        This study analyzed the main motive of Korean firm's FDI into Qingdao of China in order to improve the effects of attracting Korean firm's FDI to Qingdao. This study first researched the literatures and studies on FDI motive systematically. Then classified it into two groups(low product's costs and Chinese domestic market) and measured Korean firm's features of real motive using survey data of (Korean) firm-level in Qingdao. Finally discussed and showed suggestions for Improving effects of attracting Korean firm's FDI to Qingdao.

      • 첨가물에 따른 고온 초전도 후막의 특성

        In this study, by using the electrophoresis, preparation of YBCO superconducting wire deposited on metal Ag base wire was studied with its properties. YBCO powder could be prepared by solid state reactions with calcining and sintering processes. Superconducting wire prepared on metal Ag wire used as cathode of deposition base could be also fabricated in the YBCO/acetone-dispersed solution to obtain several tens of ㎛ thick films. In the process of film deposition, a catalyst I₂added into the suspension solution was very useful for preparing thick film of YBCO, and BaF₂ of additive material was also necessary for preparing crack-free wire of YBCO superconductor. As a result, YBCO superconducting wire added 2~3wt.% of BaF₂with catalyst, I₂had better deposition condition for uniform and dense YBCO wires, and critical current density, Jc was calculated at the value of 1,458A/㎠ (more than 10³A/㎠, 77K, 0[T]) of 30㎛ thick sample by 4-point prove method.

        YBCO superconducting thick films were perpared on Ag wire by electrophoresis in acetone and ethanol with chemically modified suspension. The addition of organic compounds, such a PEG into suspension solution for improving critical current density was investigated. Surfac state, deposition conditions, pore distribution and cracks were investigated by using SEM photographs. Controlling preparation conditions were studied for reducing these defects. As a results, in acetone slolution, the surface crack of samples was decreased with increasing PEG. To develop optimum microstructures for samples processes affect the microstructure and hence the properties of ceramic superconductors.

        A Novel EYA1 Mutation Causing Alternative RNA Splicing in a Chinese Family With Branchio-Oto Syndrome: Implications for Molecular Diagnosis and Clinical Application

        Objectives. Branchio-oto syndrome (BOS) primarily manifests as hearing loss, preauricular pits, and branchial defects. EYA1is the most common pathogenic gene, and splicing mutations account for a substantial proportion of cases. However,few studies have addressed the structural changes in the protein caused by splicing mutations and potential pathogenicfactors, and several studies have shown that middle-ear surgery has limited effectiveness in improving hearing in thesepatients. BOS has also been relatively infrequently reported in the Chinese population. This study explored the ge-netic etiology in the family of a proband with BOS and provided clinical treatment to improve the patient’s hearing. Methods. We collected detailed clinical features and peripheral blood samples from the patients and unaffected individualswithin the family. Pathogenic mutations were identified by whole-exome sequencing and cosegregation analysis andclassified according to the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics guidelines. Alternative splicing wasverified through a minigene assay. The predicted three-dimensional protein structure and biochemical experimentswere used to investigate the pathogenicity of the mutation. The proband underwent middle-ear surgery and was fol-lowed up at 1 month and 6 months postoperatively to monitor auditory improvement. Results. A novel heterozygous EYA1 splicing variant (c.1050+4 A >C) was identified and classified as pathogenic (PVS1(RNA),PM2, PP1). Skipping of exon 11 of the EYA1 pre-mRNA was confirmed using a minigene assay. This mutation mayimpair EYA1-SIX1 interactions, as shown by an immunoprecipitation assay. The EYA1-Mut protein exhibited cellularmislocalization and decreased protein expression in cytological experiments. Middle-ear surgery significantly improvedhearing loss caused by bone-conduction abnormalities in the proband. Conclusion. We reported a novel splicing variant of EYA1 in a Chinese family with BOS and revealed the potential molec-ular pathogenic mechanism. The significant hearing improvement observed in the proband after middle-ear surgeryprovides a reference for auditory rehabilitation in similar patients.

      • P型 α-多孔 SiC. 的光致發光光潽硏究

        The photoluminescence (PL) spectra from p-type a-porous silicon carbides prepared under UV photo-assisted process and under dark-current condition are investigated in detail. Emission bands with peak energies of 2.35, 2.50, 2.70, and 3.43 are resolved. The PL stability in tune and the PL difference arising from different tuning excitation energies are studied. It is found that the PL spectra of the a-porous silicon carbide depend strongly on the preparation conditions for electrochemical etching. The PL spectrum of the sample prepared under photo-assisted process has an enhancement on the lower-energy side of the emission; on the contray, another one under dark-current condition has an enhancement at the higher energy side, and the former stability is better than the latter one, and the latter PL intensity decreases with the increase of the time in the air. The reasons about these differences are discussed.

