강공보는 당나라 때의 베트남인이다. 그는 당 현종의 재상을 역임하여 당조 명상으로 칭해지고 있다. 그는 유학사상을 토대로 경세사상과 정치철학에 있어 독창적인 이론체계를 세웠다. 그의 정치철학은 유가의 임금에 대한 충성과 애국에 대한 이념을 하나의 통일체적인 사상으로 확립하였다. 강공보의 정치철학사상은 중도설中道說을 포괄하고 있다. ‘법선왕설法先王說’, ‘민본사상民本思想’, ‘의식이 족하고 예의를 세워야 하며’, ‘생태윤리의식’ 등을 중시하였다. 그 가운데 가장 가치가 있는 것은 바로 민본사상이다. 그의 민본사상은 개조와 전환 그리고 창신을 통해 현대사회에 유익한 모범이 될 수 있다. 이와 같은 그의 사상은 오늘날 인류의 정신문명건설과 사회화해를 건립하는 데 있어서 새로운 사상자원을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 그의 사상 가운데 적극적이고 합리적인 부분을 개발하고 연구하여, 현대사회에 활용할 가치가 있음을 논의해 보고자 한다. Gang Gong Bo was a Vietnamese in Dang Dynasty. He was an excellent the prime minister at Hyun Jong in Dang Dynasty. He built a creative theory which combined governing thoughts and political thoughts based on Confucian thoughts. His political philosophy was an unified thoughts of the royalty to the emperor and the ideas of patriotism which was rooted in Confucianism. Gang Gong Bo’s political thoughts included the theory of moderation(中道). He emphasized the common people centered thoughts. His thoughts can contribute to build modern society. His thoughts can provide a new resource in building a new civilization and social reconciliation. Therefore, in this paper, I want to excavate in Gang Gong Bo’s thoughts the resources which can be utilized to develop modern society.

Roles of Immunohistochemical Staining in Diagnosing Pulmonary Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Background: Differentiating morphologic features based on hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining is the most common method to classify pathological subtypes of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, its accuracy and inter-observer reproducibility in pathological diagnosis of poorly differentiated NSCLC remained to be improved. Materials and Methods: We attempted to explore the role of immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining in diagnosing pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma (SQCC) with poorly differentiated features by HE staining or with elevated serum adenocarcinoma-specific tumor markers (AD-TMs). We also compared the difference of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation rate between patients with confirmed SQCC and those with revised pathological subtype. Logistic regression analyses were used to test the association between different factors and diagnostic accuracy. Results: A total of 132 patients who met the eligible criteria and had adequate specimens for IHC confirmation were included. Pathological revised cases in poor differentiated subgroup, biopsy samples and high-level AD-TMs cases were more than those with high/moderate differentiation, surgical specimens and normal-level AD-TMs. Moreover, biopsy sample was a significant factor decreasing diagnostic accuracy of pathological subtype (OR, 4.037; 95% CI 1.446-11.267, p=0.008). Additionally, EGFR mutation rate was higher in patients with pathological diagnostic changes than those with confirmed SQCC (16.7% vs 4.4%, p=0.157). Conclusions: Diagnosis based on HE staining only might cause pathological misinterpretation in NSCLC patients with poor differentiation or high-level AD-TMs, especially those with biopsy samples. HE staining and IHC should be combined as pathological diagnostic standard. The occurrence of EGFR mutations in pulmonary SQCC might be overestimated.

Exploring the rational use of Multi-Cultural Music in Music Education

Transportation convenience has enabled the various ethnic groups in the "global village" to achieve large-scale cultural integration and development. In the 21st century, music education is facing increasingly new forms and development requirements. Objective: Starting from a multi-cultural background, this article analyzes the problems of single teaching content, insufficient aesthetic cultivation, and lack of teacher knowledge in music teaching practice in primary and secondary schools in China. It proposes plans to improve teachers' music literacy and the system. They are intended to improve the application of multi culturalism in primary and secondary school classrooms. Methods: This paper uses field research, comparative research, and literature review to analyze the implementation of classroom music in primary and secondary schools. It summarizes the significance and methods of multi-cultural music education in the classroom. Results: Compared with developed countries, the development of music education in China is relatively late with shortcomings in applying diversified music in the classroom. China has emphasized the importance of multi culturalism. More educators are researching diversified music and presenting their suggestions. However, better implementation is still needed. Conclusion: There are still many shortcomings in China's current multi-cultural music education. Better integrating multi culturalism into the music education curriculum is an important issue that China needs to consider.

A NOTE ON PRIMITIVE SUBGROUPS OF FINITE SOLVABLE GROUPS

In [5], Johnson introduced the primitivity of subgroups and proved that a finite group G is supersolvable if every primitive subgroup of G has a prime power index in G. In that paper, he also posed an interesting problem: what a group looks like if all of its primitive subgroups are maximal. In this note, we give the detail structure of such groups in solvable case. Finally, we use the primitivity of some subgroups to characterize T-group and the solvable $PST_0$-groups.

Criminal Justice Policy against Terrorism in China

China is defending the terrorist crime through the Anti-Terror Law and anti-terrorism criminal legislation. China"s Anti-Terror Law and the Criminal Code Amendment (9), which were promulgated in 2015, provide legal grounds for preventing and hurting ever-growing terrorist crimes. In particular, China"s amendment to the Criminal Code (9) is designed to rigorously enforce the legal framework for terrorist crimes, protect prejudicial rights that might be violated by serious terrorist crimes, and protect the penalties for terrorist crimes. However, China"s anti-terrorism legislation still has drawbacks such as lack of systematicity, limited regulatory boundaries, and lack of rigorous penalties for the establishment of anti-terrorism legislation. To counter this, China"s anti-terrorism legislation must strictly regulate the legal system of terrorist crimes, secure penalties, and prescribe anti-terrorism laws as professional chapters.

