        본 논문은 김노의 단편들에 재현된 조선족 여성 형상의 문제를 페미니즘과 사회학적 시각에 입각하여 분석하고 이를 통하여 조선적 여성들이 이국땅에서 직면해 온 정체성과 주체, 소외의 문제들을 다룬다. 김노는 중국 길림성 출신으로 1990년대 이후로 작품 활동을 계속해 온 조선족 여성 가인데, 그의 많은 작품들이 국제결혼을 통해 한국 사회에 진입해서 살된 조선족 여성들의 삶과 감정을 다루고 있다. 김노의 작품에 드러난 조선족 여성들의 문제를 살핌에 있어서 본 논문은 특히 주체성의 상실, 정성을 둘러싼 문제들, 한국 사회에서 주변화 되어 목소리를 잃고 타자화 는 여성들의 이중 소외 경험을 다룬다. 나아가 이들 조선족 여성들이 자들의 잃어버린 주체성을 되찾고 목소리를 다시 얻기 위해 이 사회에 드리운 성적, 계급적 억압을 뚫고 어떻게 맞서 싸우는지 그 과정에 주목한다. This paper is a tentative analysis of Korean Chinese female images depicted in Kim Naw's short stories from a feminist and sociological perspectives. Kim Naw is a contemporary Korean Chinese female writer who started her writing career since 1990s. Most of her short stories focus on the lives and emotions of Korean Chinese women who emigrated to the Republic of Korea through international marriage. This paper examines the problems of these women demonstrated in Kim Naw's works. It explores the causes of their suffering from the loss of subjectivity, identity trouble and being silenced and marginalized in the Korean society as "the other" It intends to capture the Korean Chinese women's efforts to break through the interwoven suppression of gender and class in order to regain their subjectivity and rights of voice.

        Methanol synthesis from CO2 hydrogenation over Cu/g-Al2O3 catalysts modified by ZnO, ZrO2 and MgO

        Cu/g-Al2O3 catalysts for methanol synthesis from CO2 are prepared and modified by metal oxides viaimpregnation in the present work. Results indicate that promoters modification leads to the formation ofsmall Cu0 particles with a high dispersion, improves catalytic performance of Cu-based catalysts inmethanol synthesis. Moreover, the activation temperature is another important factor on affecting theCu0 dispersion and particle size. The investigation on CO2 hydrogenation shows that methanol is mainlyfrom hydrogenation of activated CO2 with active hydrogen on Cu0 particles, which is inhibited by highreaction temperature due to improvement on reverse water-gas shift reaction and methanation

        자우주제 : 노가재(老稼齋)의 예술소양(藝術素養)과 연행(燕行) 문화교류(文化交流)

        조선후기 문인으로서 노가재는 연행을 통해 청나라의 정치사회와 경제발전 상황, 문화풍속 등을 두루 견문하였다. 그는 조선 선비로서의 긍지를 가지고 연행에 나섰으며 문명인의 모습을 보여주면서 자각적으로 문화 교류의 사절 역할을 담당하였다. 이번 연행의 성과물로써 삼대 연행록의 白眉로 평가받는 『老稼齋燕行日記』를 전대의 여타 연행록들과 구별짓는 중요한 특색은 노가재가 예리한 안목과 뛰어난 필치로 청나라의 사회상을 그려낸 것이다. 본 논문은 노가재의 남다른 예술적 자질을 특히 주목하고, 그가 연행 과정에서 견문한 연예, 환술 등 청나라 민간 문화예술에 대한 기술을 종합 분석하여 이 연행일기의 한중문화교류사상의 의미를 새로이 부각할 것을 목적으로 한다. 이렇기 위하여 먼저 노가재의 예술적 지향과 재능을 고찰한 다음 예술 부문을 나누어 연행과정에서의 견문과 기록 내용을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 노가재의 남다른 예술적 소양이 그의 기행문의 예술적 분위기를 특히 농후하게 하였다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그는 연행일기에서 적지 않은 편폭으로 청나라 민간 예술인들의 연예와 환술, 공예품 등 문화예술과 관련한 기술을 남겼다. 이러한 내용들은 청나라의 문화사를 규명하는데 중요한 역사 자료로 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 조선지식인의 청나라 문화에 대한 인식 태도를 알아보는데도 중요한 의미를 갖는다. From a young age, Kajae began to try some art activities such as literary creation and music art, which gave him a unique artistic accomplishment and enthusiasm of becoming a practice-based rural artist. All of those rich experiences became one of the preconditions and sources of the Diary of Kajae`s Traveling in Peking, his immortal classics. According to the related contents in this paper, we can found that because of his artistic accomplishment, there is an obvious feature in his travel note, which with dense academic atmosphere of art. He would describe what he heard or saw faithfully by chronological narrative according to the chronological and ordinal order. His skill of recording well-known mountains and rivers is symbolic almost to the point of landscape painting. Meanwhile, just because he can appreciate instruments, music, painting, handiwork, folk drama, vaudeville and magic, he can observe and record basic features and value of these folk arts that can`t be found by ordinary people. Diary of Kajae`s Traveling in Peking is a comprehensive diary style literary work with rich content and its own logic and system, as well as description of scenery and objects. That is the unique feature of this work, which can manifest its value both in history and literature.

