        Effect of Employee Career Growth on Task Performance: Mediating Role of Organizational Identification and Moderating Role of Self-efficacy

        본 연구의 목적은 종업원의 직업성장이 과제수행능력에 미치는 영향, 조직 동일시의 매개효과 및 자기효능감의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 세 가지 주요한 연구 가설을 제시하고 연구 모델을 수립하였다. 데이터는 설문조사 방법에 의해 중국 내 직원으로부터 수집하였다. 종업원의 직업성장은 과제수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 조직동일시는 두 변수의 관계에 매개효과가 있으며, 자기효능감은 두 변수의 관계에 유의한 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 직원 경력 성장의 관점에서 직원들의 업무 성과를 향상시키고, 기업의 업무 효율화를 촉진하는 방법에 대한 새로운 사고 방식을 제공한다. 기업은 직원의 개발 목표와 기업의 개발 목표가 조화를 이루도록 지도해야 한다. 직원들의 안정성을 유지하는 측면에서는 물질적 보상뿐만 아니라, 비물질적 지원과 인센티브를 잘 제공하여 직원들의 조직성과 업무 열의를 높이고 기업 효율성을 향상시켜야 한다. The aim of this study is to verify the impact of Employee Career Growth on task performance. This paper also analyze the mediating effect of organizational identification and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Based on theoretical research, this study proposes 3 key research hypotheses and established a research model. Employee career growth is positively related to task performance, organizational identification as the mediating variable and self-efficacy as the moderating variable effect employee career growth and task performance. This research provides a new way of thinking about how to improve employees’ task performance and how to promote the working efficiency of the company from the perspective of employee career growth. Companies should instruct employees to appropriately integrate personal career growth goals with corporate development goals. In terms of measures on maintaining employees’ degree of recognition, companies should not only ensure material rewards, but also do well in providing non-material guarantees and incentives, so as to enhance the organizational identification and working initiative of employees, and improve the efficiency of the company.

        Quantitative Detection of Corroded Reinforced Concrete of Different Sizes Based on SMFL

        In order to solve the problem of quantitative detection of corroded reinforced concrete of different sizes, the quantitative detection experiment based on spontaneous magnetic flux leakage (SMFL) was carried out in batches. Electrochemical corrosion of 27 reinforced concrete specimens was carried out, and the SMFL signals of reinforcement were obtained by magnetic detection equipment. Four-dimensional magnetic indicators M1-M4 that can characterize the corrosion degree of the specimens were defined. The influence of different sizes on the magnetic indicators were analyzed. It is concluded that the thicknesses of the concrete covers affect the magnetic indicators by affecting the lift-off heights z. The influence of diameter of the rebars on the quantitative detection can be eliminated by describing the corrosion degree with the average cross-section loss rate α. The influence of length of the rebars on quantitative detection is not clear yet. Finally, Support Vector Machine (SVM) was introduced to establish a classification model of corrosion classes and magnetic indicators. Using the model to predict the corrosion classes of the specimens can achieve a high classification accuracy. The research provides a new method for the quantitative detection of steel corrosion.

        Effect of Organizational Virtuousness on Pro-social Rule Breaking: Mediating Role of Psychological Empowerment and Moderating Role of Proactive Personality

        본 연구의 목적은 조직 미덕이 친사회적 규칙위반행동에 미치는 영향, 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과 및 주도적 성격의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 세 가지 주요한 연구 가설을 제시하고 연구 모델을 수립하였다. 데이터는 설문조사 방법에 의해 중국 내 직원으로부터 수집되었고, SPSS 24.0은 연구 모델의 가설을 검증하기 위해 사용되었다. 조직 미덕은 친사회적 규칙위반 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 심리적 임파워먼트는 두 변수의 관계에 매개효과를 미치며, 주도적 성격은 두 변수의 관계에 조절효과를 미친다는 연구 결과가 나왔다. 본 연구는 기업의 미덕과 윤리의 관점에서 기업의 경제적 효율성을 어떻게 향상시킬 것인가에 대한 새로운 방식을 제공하며, 관리자는 직원들의 압박 수용력을 증대시키고 기업 효율성을 향상시키기 위해 자신의 기업 미덕 형성을 중요시하고 미덕적인 근무 환경을 조성하는 데 관심을 기울여야 한다. The aim of this study is to verify the impact of Organizational Virtuousness on Pro-social Rule Breaking, the mediating effect of Psychological Empowerment and the moderating effect of Proactive Personality. Based on theoretical research, this study was established a research model by proposes 3 key research hypotheses. Data were used to test the hypotheses of the research model by SPSS 24.0, which were collected from employees in China by the survey method. Organizational Virtuousness is positively related to Pro-social Rule Breaking, Psychological Empowerment as the mediating variable and Proactive Personality as the moderating variable effect Organizational Virtuousness and Pro-social Rule Breaking. This study provides a new way of thinking about how to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise from the perspective of corporate virtuousness and ethics. Managers should pay attention to the construction of their own corporate virtuousness and create a virtuous working atmosphere in order to enhance staff"s strain capacity and improve corporate efficiency.

