리니어 동기 모터는 고효율 구동이 가능하고, 제어가 용이하여 반송장치, 생산 기계등 폭넓게 적용되고 있으나, 주거 환경 분야에서의 적용은 미흡한 실정이다. 최근 홈 오토메이션화의 요구에 보다 고효율로 제어성이 뛰어난 Slotless 리니어 동기 모터가 주목 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Slotless 리니어 동기 모터의 구동시 발생하는 마찰력을 보상하여 서보 구동 특성을 취득한다.

Ozone Density Estimation and Stable Supply in the Thin Film Growth

An ozone condensation system is evaluated from the viewpoint of an ozone supplier for Bi-superconductor thin film growth. An ozone condenser by a selective adsorption on the silica gel surface is constructed. Ozone density is evaluated by three methods; ultraviolet absorption, thermal decomposition and Q-mass analyzing methods. Thermal decomposition method is found to be available to the density evaluation from dilute to highly condensed ozone. The highest ozone density condensed by the adsorption method is evaluated to be 97 mol%.
Ophthalmic Application of Hydrogel Polymer Containing Carbon Nanomaterials

This experiment is to evaluate the physical properties of the hydrogel lens with the addition of carbon-based nanomaterials, Graphene oxide and Carbon nanotube, and to confirm the improvement of strength. Hyaluronic acid, a hydrophilic substance, was used as an additive by using HEMA (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a base monomers. Graphene oxide and two types of Carbon nanotubes(Amide functionalized and Carboxilic acid functionalized) were added 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, respectively, and the physical properties were analyzed by measuring water content, refractive index, breaking strength and SEM image. In the case of the sample added with each carbon nano material, the water content tended to increase for all three materials. The breaking strength tended to increase in Graphene oxide and Carbon nanotube; Carboxilic acid functionalized, but in the case of Carbon nanotube; amide fuctionalized, the breaking strength tended to decrease. However, Carbon nanotube; amide fuctionalized had the highest breaking strength among the three nano materials. Thus, the addition of certain carbon nanomaterials seems to be appropriate for improving the strength of hydrogel lenses.

The electric pewer demand has increased. As a result, we need to change a circuit breaker for bigger capacity one but it has sorre problems. In order to solve the difficulties according to change a circuit breaker, some alternative plans are suggested. One of them is to apply a SFCL in the electric pewer system The SFCL has the ability to reduce a fault current with an existing circuit breaker and it can protect an electric pewer system. In this paper, we composed a three phase flux-coupling type SFCL and analyzed a recovery characteristic according to reclosing operation with an increase in voltage. If the recovery time is delayed than we are expected, it could be a loss in the normal state. So we have to improve a recovery characteristic for application of SFCL to electric pewer svstem.
