Serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a significant marker for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. However, some proportion of liver cancer patients are AFP-negative (AFP ${\leq}$20ng/ml). In order to study the differences between clinicopathological factors and prognosis of alpha-fetoprotein negative and positive patients, a total of 114 cases (41 AFP-negative and 73 AFP-positive) were selected for our research. By systematically statistical analysis, the results demonstrated that compared with AFP-negative patients, AFP-positive examples were more likely to feature cirrhosis nodules, non-complete neoplasm capsules, and a poor Edmondson-steiner grade. Furthermore, AFP-negative patients demonstrated a favorable long-term prognosis. By univariate analysis and multivariate analysis with Cox's proportional hazards model, multiple tumors were found to be independent risk factors for worse survival of AFP negative patients; however, less tumor-free margins, multiple tumors and Edmondson-steiner grades III/IV, proved to be independent risk factors leading to a poor prognosis of AFP positive cases. Finally, we can infer that high levels of AFP signify a highly malignant tumor and unfavorable prognosis.

Xu Liu,Xu Sun,Wenying Wang,Hanfeng Ding,Wei Liu,Guangxian Li,Mingsong Jiang,Changxiang Zhu,Fangyin Yao 한국식물학회 2012 Journal of Plant Biology Vol.55 No.3
Purple apiculus is one of the important agronomic traits of rice. Single-segment substitution line (SSSL) W23-07-6-02-14 in the genetic background of an elite rice variety Huajingxian74 (HJX74) with the substituted interval of RM225-RM217-RM253 on the chromosome 6 was found to have purple apiculus (Pa). To map the gene governing Pa,W23-07-6-02-14 was crossed with the recipient HJX74 to develop an F2 secondary segregation population. The ratio of purple apiculus to green apiculus showed a good fit to 3:1 ratio, indicating that Pa was controlled by a major dominant gene. The gene locus for Pa was tentatively designated as Pa-6. Using 430 individuals from the F2 segregation population, the Pa-6 locus was mapped between two SSR markers RM19556and RM19561 with genetic distances of 0.2 and 0.3 cM,respectively. For fine mapping of the Pa-6 gene, a large F2:3segregation population of 3890 individuals was developed from F2 heterzygous plants in the RM19556-RM19561 region. Recombinant analyses further mapped the Pa-6 gene locus to an interval of 41.7-kb bounded L02 and RM19561. Sequence analysis of this 41.7-kb region revealed that it contains eleven open reading frames (ORFs), of which, ORF5 is classified as the one that is associated with the C (chromogen for anthocyanin) gene, it was presumed to be the candidate gene for Pa. This result provided a foundation of map-based cloning and function analysis of the Pa-6 gene.
New Viewpoint about “Taixue Style” in Qingli Period of Song Dynasty
XU Yao-li 한양대학교 수행인문학연구소 2009 수행인문학 Vol.39 No.2
It is thought usually that “Taixue Style” in the Northern Song Dynasty is odd and acerbity ancient prose. However “Taixue Style” in Qingli Period actually exemplifies the abuses in styles of imperial examinations, especially LiuFu. The forming of Taixue Style closely related with new system of imperial examinations in Qingli Period. Moreover 《应天以实不以文赋》, written by OUYANG Xiu in the second year of Qingli Period, directly drove the forming of Taixue Style. Shi Jie is a loyal executants of OUYANG Xiu’s View that Fu is the prose to rectify. The Taixue Style excluded by ZHANG Fang-ping is mainly the Fu that dose not measure upthe rule of Lv Fu, which actually obstructed the contents such as to follow the Confucianism and serve society.

Xu, Song Yuan,Yao, Li Qiang,Rong, Hong Bing,Xu, Shao Qing 대한전자공학회 1992 HICEC:Harbin International Conference on Electroni Vol.1 No.1
Using the $quot;bang-bang$quot;control the system can obtain the optimal time. But there have the chatter and the bad robustness after considering the practical factors. If we use the chang structure principle, the chatter will be diminated and the system will get the strong robustness. This paper adopted this two kinds of the principles to design the satellite attitute control system and the satisfied results were received.

