        강화 특화작목의 건강기능성 식품 제품화의 가능성을 타진하고 재배작물의 표준화 연구를 위해 사자발쑥, 싸주아리쑥 그리고 순무에 대해 총 폴리페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 사자발쑥이 9.5mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 7.4mg/g, 순무가 1.8mg/g으로 총 플라보노이드 함량은 사자발쑥이 4.3mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 3.6mg/g, 순무가 0.4mg/g으로 확인 되었다. 또한 강화 약쑥의 유효지표성분인 eupatilin과 jaceosidin이 사자발쑥에는 각각 208mg/100g, 118mg/100g, 싸주아리쑥에는 199mg/100g, 111mg/100g 함유된 것을 HPLC를 통해 확인하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the contents of total polyphenol and total flavonoid of three Ganghwa indigenous crops, two varieties of Artemisia princeps Pampanini (Sajabalssuk, Sajuarissuk) and Brassica campestris ssp rapa. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of Sajabalssuk were 9.5 and 4.3 mg/g, those of Sajuarissuk were 7.4 and 3.6 mg/g, those of B. campestris ssp rapa were 1.8 and 0.4 mg/g, respectively. The contents of eupatilin and jaceosidin in A. princeps Pampanini which were calculated by HPLC, were determined 208 mg/100g, 118 mg/100g in Sajabalssuk and 199 mg/100g, 111 mg/100g in Sajuarissuk, respectively.

      • 집락분석을 위한 그래픽 방법에 동적 그래픽스의 적용

        In this talk, we present a computer software to explore the structure and to obtain clusters of a multidimensional data. For visualization, we are employing dynamic graphics method and use three graphical tools for the method. Three graphical tools are: dendrogram, constellation plot(Wakimoto, 1978) and FEDF scatterplot(Huh, 1995). The plots are dynamically linked each other and respond instantaneously with the choice of a proximity measure and linkage method. The selection of the number of clusters can be done in window by a click of a mouse.

      • 싸주아리쑥(Artemisia herba)으로부터 phytol의 분리

        싸주아리쑥 지상부의 80% MeOH 추출물로부터 얻어진 EtOAc 분획물에 대하여 silica gel 및 ODS column chromatography를 반복하여 diterpene을 분리하였다. 화합물의 화학구조는, NMR, MS 및 IR 등의 스펙트럼을 해석하여 phytol로 동정하였다. The aerial part of Artemisia herba was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_(2)O, successively. From the EtOAc fraction, a terpenoid was isolated through the repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatographies. From the result of physico-chemical data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structure of the compound was determined as phytol.

      • 논문집 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        도서관 시스템은 일반적으로 수서, 목록, 대출, 참고, 정기간행물, 경영관리 등 6개의 단위시스템으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 학위논문과 논문집에 게재된 논문 관리를 위한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 학위논문은 별도의 시스템으로 구현되었으며 논문집에 게재된 논문은 입력 과정과 저장 과정의 중복을 최대한 줄이기 위해 두개의 부분 시스템으로 분리하여 구현하였다. 이용자의 다양한 항목에 대한 검색 요구를 지원하기 위하여 별도의 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. Generally the library system consists of six units: acquisition, catalouge, circulation, reference, pericdicals, and management system. In this paper, the system for managing dissertations and papers in periodicals is designed and implemented. A separate system is implemented for dissertations. The system for managing papers in periodicals is composed of two subsystems to avoid redundancy. Retrieveal systems for multiple items are also implemented to support various demands of users.

      • 복숭아나무(Prunus persica)의 VA內生菌根에 관한 硏究

        The beneficial role of Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM) for the growth of fruit trees has already been well demonstrated in many countries, but little has been studied about VAM in Korea. So far, researches concerning physiological aspects of VAM have been abundant compared to researches on the ecological sides in fruit trees. Especially, the study about VA mycorrhizal fungi indigenous to peach orchard soil has been less studied. This study was conducted to identify the genera of VA mycorrhizal fungi living in the soil where in peach trees rooted and to observe infected roots of host plants in peach orchards in Suweon, Taegu, and Naju area. The results obtained were as follows. Peach roots infected by fungi were observed and spores of the fungi were noticed in the rhizosphere soil in Suweon, but only spores have been shown in Taegu, Naju. Identified genera of the fungi in peach orchards in Suweon were Glomus sp. The form of vescicular observed was oblong and irregular.

