In this study, Song-Cheon river Basin located at Dae-kwan-lyong Meyn in Kang-Won Province was monitored to analyze characteristics of non-point source pollution during the snowmelt period. The characteristics of NPS pollution such as runoff, change in water quality and pollutant loads by snowmelt were investigated from 23th February 2010 to 27th April 2010. The results showed that The climate change effects flow, turbidity and concentration of SS and COD with showing similar trend of fluctuation. Daily pollutant loads per unit area were SS 74.43 kg/ha/day, COD 1.25 kg/ha/day, BOD 0.21 kg/ha/day, TN 0.717 kg/ha/day, TP 0.141 kg/ha/day and the flow weight mean concentration has been SS 985.97 mg/L, COD 16.28 mg/L, BOD 2.67 mg/L, TN 9.302 mg/L, TP 1.834 mg/L, respectively. The flow and pollutant loads both of SS and of COD significantly increased during the snowmelt period. Because structurally loosen soil by freezing and thawing deteriorates water quality, research and management measures will be needed.

Probe card is the most important part of testing IC chips. This work was related to silicon vertical probe card which enabled to simultaneously test multiple semiconductor chips. We presented Bump-type vertical probe card. It was fabricated by dry etching using RIE technique, isotropic etching, and bulk-micromachining on SDB wafer. The process used in this work was very simple and reproducible, which had good controllability in the probe card dimension and spacing. It is expected that the fabricated probe card can reduce testing time, can promote productivity and enables bum-in test.
농부가 아닌 환자에서 발생한 긴털가루진드기(Tyrophagus Putrescentiae)에 의한 기관지천식 1례

Storage mites are believed one of the most important allergens in farmers and rural regions. Tyrophagus putrescenitiae, belonging to storage mites, is found not only within storehouses but also in the house dust, and the third most common mites following Dematophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssnus in house dust in Korea. The sensitization rate to Trophagus putrescentiae was reported as high as that of house dust mite in patients visiting the allergy clinic in large cities in Korea. We experienced a 69-year-old man who had suffered from dyspnea, wheezing, and coughing for 10 years. He retired from the teaching profession, and had lived in a large city. Deajeon. The skin prick test showed a positive reaction to Tyrophagus putrescentiae and negative reactions to house dust mites. The bronchial challenge test with Tyrophagus putrescentiae showed late asthmatic reaction. We confirmed a Tyrophagus putrescentiae induced asthma in non occupational setting. This research takes up YONG-YOUN(龍淵) temple and NAM-JI-JOUNG(南地藏) temple which makes clear the space structure and the belief form of those Buddhist temples. The above-mention temples have been already investigate in other research's. However Now day, ne temples are a lot of changes so it is necessary to clarify the current situation Moreover Each Buddhist temples was not investigated detaily. So this research's aim is current temple's situation investigation and each temple's detailed reserch 1 ) The construction of all temples goes back even to the Silla Dynasty . However, the arrangement structure of then Buddhist temple was completion of the arrangement structure with the courtyard clearly now in a Chosun Dynasty. Especially, the construction time of the grand gate which the component of such an arrangement structure to be assumed the 17th century of which the middle of a Chosun Dynasty. 2) Moreover, it is a building where it was built to be paid attention most in the space structure of the investigated Buddhist temple for folk beliefs. Belief objects is deified to these buildings are 山神(SAN SIN) , 獨聖(DOK SUNG), and 七星(CHIL SUNG). Especially being paid attention is 山神(SANSIN) belief. There was a belief to 山神(SAN SIN) from ancient times . However, coming to be deified in the temple is from a furnace in the 17th century. By the way, it was able to be confirmed to have come to be built in the temple which had been investigated by this research in the 20th century in the latter half of the 19th century.

The objective of this study were to investigated the water quantity and quality characteristics of sewer infiltration/inflow(I/I) computation in Yangsan City. infiltration/inflow(I/I) were evaluated the water-use evaluation, average daily minimum flow-water quality evaluation and minimum daily flow evaluation. Flow meter for infiltration/inflow(I/I) evaluation was used the FLO-TOTE II. Contaminant came into very low concentration at all sampling points as BOD5 standard. Also, I/I evaluation during dry weather on maximum daily infiltration flow-water quality evaluation, maximum-minimum daily flow evaluation, average daily-minimum flow-water quality evaluation is desirable than water-use evaluation. Because that infiltration/inflow(I/I) amount is much different than other evaluation methods.
유기 능동 소자 제작을 위한 유기 박막의 제작 및 전기적 특성

There are currently considerable interest in the applications of conjugated polymers, oligomers, and small molecules for thin-film electronic devices. Organic materials have potential advantages to be utilized as semiconductors in field-effect transistors and light-emitting diodes. In this study, pentacene thin-film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated on glass substrate. Aluminums were used for gate electrodes. silicon dioxide was deposited as a gate insulator by PECVD and patterned by reactive ion etching (R.I.E). Gold was used for the electrodes of source and drain. The active semiconductor pentacene layer was thermally evaporated in vacuum at a pressure of about 10?? Torr and a deposition rate 0.3Å/s. The fabricated devices exhibited the field-effect mobility as large as 0.07㎠/V.s and on/off current ratio as larger than 10??.

The electro-optical properties of CdS single crystal were studied by these means of X-ray diffraction, optical absorption, Hall effect and DLTS. From X-ray diffraction patterns of powder method, the hexagonal structre was confirmed and the lattice parameters were determined to be a??=4.13A and c??=6.75A. By analysis of Hall effect and DLTS data, the electrical properties of the CdS single crystals are investigated. The results of experiments suggest that the donor levels are originated from two kinds of defects which can be identified by their activation energies of 18 meV and 462 meV respectively. The free carrier concentration at room temperature is to be 4.2×10¹??cm??³.

CdS polycrystalline thin films were deposited on the ITO substrate by the chemical bath deposition method. Cu₂(CuS)S/CdS heterojunction thin film solar cell formed on CdS thin films using a chemical reaction method. The maximum short-circuit current, open-circuit voltage, fill factor, and energy conversion efficiency of Cu₂(CuS)S/CdS heterojunction thin film solar cells obtained at 80 mW/cm² were found to be 6.2mA/cm², 0.3V, 0.44 and 1.03%, respectively.