        Effects of chelated Zn/Cu/Mn on redox status, immune responses and hoof health in lactating Holstein cows

        To evaluate the effects of chelated Zn/Cu/Mn on redox status, immune responses and hoof health in lactating Holstein cows, 48 head in early lactation were divided into healthy or lame groups according to their gait score. Cows were fed the same amount of Zn/Cu/Mn as sulfate salts or in chelated forms for 180 days, and foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccine was injected at day 90. The results showed that lame cows had lower antioxidant function, serum Zn/Mn levels, hair Cu levels, and hoof hardness. Moreover, increased antioxidant status, FMD antibody titers, serum and hair levels of Zn/Cu/Mn, and hoof hardness and decreased milk fat percent and arthritis biomarkers were observed in cows fed chelated Zn/Cu/Mn. In summary, supplementation with chelated Zn/Cu/Mn improved antioxidant status and immune responses, reduced arthritis biomarkers, and increased accumulation of Zn/Cu/Mn in the body and hoof hardness in dairy cows.

        Evaluation of Biogas Production Performance and Dynamics of the Microbial Community in Different Straws

        The development and utilization of crop straw biogas resources can effectively alleviate the shortage of energy, environmental pollution, and other issues. This study performed a continuous batch test at 35°C to assess the methane production potential and volatile organic acid contents using the modified Gompertz equation. Illumina MiSeq platform sequencing, which is a sequencing method based on sequencing-by-synthesis, was used to compare the archaeal community diversity, and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was used to analyze the bacterial community diversity in rice straw, dry maize straw, silage maize straw, and tobacco straw. The results showed that cumulative gas production values for silage maize straw, rice straw, dry maize straw, and tobacco straw were 4,870, 4,032.5, 3,907.5, and 3,628.3 ml/g ·VS , respectively, after 24 days. Maximum daily gas production values of silage maize straw and rice straw were 1,025 and 904.17 ml/g ·VS, respectively, followed by tobacco straw and dry maize straw. The methane content of all four kinds of straws was > 60%, particularly that of silage maize straw, which peaked at 67.3%. Biogas production from the four kinds of straw was in the order silage maize straw > rice straw > dry maize straw > tobacco straw, and the values were 1,166.7, 1,048.4, 890, and 637.4 ml/g ·VS, respectively. The microbial community analysis showed that metabolism was mainly carried out by acetateutilizing methanogens, and that Methanosarcina was the dominant archaeal genus in the four kinds of straw, and the DGGE bands belonged to the phyla Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes, and Chloroflexi. Silage maize is useful for biogas production because it contains four kinds of straw.

