        태권도장의 내부마케팅이 조직유효성, 고객지향성 및 경영성과의 구조적 관계

        본연구는 태권도장의 내부마케팅을 강조하고, 더 나아가 경영성과를 높이기 위한 유의미한 기초 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 2022년 1월부터 3월까지 서울과 경기도 소재의 태권도장 사범들을 모집단으로 총 277부의 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종 277부 설문지에 대해 SPSS 25.0 및 AMOS 24.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 태권도장의 내부마케팅이 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도장의 내부마케팅이 고객지향성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도장의 조직유효성이 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 넷째, 태권도장의 조직유효성이 경영성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 태권도장의 고객지향성이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 태권도장의 내부마케팅이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 내용을 바탕으로 살펴보면 태권도장의 경영성과를 올리기 위하여 내부마케팅 전략을 활용함과 고객지향서의 높아하는 데 중점을 두어야 할 것은 시사한다. This study, attempts to conduct an empirical analysis on the effect of Taekwondo gyms’ internal marketing on organizational efficiency, customer orientation and management performance. To this end, it recruited the subjects including coaches working in Taekwondo gyms located at Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. First, the internal marketing for Taekwondo gyms has an effect on the organizational efficiency. Second, the internal marketing for them has no effect on the customer orientation. Third, the organizational efficiency of them has an effect on the customer orientation. Fourth, the organizational efficiency of them has no effect on the management performance. Fifth, the customer orientation toward them has an effect on the management performance. Sixth, the internal marketing for them has an effect on the management performance.

        As in its early development, metaverse has become a popular marketing topic with broad participation among marketers and consumers. Due to the global pandemic and lockdowns that hit offline marketing channels, people seek online and virtual interactions (Taherdoost, 2022). It accelerated the changes in consumers’ habits and participation in digital media. The term metaverse was first introduced in 1992 in a Sci-Fi Snow Crash (Stephenson, 1992), describing a space where users can join as avatars through terminals with virtual reality features (The Economist, 2020). And with the development of web3, metaverse has evolved into a hyper-connected online universe. Kim (2021) defines the metaverse as the network of virtual environments where individuals can communicate and interact with one another and objects in real-time using their digital representation or avatars. Brands lead and help consumers to find ways to enter the metaverse space, accelerating mainstream adoption. Philipp Plein, a Swiss fashion brand, purchased 65 parcels of land with 1.4 million dollars in the metaverse platform Decentraland with about 800,000 registered users (Hiken, 2022).

        중국 근대 무술명가(名家) 왕자평(王子平)에 관한 문헌연구

        이 연구는 중국무술 10대 명가(명인)로서 근대화에 지대한 공헌을 한 왕자평의 생애에 관해 고찰해 봄으로써 그가 중국무술의 근대적 발전과 사회문화에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 살펴보는데 주요한 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 질적연구 방법의 하나인 문헌연구를 하였으며, 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 왕자평은 하북성 창주의 무술세가에서 태어나 무술명가(명인)이 되는 환경적 요인을 지니고 있었다. 둘째, 그는 태어날 당시에는 선천적으로 약한 체력을 지녔으나 후천적인 무술 수련을 통해 강한 근력을 소지하여 ‘신력 천근왕(神力千斤王)’이라는 별명을 얻었다. 셋째, 그는 서구 열강이 침략하던 시기에 수많은 서구열강의 무사들과의 대결을 통해 애국심을 고취하였다. 넷째, 1949년 신중국 설립 이후 무술, 정치, 체육, 중의학과 관련하여 다양한 사회활동을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 서구열강이 침략하던 시기에 애국심을 고취하는 사회현상을 만들었다.

