Excretory urography is a type of contrast study used to verify and localize upper urinary tract disease. It is an inexpensive and easy way to visualize of anatomic and functional status of the kidney and has been used as a primary imaging modality for the evaluation of urinary tract abnormalities. We describe urological signs of 7 dogs who examined with excretory urography and ultrasonography. Six cases were referred to veterinary medical teaching hospital. Chungnam national university (VMTH, CNU) to evaluate renal function after the treatment for renal failure and one case was referred showing hematuria. In case 1, 2 and 4, blood test and urinalysis was normal and the results of excretory urography presented that renal function were normal range. In case 3, the results of urinalysis, ultrasonography, and excretory urography except blood test presented abnormal kidney and hydronephrosis was diagnosed. In case 5 and 6, blood test, urinalysis, ultrasonography and excretory urography indicated renal failure. In case 7, blood test, urinalysis and ultrasonography presented partially abnormal signs, however, the results of excretory urography was normal range.

The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of strain and stress in the vacuum pressure vessel. The vacuum pressure vessel is used to many of industrial devices and cooling tower system. The vessel is under the vacuum pressure in this research, and we analyzed the stress on the vessel surface. As the experimental set up, we introduced the Static Strain Measurement(UCAM 70A, Kyowa) system. The environmental condition of vessel is reserved under vacuum pressure 50mmHg, and the vacuum pressure was made by a ejector pump system.
레이저 형광법에 의한 프로세싱 플라즈마중의 입자 계측에 관한 연구

Armorphous materials have various structures that is determined by different manufacturing conditions. That is, the photoelectric characteristics of films manufactured by different conditions are totally different. The growth mechanism of a-Si should be understood in order to controll the characteristics and structures of these kinds of materials. In this study, we try to elucidate the particle behaviours in a processing plasma using a low pressure glow discharge. And because of difficulties understanding discharge mechanism, we have done the processing so far depending on the experimental methods that compare the thin film produced by varing discharge parameter with the results of micromachinary. But, this has a limitation in the development because it regards the plasma as a blackbox. Therefore, because it needs to observe the discharge parameters and plasma background gas systematically, we try make sure that the particle behaviours be made clean by using laser fluorescence method which is predominant in a phenomina measurement and special resolution.

This study is focusing on analyzing the effect and meaning of the zone on the lot divided by zoning line which is run by the current law to get rational solutions. Each evaluation applies to realistic and applicable methods according to regulations. The three ways of application methods on the zone of the selected lot divided by zoning appear are Land Area Method, Building Area Method, and Zone Method. All three ways have their own meanings and limitations to apply, but according to the analysis result, we could decide that Region Method is the most effective way. However, it has sever limitations when we design site plan, building-use and building form in a land, so complements are required for each of provisions. Therefore, We suggest new approach about the building development scale, and for building-use and a right to enjoy sunshine, We suggest complementary methods for each case. First, We apply for a complex method for deciding on the building development scale. Second, for determination of the building uses, We permit the mixed-usage when a building sets on the lot divided by zoning line, and for a right to enjoy sunshine, We select the application method for the bigger land.

The main purpose of this research is the investigation of water distributer. The water distributer of this research is installed in evaporative cooling tower system. The performance of this cooling tower system depend on the evaporative surface, and there are many kinds of methods for increasing the evaporative surface. In this research, we introduced the two kinds of spraying system, one is the hole type with hole diameter 1, 2 and 3mm, and the other is the spray nozzle types with nozzle tip diameter of 1 and 2mm. As the experimental results, the case of diameter 2mm showed the best performance.
마이크로머시닝을 이용한 Bump형 Probe Card의 제조

Probe card is the most important part of testing IC chips. This work was related to silicon vertical probe card which enabled to simultaneously test multiple semiconductor chips. We presented Bump-type vertical probe card. It was fabricated by dry etching using RIE technique, isotropic etching, and bulk-micromachining on SDB wafer. The process used in this work was very simple and reproducible, which had good controllability in the probe card dimension and spacing. It is expected that the fabricated probe card can reduce testing time, can promote productivity and enables bum-in test.
대기환경개선을 위한 비열플라즈마중의 NO 입자의 거동 연구

In this paper, the removal rate of NO in a reactor is measured first using nonthermal plasma generated from a wire-cylinder type reactor, then the discharge image and horizontal signal strength and vertical signal strength of NO particles is observed using ICCD(Intensified Charged Coupled Device) camera. It was found that NO removal rate was increased with NO concetration decreasing, and that horizontal signal strength and vertical signal strength were also increased with NO concentration decreasing. Especially, this research is aimed at clarifying the NO characteristics by observing the images of AC discharge when the nonthermal plasma generated by as discharge( electrical method ) was used.

한강수계인 안양천에서 유출되는 산업페수에서 카드뮴과 납에 내성을 지니며 이들 중금속을 축적하는 균주 HYM 2., HYM 40을 분리하여 동정한 효모인 Torulopsis inconspicua로 밝혀졌다. 납의 경우 180mg/g dried cell, 카드뮴의 경우 147.5mg/g dried cell까지 축적한는 것을 확인하였다. 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 이들 중금속은 주로 세포막에 축적되는 것으로 나타났다. 이 균주를 한양학원 폐수를 재료로 하여 pilot system에 적용한 결과 원폐수만을 적용했을 때보다는 활성슬러지를 첨가했을 때 (MLSS를 2000∼3000mg/ㅣ로 보정), 특히 분리된 균주를 적용시켰을 때 중금속의 제거 효율이 훨씬 더 증가하였다. 이는 환경오염원을 제어하는 균주를 직접 실공정에 적용할 수 있는 가의 가능성을 타진할 수 있었다. Two strains of yeasts, HYM 20 and HYM 40, which have resistance against heavy metals such as cadmium and lead and have ability to accumulate the heavy metal were isolated in the industrial sewage drained from Anyang stream. These strains of yeasts were identified as Torulopsis inconspicua. This yeast accumulated lead upto 180mg/g dried cell and cadmium 147.5mg/g dried cell. In the electron microscopic analysis, it was observed that the heavy metals were accumulated within the cell membrane. In the application of wastewater from Hanyang University to the A₂/0 system, increased accumulation was observed when the original sewage was added with active slvge by comparison with the sewage alone. particulaly, when added with sluge and isolated strains, higher increasemant of accumulation was boserved than in the former cases. These results showed the possibilities for the practical elimination of heavy metal pollutants.

GIS is evolving from a technology that addresses specific applications to a broad-based information system. Its value goes beyond increased efficiency, cost savings. Therefor GIS will be fundamental to the future on the internet. But our organizations and societies exclusively handle geographic informations in Korea. and they use independently foregin commercial GIS softwares. It makses difficult to accmulate local techniques in GIS. In order to solve this problem we implement WEB-GIS using JDBC without depening specific software.