        PREPARATION OF NANO-TATB BY SEMIBATCH REACTION CRYSTALLIZATION

        The 1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene (TATB) nanoparticles were prepared by using semibatch reaction crystallization method, and the influencing factors in close relationship with the grain size and crystal morphology control, such as the concentration of reaction system and categories of surfactants, were studied in this paper. The synthesized nano-TATB particles had been characterized by SEM, XRD, thermo gravimetric/differential scanning calorimetric (TG/DSC) and N2 physisorption. The grain size of TATB particles using nonionic surfactant as the additive ranged from 30 nm to 65 nm with a shape of spheres or ellipsoids. The broadening of the peaks and the weakening of the strength for nano-TATB were observed by XRD analysis. The corrected average particle size of nano-TATB was calculated using the Debye–Scherrer equation and the range was from 18 nm to 50 nm. TG and DSC curves revealed that thermal decomposition of nano-TATB occurred in the range of 361.5°C–385.0°C and its peak temperature was 373.7°C with a decrease of approximately 7°C compared with original TATB. Furthermore, the specific surface area (21.54 m2/g) of nano-TATB was calculated by BET method using N2 physisorption (at 77°C).

        A multitype sensor placement method for the modal estimation of structure

        In structural health monitoring, it is meaningful to comprehensively utilize accelerometers and strain gauges to obtain the modal information of a structure. In this paper, a modal estimation theory is proposed, in which the displacement modes of the locations without accelerometers can be estimated by the strain modes of selected strain gauge measurements. A two-stage sensor placement method, in which strain gauges are placed together with triaxial accelerometers to obtain more structural displacement mode information, is proposed. In stage one, the initial accelerometer locations are determined through the combined use of the modal assurance criterion and the redundancy information. Due to various practical factors, however, accelerometers cannot be placed at some of the initial accelerometer locations; the displacement mode information of these locations are still in need and the locations without accelerometers are defined as estimated locations. In stage two, the displacement modes of the estimated locations are estimated based on the strain modes of the strain gauge locations, and the quality of the estimation is seen as a criterion to guide the selection of the strain gauge locations. Instead of simply placing a strain gauge at the midpoint of each beam element, the influence of different candidate strain gauge positions on the estimation of displacement modes is also studied. Finally, the modal assurance criterion is utilized to evaluate the performance of the obtained multitype sensor placement. A bridge benchmark structure is used for a numerical investigation to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed multitype sensor placement method.

        Selection of Reference Genes for Real-time Quantitative PCR Normalization in the Process of Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici Infecting Wheat

        Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici is a soil borne pathogenic fungus associated with wheat roots. The accurate quantification of gene expression during the process of infection might be helpful to understand the pathogenic molecular mechanism. However, this method requires suitable reference genes for transcript normalization. In this study, nine candidate reference genes were chosen, and the specificity of the primers were investigated by melting curves of PCR products. The expression stability of these nine candidates was determined with three programs-geNorm, Norm Finder, and Best Keeper. TUBβ was identified as the most stable reference gene. Furthermore, the exopolygalacturonase gene (ExoPG) was selected to verify the reliability of TUBβ expression. The expression profile of ExoPG assessed using TUBβ agreed with the results of digital gene expression analysis by RNA-Seq. This study is the first systematic exploration of the optimal reference genes in the infection process of Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici.

        Chimeric RNAs as potential biomarkers for tumor diagnosis

        Cancers claim millions of lives each year. Early detection that can enable a higher chance of cure is of paramount importance to cancer patients. However, diagnostic tools for many forms of tumors have been lacking. Over the last few years, studies of chimeric RNAs as biomarkers have emerged. Numerous reports using bioinformatics and screening methodologies have described more than 30,000 expressed sequence tags (EST) or cDNA sequences as putative chimeric RNAs. While cancer cells have been well known to contain fusion genes derived from chromosomal translocations, rearrangements or deletions, recent studies suggest that trans-splicing in cells may be another source of chimeric RNA production. Unlike cis-splicing, trans-splicing takes place between two pre-mRNA molecules, which are in most cases derived from two different genes, generating a chimeric non-co-linear RNA. It is possible that trans-splicing occurs in normal cells at high frequencies but the resulting chimeric RNAs exist only at low levels. However the levels of certain RNA chimeras may be elevated in cancers, leading to the formation of fusion genes. In light of the fact that chimeric RNAs have been shown to be overrepresented in various tumors, studies of the mechanisms that produce chimeric RNAs and identification of signature RNA chimeras as biomarkers present an opportunity for the development of diagnoses for early tumor detection.