        Management strategy for Spodoptera frugiperda (Lepidoptera:Noctuidae) in mountain maize planting areas in China

        The fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), is a major maize pest worldwide and has caused huge economic loss. To explore the control tactics of S. frugiperda in mountain maize planting fields, studies were performed in China from 2020 to 2021 for screening the S. frugiperda-resistant maize variety, seed coating agents, chemical insecticides, and biological agents. The results showed that 75 g/hm 2 Emamectin benzoate had better controlling efficacy (with a control efficacy of 91.05% at 1d) than other chemicals, so it was recommended in the high incidence period of pests. Compared with other seed coating treatments, 50% Lumi ngwei TM625FS (with a control efficacy of 76.19% at 10d) was the best seed coating against S. frugiperda. The biological control “Telenomus remus + Picromerus lewisi” and “T. remus + Eocanthecona furcellata” had good control efficacy on S. frugiperda with 76.01%, 64.10% at 20d, respectively. Additionally, there were lower numbers of S. frugiperda in maize variety GuiDan6, BaoYu9, and YanBaiYu8. In summary, this research rec ommended four effective pest management strategies (GuiDan6-resistant maize variety, 50% Lumingwei TM625FS-seed coating agents, 5% emamectin benzoate-chemical pesticide, and “T. remus + P. lewisi”-biological control) in mountain maize planting fields.       • Sliding Mode Control of A Newly Designed Cable-Driven Manipulator with Time Delay Estimation

        To ensure satisfactory control performance for the newly designed cable-driven manipulator with complex unknown lumped disturbance, a sliding mode control (SMC) method based on time delay estimation (TDE) is proposed and investigated in this paper. The proposed method mainly has two elements, the TDE element used to properly estimate and compensate the lumped unknown dynamics of the system, and the SMC element used to ensure satisfactory control performance under complex disturbance. The proposed method is model-free and easy to use in practical applications thanks to TDE, and has good robustness benefiting from SMC. Corresponding stability of the closed-loop control system is analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the effectiveness of our proposed control method was demonstrated by some experiments.

        A New Model-free Robust Adaptive Control of Cable-driven Robots

        For high performance control of cable-driven robots, a new model-free robust adaptive control is proposed using adaptive proportional-integral-derivative nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode (PID-NFTSM) in this paper. The designed control scheme has three elements, which are time-delay estimation (TDE) and a new PIDNFTSM manifold and a combined adaptive reaching law. The TDE element is applied to achieve the lumped system dynamics and hence founds a practical model-free structure. Meanwhile, a new PID-NFTSM manifold is designed to inherit the advantages of the NFTSM and high-order SM (HOSM) and integral SM (ISM) controls. Because of this design, the PID-NFTSM manifold can effectively ensure the non-singularity and high comprehensive control performance. Then, by combining the fast-TSM-type reaching law and a constant speed one with adaptive gain, we design a new combined adaptive reaching law for performance reinforcement. Benefiting from above three parts, our proposed control is model-free, highly precise and strongly robust. Stability is analyzed using Lyapunov theory. The effectiveness of our control is proved by comparative simulation studies.         Endophytes from Natural Festuca spp. in Southwest China and Their Compatibility with Tall Fescue Cultivars

        Investigating endophyte distribution, naturally occurring in native grasses, is important for understanding endophyte-grass associations and using the beneficial effects of endophytes in cultivated plants. The goal of this study was to investigate endophytes from natural Festuca spp. in Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan Provinces of China, and to study the compatibility between the endophytes and turf type tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) which is widely used for lawn and athletic fields in that region. Of 628 accessions in F. ovina, 421 had endophytes identified in leaf sheath from on-site microscopic examination. From Festuca spp, three isolates were obtained from the seeds and ninety isolates were obtained from seedlings established from the collected seeds. The isolates from F. ovina and F. stapfii were tentatively identified as Neotyphodium typhinum and Neotyphodiumstarii, respectively. We tested compatibility of the two fungal species with seven tall fescue cultivars, Little Hero, Sub Boy, Eldorado, Arid III, Millennium, Crossfire, and Fawn. N. typhinum or N. starii did not infect ‘Fawn’with either seed injection or seed soaking method. The highest infection rate byboth N. typhinum and N. starii was in ‘Sun Boy’ and ‘Eldorado’. There were significant interaction effects between tall fescue cultivar and type of endophyte on infection.