Background/AimsPrevious studies reveal that immune-mediated neuroinflammation plays a key role in the etiology of esophageal achalasia. However, the understanding of leucocyte phenotype and proportion is limited. This study aim to evaluate the phenotypes of leukocytes and peripheral blood mononuclear cells transcriptomes in esophageal achalasia. MethodsWe performed high-dimensional flow cytometry to identified subsets of peripheral leukocytes, and further validated in lower esophageal sphincter histologically. RNA sequencing was applied to investigate the transcriptional changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with achalasia. Cell-type Identification by Estimating Relative Subsets of RNA Transcripts (CIBERSORT) was used for estimating the immune cell types. A differential gene expression analysis was performed and the differential expressed genes were subjected to gene ontology, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes network, protein-protein interaction network construction. ResultsAn imbalance between innate and adaptive immune cells occurred in achalasia. Specifically, neutrophils and CD8+ T cells increased both in peripheral blood and lower esophageal sphincter in achalasia. Eosinophils decreased in peripheral blood but massively infiltrated in lower esophageal sphincter. CIBERSORT analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells RNA sequencing displayed an increased prevalence of CD8+ T cells. 170 dysregulated genes were identified in achalasia, which were enriched in immune cells migration, immune response, etc. Proton pump inhibitor analysis revealed the intersections and gained 7 hub genes in achalasia, which were IL-6, Toll-like receptor 2, IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor, complement C3, and complement C1q A chain. ConclusionPatients with achalasia exhibited an imbalance of systematic innate and adaptive immunity, which may play an important role in the development of achalasia.

Purpose: We aimed to identify effectiveness-associated indicators and evaluate the optimal tumor reduction rate (TRR) after two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in patients with invasive breast cancer. Methods: This retrospective case-control study included patients who underwent at least four cycles of NAC at the Department of Breast Surgery between February 2013 and February 2020. A regression nomogram model for predicting pathological responses was constructed based on potential indicators. Results: A total of 784 patients were included, of whom 170 (21.68%) reported pathological complete response (pCR) after NAC and 614 (78.32%) had residual invasive tumors. The clinical T stage, clinical N stage, molecular subtype, and TRR were identified as independent predictors of pCR. Patients with a TRR > 35% were more likely to achieve pCR (odds ratio, 5.396; 95% confidence interval [CI], 3.299–8.825). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted using the probability value, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.892 (95% CI, 0.863–0.922). Conclusion: TRR > 35% is predictive of pCR after two cycles of NAC, and an early evaluation model using a nomogram based on five indicators, age, clinical T stage, clinical N stage, molecular subtype, and TRR, is applicable in patients with invasive breast cancer.
Joint Subcarrier and Bit Allocation for Secondary User with Primary Users` Cooperation
( Xiaorong Xu ),( Yu-dong Yao ),( Sanqing Hu ),( Yingbiao Yao ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2013 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.7 No.12
Interference between primary user (PU) and secondary user (SU) transceivers should be mitigated in order to implement underlay spectrum sharing in cognitive radio networks (CRN). Considering this scenario, an improved joint subcarrier and bit allocation scheme for cognitive user with primary users` cooperation (PU Coop) in CRN is proposed. In this scheme, the optimization problem is formulated to minimize the average interference power level at the PU receiver via PU Coop, which guarantees a higher primary signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) while maintaining the secondary user total rate constraint. The joint optimal scheme is separated into subcarrier allocation and bit assignment in each subcarrier via arith-metric geo-metric (AM-GM) inequality with asymptotical optimization solution. Moreover, the joint subcarrier and bit optimization scheme, which is evaluated by the available SU subcarriers and the allocated bits, is analyzed in the proposed PU Coop model. The performance of cognitive spectral efficiency and the average interference power level are investigated. Numerical analysis indicates that the SU`s spectral efficiency increases significantly compared with the PU non-cooperation scenario. Moreover, the interference power level decreases dramatically for the proposed scheme compared with the traditional Hughes-Hartogs bit allocation scheme.
BtPDR: Bluetooth and PDR-Based Indoor Fusion Localization Using Smartphones
( Yingbiao Yao ),( Qiaojing Bao ),( Qi Han ),( Ruili Yao ),( Xiaorong Xu ),( Junrong Yan ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2018 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.12 No.8
This paper presents a Bluetooth and pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR)-based indoor fusion localization approach (BtPDR) using smartphones. A Bluetooth and PDR-based indoor fusion localization approach can localize the initial position of a smartphone with the received signal strength (RSS) of Bluetooth. While a smartphone is moving, BtPDR can track its position by fusing the localization results of PDR and Bluetooth RSS. In addition, BtPDR can adaptively modify the parameters of PDR. The contributions of BtPDR include: a Bluetooth RSS-based Probabilistic Voting (BRPV) localization mechanism, a probabilistic voting-based Bluetooth RSS and PDR fusion method, and a heuristic search approach for reducing the complexity of BRPV. The experiment results in a real scene show that the average positioning error is < 2m, which is considered adequate for indoor location-based service applications. Moreover, compared to the traditional PDR method, BtPDR improves the location accuracy by 42.6%, on average. Compared to state-of-the-art Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) fingerprint + PDR-based fusion indoor localization approaches, BtPDR has better positioning accuracy and does not need the same offline workload as a fingerprint algorithm.