Effects of Exogenous Hydrogen Sulfide on Apoptosis Proteins and Oxidative Stress in the Hippocampus of Rats Undergoing Heroin Withdrawal

In this study, the mechanism of H_2S protection in the hippocampus of heroin-treated rats was investigated. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: a saline group, a heroin and saline group, and a heroin and sodium hydrosulfide group. According to the principle of increasing heroin dosage daily, heroin withdrawal was precipitated on day 9with an injection of naloxone (5 mg/kg, i.p.), and withdrawal symptoms were scored. The levels of cystathionine-β-synthase, H_2S, reduced glutathione and malondialdehyde, as well as the levels of cleaved caspase-3, Bax, and Bcl-2 proteins and the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase were assayed in the hippocampus. The results showed that exogenous H_2S alleviated heroin withdrawal symptoms. Moreover, exogenous H_2S not only increased cellular H_2S and the cystathionine-β-synthase protein level activity but also significantly improved heroin-induced oxidative stress. Protein expression of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax decreased, whereas Bcl-2 protein levels in hippocampus increased with exogenous H_2S. Exogenous H_2S alleviated heroin-induced rat hippocampal damage through antioxidant and antiapoptosis effects.

Prostaglandin E1 Increases cGMP Levels in Beating Rabbit Atria: Lack of Effects of PGE1-induced Cyclic Nucleotides on Secretory and Contractile Functions

Members of prostaglandin (PG) E-series elicit cellular effects mainly through adenylyl cyclase-cAMP signaling. The role of PGE2-induced increase in cAMP has been shown to be compartmentalized in the cardiac myocytes: PGE2-induced increase of cAMP is not involved in the control of cardiomyocytic contraction. The purpose of the present study was to define the effect of PGE1 on the cGMP levels and the role of PGE1 in the atrial secretory function. Experiments were performed in perfused beating rabbit atria and atrial contractile responses, cGMP and cAMP efflux, and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) secretion were measured. PGE1 increased cGMP as well as cAMP efflux concentration in a concentration-dependent manner, however, no significant changes in atrial secretory responses were observed (with 1.0μM PGE1; for cGMP, 144.76±37.5%, n=11 versus -16.81±4.76%, n=6, control, p< 0.01; for cAMP, 187.60±41.52%, n=11 versus 7.38±19.44%, n=6, control, p<0.01). PGE1 decreased atrial dynamics slightly but transiently, whereas PGE2 showed similar effects but with lower potency. Isoproterenol increased atrial cAMP efflux (with 2.0 nM; 145.71±41.89, n=5 versus 7.38±19.44%, n=6, control, p<0.05) and mechanical dynamics and decreased ANP secretion. The PGE1-induced increase in cGMP efflux showed a bell-shaped concentration-response curve. PGE1-induced increase of cGMP efflux was not observed in the presence of L-NAME, an inhibitor of nitric oxide (NO) synthase, or ODQ, an inhibitor of NO-sensitive guanylyl cyclase. L-NAME and ODQ showed no significant effect on the PGE1-induced transient decrease of atrial dynamics. These data indicate that PGE1 increases cGMP levels via NO-soluble GC signaling in the cardiac atrium and also show that PGE1-induced increases in cGMP and cAMP levels are not involved in the regulation of atrial secretory and contractile functions.

Effect of male inflorescence of Castanea mollissima on the reproductive development and lifetime of Bactrocera minax

Previous work reveals that newly emerged adult Chinese citrus flies, Bactrocera minax (Enderlein), emerges from the ground in the mosaic-type citrus orchard of the hilly terrain landform dispersed into adjacent forest, and the newly emerged adult flies fed on male inflorescence of the Chinese chestnut, Castanea mollissima Blume (Fagaceae). The potential impact of male inflorescence of C. mollissima on the longevity, and survival of adult females and males, the ovarian development of adult females, and the abdominal index, ovarian index, and egg length of the fourth ovarian grade of living females, as well as the flowering process of the male inflorescence of the Chinese chestnut, were studied with the three methods of rearing (normal rearing, hungry rearing, and bagging rearing). For all three rearing treatments, the longevity of all adults could live up to 38 days, there were similar time dynamics for the average survival of female and male adult flies. Of the total females, 32.1%–100% females with bagging rearing could attain the fourth ovarian grade like those in rearing and hunger rearing. The abdominal index, ovarian index, and egg length of the fourth ovarian grade of 27–39 days’ old living females with bagging rearing (it corresponds to the late flower withering period), were 75.1%, 49.8% and 89.6% of those with normal rearing, and 73.2%, 60.6% and 90.8% of those with hungry rearing, respectively. The male inflorescence of C. mollissima can satisfy the nutritional requirements of adult B. minax, enabling their survival and normal reproduction. This study can provide references for development and application of artificial feed and food attractants of adult B. minax.

Finance and Corporate Innovation: A Survey

Corporate innovation is an increasingly important topic that has attracted great attention from academic researchers in financial economics in recent years. Although the top three finance journals (i.e. the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Review of Financial Studies) together published a total of only five papers on corporate innovation from 2000 to 2008, the number of such papers published by these three journals skyrocketed to 56 from 2009 to the third quarter of 2017. The purpose of this survey is to provide a synthetic and evaluative monograph of academic papers that examine the drivers and financing sources of corporate innovation.