        Composite Design of Disturbance Observer and Reentry Attitude Controller: An Enhanced Finite-time Technique for Aeroservoelastic Reusable Launch Vehicles

        In this paper, we concern the reentry attitude control (RAC) scheme design for aeroservoelastic reusable launch vehicles (RLVs). The basic problem is to derive a RAC technique such that the aeroservoelastic RLV can achieve a robust tracking of the desired attitudes in a rapid way despite the existence of parameter uncertainties as well as external disturbances. Following from the elastic equations and attitude dynamics of the RLV, we formulate a control-oriented model in matched structure. Our main contribution is threefold. First, using the fast terminal sliding mode algorithm, the disturbance observers are designed to generate the estimation of uncertainties and disturbances, while can ensure the estimation errors converge to the origin within a timely fashion. Second, the finite-time super-twisting sliding mode control method and cascade-loop design are developed to incorporate into the new RAC strategy; hence it leads to a guaranteed tracking ability of the reentry attitude in a timely way. Third, a finite-time integral sliding mode filter is proposed in the control scheme such that the virtual input signal can be tackled well. Additionally, numerical simulations of a dynamic model for the RLV are implemented to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the developed RAC strategy and furthermore its aeroservoelastic properties.

        Pressure-Induced Confined Metal from the Mott InsulatorSr3Ir2O7

        <P>The spin-orbit Mott insulator Sr3Ir2O7 provides a fascinating playground to explore insulator-metal transition driven by intertwined charge, spin, and lattice degrees of freedom. Here, we report high-pressure electric resistance and resonant inelastic x-ray scattering measurements on single-crystal Sr3Ir2O7 up to 63-65 GPa at 300 K. The material becomes a confined metal at 59.5 GPa, showing metallicity in the ab plane but an insulating behavior along the c axis. Such an unusual phenomenon resembles the strange metal phase in cuprate superconductors. Since there is no sign of the collapse of spin-orbit or Coulomb interactions in x-ray measurements, this novel insulator-metal transition is potentially driven by a first-order structural change at nearby pressures. Our discovery points to a new approach for synthesizing functional materials.</P>

        Micromechanical modeling for viscoplastic properties of enzyme degradable semi-crystalline poly (ε-caprolactone)

        This work provide theoretical understandings for the enzyme-degradable PCL, and assist its structural designs and engineering applications. An energy-dependent evolution model is developed to reflect the enzyme-triggered decrystallization of crystals and the further dissolution by applying a chain-broken chemical reaction. Then, the mechanical properties of the enzyme-degradable semicrystalline PCL is modelled through the homogenization-based procedure by the volume-average of a collection of laminated inclusions with crystals and amorphous phase. A dual-phase-lag diffusion model is advanced to solve the enzyme concentrations in the PCL. The model is calibrated by the experiments and then applied for the chemomechanical properties of the PCL when under enzyme conditions. Some numerical examples are conducted to discuss effects of the enzyme concentration and the crystallinity on the crystallographic axe evolution as well as the overall chemomechanical properties of the semicrystalline PCL.

      • Research on Measuring Instrument of LoadingCapacity for Insects Sliding on Water Surface

        A device of measuring micro-force was designed, which can measure the maximum loadingcapacityof the insect’s leg which can slide on water surface. The device consists of two parts of micro-force measurement and feed motion control, micro-force measurement accuracy is 0.1μN, micro-analytical balance was chosen to accomplish this function; The smallest linear feed motion speed is 1mm/min, AC servo motor was chosen as the actuator, the servo control system consists of the S3C2410 and drive circuit, etc, fuzzy PID control algorithm has been adopted to achievethis function. Micro analytical balance and servo control system communicate with the computer via RS-232C.

      • Study on the Supporting Force of Water Spider and its Experimental Model on Water Surface

        Accuracy of designing and producing a micro-force measuring device is 0.1μN, through the device, the maximum supporting force of 5 living water spiders sample were measured, the maximum supporting force of living water striders is 24.8 times its weight. Water spider has large supporting force on water surface, super-hydrophobic structures of water spider legs play important role. designing and producing 5 water strider models, whose legs were made of aluminum wire with 0.45mm diameter, super-hydrophobic processing to surfaces of aluminum wire, its contact angle is 154.5°, experimentally measured that the maximum supporting force of 5 water spider models. Through mechanical analysis, established supporting force mathematical model of the water spider model on water surface, according to the model calculated the maximum supporting force of water spider model. Compare errors between measured values and calculated values of supporting forces, the ratio of the error value is less than 8.39%, verified the correctness the mathematical model of supporting force .

        Protein nanoparticles directed cancer imaging and therapy

        Cancer has been a serious threat to human health. Among drug delivery carriers, protein nanoparticles are unique because of their mild and environmentally friendly preparation methods. They also inherit desired characteristics from natural proteins, such as biocompatibility and biodegradability. Therefore, they have solved some problems inherent to inorganic nanocarriers such as poor biocompatibility. Also, the surface groups and cavity of protein nanoparticles allow for easy surface modification and drug loading. Besides, protein nanoparticles can be combined with inorganic nanoparticles or contrast agents to form multifunctional theranostic platforms. This review introduces representative protein nanoparticles applicable in cancer theranostics, including virus-like particles, albumin nanoparticles, silk protein nanoparticles, and ferritin nanoparticles. It also describes the common methods for preparing them. It then critically analyzes the use of a variety of protein nanoparticles in improved cancer imaging and therapy.