        For the research of the effects on suspension solution with YBcO and BSCCO for elcectrophoretic deposition to prepare superconducting thick film wire, the preheating technique for the superconducting powders in vaccum system was used with various solvent solutions for electrophoresis such as acetone, toluen and buthanol was investigated. As a result, it was useful to remove the influence of remaining and adsorbed solvent solution which was existed between and on the particle surfaces when the specimens of superconducting wire by electrophoresis were treated in vacuum of 10-3 Torr and temperature around 200℃ in bell-jar system. Of the prepared superconducting wire samples, the critical current density, Jc was measured by 4-point prove method in liquid N₂, and at the value of 10³to 10⁴A/㎠, respectively, for the YBCO and BSCCO superconducting wires.

        직업과 생활 습관, 그리고 CYP1A1, GSTM1, GSTT1 유전자 다형성이 요중 1-hydroxypyrene과 2-naphthol 농도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : This study was performed to describe the distribution patterns of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) and 2-naphthol concentration in coke oven workers and workers not occupationally exposed to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), and to determine the effects of occupation, life style, and genetic polymorphism of cytochrome P450 1A1(CYP1A1), glutathione S-transferase mu 1 (GSTM1) and theta 1 (GSTT1) on urinary 1-OHP and 2-naphthol concentration. Methods : The study subjects were 19 coke oven workers and 156 shipyard workers. A questionnaire was used to obtain data about detailed smoking and food intake history. Urinary 1-OHP and 2-naphthol concentration and genetic polymorphism of CYP1A1, GSTM1, and GSTT1 were analyzed. Results : The urinary 1-OHP and 2-naphthol concentration was higher in the coke oven workers and in smokers. Urinary 1-OHP concentration was significantly correlated with time after last intake of roasted in non-smoking coke oven workers, whereas urinary 2-naphthol concentration was with amount of cigarette smoking at the sampling day in smoking shipyard workers. Urinary 1-OHP, but not 2-naphthol, concentration of the shipyard workers with Ile/Ile type of CYP1A1 was significantly lower than that of the shipyard workers with other CYP1A1 genotype. Conclusions : Urinary 1-OHP would be a better marker for occupational exposure to PAH in coke oven workers, and urinary 2-naphthol might be better for non-occupational inhalation exposure to PAH. CYP1A1 would not play an important role in the metabolism of naphthalene but in the metabolism of pyrene.

        Antioxidant Peptide Purified from Enzymatic Hydrolysates of Isochrysis Zhanjiangensis and Its Protective Effect against Ethanol Induced Oxidative Stress of HepG2 Cells

        Marine microalgae have been widely applied in cosmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and functional foods. In the present study, we first investigated the hepatoprotective effects of peptide purified from microalgae, Isochrysis zhanjiangensis on HepG2 cells alcoholic injury. I. zhanjiangensis was hydrolyzed utilizing chymotrypsin, trypsin, pepsin, and by vitro gastrointestinal digestion. Among hydrolysates, the gastrointestinal hydrolysate showed relatively high free radical scavenging ability preliminarily and was purified with following sequential chromatography methods. The amino acid sequence and molecular mass of the purified peptide from I. zhanjiangensis (PIZ) was identified as Asn-Asp-Ala-Glu-Tyr-Gly-Ile-Cys-Gly-Phe (NDAEYGICGF; MW, 1088.16 Da) via Q-TOF ESI/MS. Additionally, PIZ attenuated ethanol-induced cytotoxicity and inhibited the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species by DCFH-DA assay. Western blot results showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) levels up-regulated with PIZ treatment before alcohol exposure while gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) protein expression down-regulated. These results provide an opportunity to discover new highly active peptide against alcohol toxicity in HepG2 cells.

        &-catenin was first considered as a brain spedfic protein, strong evidence of&-catenin overexpression in various cancers, including prostate cancer, has been accumulated. Phosphorylation of a-catenin by Akt and GSK313 has been studied in various cell lines. However, tyrosine phosphorylation of &-catenin in prostate cancer cells remains unknown. In the current study, we demonstrated that Src kinase itself phosphorylates &-catenin on its tyrosine residues in prostate cancer cells and further illustrated that Yl073, Yll12 and Yl176 of &-catenin are predominant sites responsible for tyrosine phosphorylation mediated by c-Src. Apart from c-Src, other Src family kinases, including Fgr, Fyn and Lyn, can also phosphorylate a-catenin. We also found that c-Src-mediated Tyr-phosphorylation of &-catenin increases its stability via decreasing its affinity to GSK313 and enhances its ability of indudng nuclear distribution of j3-catenin through interrupting the integrity of the E-cadherin. Taken together, these results indicate that c-Src can enhance the oncogenic function of&-catenin in prostate cancer cells. ⓒ 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Through the applied research on digitalized acoustical signals, characteristic analysis of computer music, computer MIDI production technology, digital audio technology and computer music production software, this paper builds up a set of computer music production technology system based on a digital, informational and modernized background, and proves by experiments that this system makes the computer music production technology represent effects of simple and convenient usage, high-degree simulation and efficient extraction.
