate or horseradish peroxidase conjugates. Biotinyl derivatives of commercially available plant lectins-Concanavalin A (Com A), Peanut agglutinin (PNA), Ricinus communis agglutinin I (RCA I), Soybean agglutinin (SBA), Dolichos biflorus agglutinin I (DBA), Wheat germ agglutinin (WGA), Ulex europaeus agglutinin I (UEA I), and Pinellia ternate agglutinin (PTA) purified and biotinylated at this institute were applied (bound) to sections of formalin fixed and paraffin embedded clinical samples of young and term placenta hydatidiform mole, invasive mole and choriocarcinoma, and the reacted with avidin-biotinylated peroxidase (Standard Vectastain ABC Kit) and diaminobenzidine solution for the visualization of bound lectin. The most interesting staining was observed with WGA which revealed strong positive reactions both in syncytic-and cytotrophoblasts of hydatidiform mole, invasive mole and choriocarcinoma, contrary to normal young chorionic villi which showed linear positive reaction only along the brush border of syncytiotrophoblast. In term placenta, only weak positive reaction was noted along the brush border of syncytiotrophoblast. Con-A and PTA were unique in providing strong positive reaction of syncytiotrophoblast in diffuse cytoplasmic pattern throughout the normal and pathologic trophoblasts. Other lectins gave no visualization. The above results suggest that cytotrophoblast in trophoblastic diseases exhibits inhibiting sugar to WGA ((beta-Nacetyl-aminy-), Sialic acid) which is absent in normal cytotrophoblast. Additional visualizations were positive reactions of WGA in red blood cells and vascular luminal surface, PTA in tissue mast cells in the myometrium, and WGA, PNA, Con-A and PTA along the glandular lumina of the endometrium.

      • Pefloxacin의 광분해에 관한 연구 Ⅰ

        We investigated the photodegradation of pefloxacin(PFX) in some conditions. Pefloxacin was decomposed by light with different patterns in several solvents-ethanol, methanol and water. In the neutral and alkaline the rate of photo-degradation was more rapid than in acidic. When oxygen was replaced to N_2 gas, we found that it prevent pefloxacin from photodegrada-tion. Using the singlet oxygen scavenges-sodium azide and α-tocopherol, we obtained an indica-tive evidence of that photo-degradation pathway is mediated by singlet oxygen.

      • 우리나라의 測量制度 및 發展指標 定立에 관한 硏究

        오늘날의 측량의 내용은 우주측지기술의 실용화, 컴퓨터를 이용한 수치지도제작 및 인공위성에 의한 영상의 획득이 가능해짐에 따라 종래의 지상측량 및 지도제작의 범위를 뛰어넘어 크게 확대, 발전되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 측량학계는 이러한 시대적 변화를 능동적으로 주도해 가지 못하고 있으며, 내부적으로는 제도적, 기술적인 여러 가지 문제점을 안고 있고, 또한 측량업과 측량기술자의 위상은 사회적 공헌도에 비해 열악한 상태에 처해 있는 것이 오늘의 현실이다 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 측량의 현황과 문제점을 조사, 분석하고 측량기술의 발전과 측량업의 건전한 육성을 위한 여러 가지 방안을 연구, 검토하여 미래지향적인 발전지표를 제시하고자 하였다. Nowdays the scope and the contents of surveying are enlarged from a small area of the conventional surveying and mapping to a large area of the practical use of space geodesy technology, digital mapping using computers and the development of remote sensing. However, there are many structual, technological problems on the Korean surveying and mapping field, therefore they cannot actively lead the new tendency of current movement of surveying. The social status of survey engineers and the surveying and mapping industry is lower than it deserves for its social contribution. In this paper, the present status and problems of Korean surveying and mapping field are reviewed and analysed, and proper scheme for future development of the field with the prospect of surveying technology and the sound cultivation of surveying industry is proposed.