        Fly Ash를 이용한 흡수제의 SO_2/NO_x 동시제거

        본 연구에서는 비산재를 첨가한 개량흡수제를 이용하여 황산화물과 질소산화물을 동시에 제거하기 위하여 고정층반응기 실험을 수행하였으며, 제조한 혼합흡수제는 SEM-EDX, ICP, BET, XRD 등을 이용하여 물성분석을 수행하였다. 소성한 석회석에 비산재를 혼합하여 수화시킨 'fly ash 개량흡수제'는 SO_2와 NO_x를 동시에 효율적으로 제거할 수 있었으며, 비산재를 첨가하여 제조한 개량흡수제가 첨가하지 않은 흡수제에 비하여 SO_2와 NO_x 동시제거에 더 효과적이었다. 이러한 실험결과는 석회석과 개량흡수제에 비산재의 첨가로 인하여 규산캄슘 등과 같은 수화물 생성으로 인하여 포졸란반응이 유도되어 'fly ash 개량흡수제'의 비표면적과 흡습성 등이 증가되었기 때문이다. 또한, 비산재를 SO_2 및 NO_x 동시제거용 첨가제로 활용하기 위한 비산재와 개량흡수제의 최적 첨가비율은 1:9인 것으로 나타났다. The simultaneous removal of SO_2 and NO_x by advanced absorbent from coal fly ash was examined in a packed bed reactor. Also, the physicochemical properties of prepared absorbents have been measured using ICP, BET, SEM-EDX and XRD. We have found that both SO_2 and NO_x in dimulated flue gas can be effectively removed by use of fly ash advanced absorbent which was prepared by hydration of calcined limestone with or without coal fly ash. The addition of fly ash into the absorbents can result in the highly efficient simultaneous removal of SO_2 and NO_x from simulated flue gas. This is because the addition of fly ash into limestone and advanced absorbent increases the specific surface area and hygroscopicity of fly ash advanced absorbents by pozzolanic reaction which leads to the formation of calcium silicate compounds. The test results indicated that the optimal mixing ratio of fly ash to advanced absorbent sample is about 1:9 for the effective removal of SO_x/NO_x.

      • 臺木 및 品種에 따른 矮性사과의 生育差異에 관한 硏究(第Ⅱ報)

        The introduction of dwarf apple growing in real terms in Korea has started from 1970. Nowadays, the cultivation area of dwarf apple trees has greately expanded, reaching 30% of total apple growing area in 1982 present. Many of the pomologists have interest in the growth habit of the dwarf apple trees but sy stematic studies on growth and flowering of them were not studied in detail. The present study was carried out to find out the effects of the most important dwarfing rootstocks; M.27, M.9, M.26, and MM.106 on their counter part scion cultivars; Fuji, Jonagold, Spur Earli Blaze, Starkrimson, Vista Bella, Oregon Spur, and Mutsu in their growth using 6-year-old apple trees. The results obtained were as follows. The tree height of Fuji on M.26 and on MM.106 were 288.60㎝, 291.20cm, respectively. The tree width of Fuji on M.26 and MM.106 were 328.20㎝, 292. 40cm, respectively. The tree height of Jonagold on M.26 were 256.20cm. The width of Jonaold on M.26 were 239.20cm. Therefore, a regardless of rootstocks, the tree height and width of Fuji cultivar were greater than those of Jonagold cultivar. The tree height, width, trunk circumference and number of shoots of Fuji on M.26 were greater than these of other scion cultivars on M.26. The Spur EarliBlaze on M.26 is superior to other cultivars in the number of flowers.

      • 신냉매용 자동차 에어콘 시스템에서 팽창밸브의 특성 해석

        This study was performed to design the optimal Block Type Expansion Valve through analyzing the characteristics of the Block Type Expansion Valve in automotive air conditioning system using HFC-134a. To make easy flow control and pressure drop, the main function of Block Type Expansion Valve, a preliminary experiment on 3 kinds of orifice(Rectangular Type, Diffuser Type, Cone Type) was carried out and the flow characteristics in Expansion Valve was analyzed. Based upon the results of the experiment, 2 types of Block Type Expansion Valve were installed in automotive air conditioning system using HFC-134a and the characteristics of the 2 types of Block Type Expansion Valve were analyzed and compared under variation of compressor RPM.

        대도시 지역 학령 전 아동의 영양소 섭취량과 비만 및 빈혈과의 관계 연구

        This study was designed to investigate nutrition intakes and its relation to the obesity and the prevalence of anemia in 252 children(136 boys, 116 girls) aged 2-6 years. The hematological parameters, daily nutrient intakes and height and weight were measured. Calorie intakes of 2 and 3 year-old-children were over their RDA while those of 4-6 years were below the RDA. Intakes of protein, P, and vit B complex were far over the RDA in all ages of children. Fe and vit A intakes were insufficient in all ages except 3 years while Ca intakes were insufficient in all ages except 2 and 3 years. About 18.2% of the children were evaluated as obese. However, very few children were anemic by hematologic parameters. The mean Hb concentrations were 12.2㎎/dl in boys and also in girls. The mean Hct was 36.2% in boys, 35.8% in girls. Serum Fe concentration was 100.l㎎/dl in boys, 101.1㎎/dl in girls. RBC count was significantly higher in boys while MCH was significantly higher in girls. Intakes of protein, P, Fe, vit B_l, niacin, vit C were significantly higher in obese group compared to underweight group. There were significant positive correlations between protein intake and Hb, Hct, MCH, and MCHC. The correlation between Fe intake and Hb or Hct was not significant. In conclusion, it seems that the nutritional status of the most children was in very good condition. However, they needed to take more foods supplying Fe, Ca, and vit A.
