In this work, process optimization techniques for high frequency performance of HBTs are presented. The techniques are focused on reducing parasitic base resistance and base-collector capacitance, which are key elements determining the high frequency characteristics of HBTs. Several fabrication techniques, which can significantly reduce the parasitic elements of the HBTs for improved high frequency performance, are proposed and verified by the measured data of the fabricated devices.
새로운 시장 창조를 위한 의료서비스산업 규제개선의 경제적 효과 추정

의료서비스산업의 새로운 미래를 창조하기 위해 본 연구는 국내외 다수의 현장을 직접 방문하여 정책실행자, 서비스수요자 및 공급자의 의견을 도출하였으며, 이에 기초한 규제개선 과제를 모색하였다. 특히, 국내로 한정되어 있는 의료서비스 산업의 시장을 확대하기 위한 규제개선 과제를 도출하였으며, 이런 노력으로 창출될 경제적 효과를 추정하였다. 본 연구에 의하면 무엇보다도 규제개선을 통해 서비스산업의 새로운 시장을 창조하는 작업이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 해외환자 유치과정을 간소화하는 작업뿐만 아니라 영리추구를 위한 사업분야 진출 및 비의료인의 투자, 의료인 간의 동업 허용이 필요하다. 또한 '무규제 투자자유구역'의 수도권 설립을 통해 의료산업에 영리추구라는 경제원리가 도입되면 공공성이 훼손될 것이란 우려를 최소화하면서 해외수요의 국내유치를 도모하는 방안을 제안하였다. 한편, 운영비용이나 초기 설립비용을 직접 지원하는 방법은 재정적인 부담을 초래하여 행정부의 정책의지가 약화되는 원인으로 작용하였기 때문에 운영자금이나 초기 투자비용을 조달할 수 있도록 의료법인과 투자자를 연결하는 방식으로 전환해야 한다. 본 연구의 추정에 의하면 규제개선을 통한 투자유인 제고, 업무의 효율성 제고 등이 이루어질 경우 2020년까지 의료서비스산업에 약 5조 9천억 원의 부가가치와 약 11만 4천 개의 일자리가 추가적으로 창출될 수 있다. This study seeks for de-regulation for the expansion of the medical service industry through the interview of the government authorities, service providers and consumers. It also estimates the economic impact of the de-regulation effort. The study finds it important to create a new market for domestic medical service industry through de-regulation. It is needed to allow not only simplification of the process of attracting foreign patients but also profit-seeking business expansion, investment by non-medical corporations and partnership between medical practitioners. It also proposes to build a 'No-regulation Free Investment Zone' as a way of minimizing the concerns that economic principle will damage the public nature of medical industry. Since the government's direct support for operation costs or initial establishment costs has resulted in fiscal burden, it is recommended that the governemt provide financial brokerage service connecting medical corporations and investors. According to the estimation of this study, successful de-regulation create value-added of 5.9 trillion won and about 114,000 jobs in the medical service industry by 2020.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Rice (<I>Oryza sativa</I> L.), the major staple food in many countries, has genetic diversity adapted to different environmental conditions. However, metabolic traits about diverse rice plants are rarely discovered. In the present study, rice leaves and grains were collected at whole growth stages from late (LMC) and early (EMC) maturing cultivars. Metabolic dependences of rice plants on both growth and cultivar were investigated in their leaves and grains through NMR-based metabolomics approach. Rice leaf metabolome were differently regulated between two rice cultivars, thereby affecting variations of rice grain metabolome. Sucrose levels in leaves of EMC were markedly decreased compared to those in LMC, and more accumulations of sucrose, amino acids and free fatty acids were found in grains of EMC. These distinct metabolisms between EMC and LMC rice cultivars were associated with temperature during their growing seasons and might affect the eating quality of rice. It is very important to connect machinery and maintain it. This is usually done by bolt joint. There are two ways in connecting the bolt joint : the angle method and the torque method. The torque method is a method that let the clamping force maintain. The underhead of the bolt's head and the thread friction are the main influences. This study focuses on how the clamping force and friction coefficient change under the condition in vibrating the underhead of the bolt's head part. As a result, under vibration condition, we found out that the clamping force increases, while the friction coefficient decreases.

Journal Bearing is hydrodynamic lubrication working that fluid exist between journal and bearing. Therefor, oil film formation is important at working journal Bearing. If oil film don't form, journal and bearing is contacted. And scuffing is occurred. Lubricating oil generate heat by fluid shear. If oil film is maintained, viscosity is important variable. Viscosity is sensitive to heat. Viscosity is changed by heat, and film thickness change.
농작업을 고려한 농업용 하이브리드 트랙터의 토크 지원 전략 개발

본 논문은 농작업 시 농업용 하이브리드 트랙터를 위한 토크 지원 전략을 제안한다. 일반적으로 농업용 트랙터는 베일러, 로타리 등 농작업 종류에 따라 필요한 토크의 크기가 다양하기 때문에 특수목적을 위하여 출력이 큰 트랙터가 필요할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연비개선보다는 작은 모터를 사용하여 특정 농작업에 필요한 적절한 토크 지원을 수행함으로써 동일한 사이즈의 기존 트랙터보다 다양한 농작업을 좀 더 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 하이브리드 트랙터 개발을 목표로 한다. 이를 위한 토크 지원 전략을 제안하고 상용 차량 시뮬레이터인 Autonomie 를 기반으로 한 하이브리드 트랙터 모델을 이용하였다. 마지막으로 토크 어시스트 전략을 적용한 하이브리드 트랙터와 일반 트랙터에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통해 작업 효율과 연료 사용량을 검증하였다. This paper proposes a torque assist strategy for operating a hybrid agricultural tractor in the field. In general, different field operations such as baling and rotary tillage require different patterns and amounts of torque. Thus, a large agricultural tractor is used to improve the farming efficiency. Therefore, this research has the goal of developing a hybrid tractor that uses a small electric motor to provide additional torque for specific field operations. To achieve this objective, a rule-based torque assist strategy is proposed and validated for a simulation model in the Autonomie framework, which is a commercial simulation tool. Finally, the work efficiencies and fuel consumptions of a conventional tractor and the hybrid tractor with the proposed torque assist strategy are compared using simulations.
