        Alien Chromosome-Specific PCR Markers for Selection of Powdery Mildew Resistance lntrogressed from Haynaldia villosa in Wheat

        In the introgression of the distinguished powdery mildew resistance from Haynaldia villosa to wheat, a focus task is to develop applicable molecular markers for tracing alien genetic substances and breeding selection. In an attempt to breed wheat breeding lines combining powdery mildew resistance of wheat stock 010714 conferred by alien 6V chromosome from H. villosa with thermo- photo-sensitive genic male sterility (TGMS) from wheat line C050S, a molecular marker RM874 was identified in PCR amplification using RAPD primer S2018. Batched sequencing indicated that the band contained large amounts of equal-length homologues amplified from Ty3-gypsy retrotransposon-like repetitive regions. Based on comparative cloning and bioinformatic analysis, it was converted into a more reproducible sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) marker SM142. In wheat genetic background, the marker is 6V-specific and linked to powdery mildew resistance. The linkage of the marker is further verified in F5 generation. The approach of transforming repetitive regions-derived RAPD band into a specific SCAR marker can be referred for SCAR marker development of other genes. GISH (Genome in situ hybridization) analysis of 010714 and F7 translocation lines indicated that the resistance gene is conferred by the short arm of 6V.

        Digital Controller Candidate for Point-of-load Synchronous Buck Converter in Tri-mode Mechanism

        A digital controller with a low-power approach for point-of-load synchronous buck converters is discussed and compared with its analog counterpart to confirm its feasibility for system integration. The tri-mode digital controller IC in $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS process is presented to demonstrate solutions that include a PID, quarter PID, and robust RST compensators. These compensators address the steady-state, stand-by, and transient modes according to the system operating point. An idle-tone free condition for ${\Sigma}-{\Delta}$ DPWM reduces the inherent tone noise under DC-excitation. Compared with that of the traditional approach, this condition generates a quasi-pure modulation signal. Experimental results verify the closed-loop performances and confirm the power-saving mechanism of the proposed controller.

        論文 : 《素問次注集疏》對《素問》硏究的貢獻

        While we study the book 『Somun(素問)』, we have to take Wangbing(王氷) Note as reference, which has to be understood by later generation on reading the book Sin-gyojeong(新校正) of Imeok(林億) from Song dynasty. At the final period of Edo in Japan, the famous Han medical expert, Yamada(山田) Gyoukou(業廣) sought a complete new way to compile a book named 『Somunchajujipso(素問次注集疏)』, a notes and commentaries work combined the original text of 『Somun(素問)』, Wangbing(王氷) Note and Sin-gyojeong(新校正) by taking the reference of generations medical books and notes both China and Japan. There have been many books to give notes on 『Somun(素問)』 in many generations, but less of them giving notes to the original text, but to Wangbing Note a little bit at most. In 『Somunchajujipso』, textual research and notes are given as a special example to the forward, original text and explanation part of 『Somun』, Song dynasty edition. Especially the detail explanation to the forward part of Imeok(林億), no one has done better than Gyoukou(業廣) until now. It sufficiently shows Gyoukou`s(業廣) enriched knowledge accumulated by rears hard research in Confucian classics, history and medical books, which enable it a worthy reference statement. The issued of the book 『Somunchajujipso(素問次注集疏)』expands a new area for the research of 『Somun』 and present new research improvement of 『Somun』 in Japan.

        건설CALS시스템 정보공개 현황분석을 통한 개선 방안 연구

        The Public Data Act mandates that every public institution must make efforts to facilitate convenient access to public data for all and take necessary measures to universally expand the right to use such data. Furthermore, it specifies that the head of a public institution must provide the data held and managed by that institution to the citizens. The Construction Project Information Disclosure Service aims to increase the utilization of data within the Construction CALS System, creating new added value by disclosing information and fostering communication. This service seeks to enhance public interest and transparency, support the creation of new businesses based on construction project data, and stimulate related industries. Since 2019, a total of 26 types of information have been disclosed through this service. As the volume of disclosed information continues to increase, there has been a consistent demand for reducing burden on data providers and enhancing user functionality. This study analyzes the current status of the Construction CALS Information Disclosure System to identify its existing challenges. Subsequently, it establishes a systematic approach to the data opening process and proposes enhancements to information disclosure and search functionalities for addressing these challenges.

        국내 건축분야 3D 프린팅 시장 성숙도 기반 단계별 유통플랫폼 구축방안에 관한 연구

        Recently, it is easy to find cases of 3D printing product, equipment, and materials in the architecture field. However, there is a lack of distribution environment where 3D printing products can be traded on an online platform or to access on-demand services in the architecture field. Therefore, in this study, a distribution platform development plan was proposed in consideration of the maturity level of the 3D printing distribution market in the domestic architecture field. For this purpose, the research was carried out as follows. First, by analyzing the case of the 3D printing distribution platform, the development stage of the distribution platform was set as three stages from the perspective of market maturity, platform development level, and sales/purchase experience level of suppliers and consumers. Second, the market maturity of the current domestic architecture field was evaluated as the first stage, and a distribution platform that could be implemented in the first stage was presented as a pilot. Third, we presented the first stage pilot, collected practical opinions on future construction plans through in-depth interviews, and presented detailed implementation plans for each stage necessary to achieve the second and third stage market maturity goals. Based on the roadmap derived from this study, it is expected that the domestic distribution platform market will grow step by step in the future and be utilized for business model development.

        Associations of HSP90AA2 gene polymorphisms with disease susceptibility, glucocorticoids efficacy and health-related quality of life in Chinese systemic lupus erythematosus patients

        Although the current glucocorticoids (GCs) treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is effective to a certain extent, the difference in therapeutic effect between patients is still a widespread problem. Some patients can have repeated attacks that greatly diminish their quality of life. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between HSP90AA2 polymorphisms and disease susceptibility, GCs efficacy and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in Chinese SLE patients. A case–control study was performed in 470 SLE patients and 470 normal controls. Then, 444 patients in the case group were followed up for 12 weeks to observe efficacy of GCs and improvement of HRQoL. Two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of HSP90AA2 were selected for genotyping: rs1826330 and rs6484340. HRQoL was assessed using the SF-36 questionnaire. The minor T allele of rs1826330 and the TT haplotype formed by rs1826330 and rs6484340 showed associations with decreased SLE risk (T allele: PBH = 0.022; TT haplotype: PBH = 0.033). A significant association between rs6484340 and improvement of HRQoL was revealed in the follow-up study. Five subscales of SF-36 were appeared to be influenced by rs6484340: total score of SF-36 (additive model: PBH = 0.026), physical function (additive model: PBH = 0.026), rolephysical (recessive model: PBH = 0.041), mental health (dominant model: PBH = 0.047), and physical component summary (additive model: PBH = 0.026). No statistical significance was found between HSP90AA2 gene polymorphisms and GCs efficacy. These results revealed a genetic association between HSP90AA2 and SLE. Remarkably, HSP90AA2 has an impact on the improvement of HRQoL in Chinese population with SLE.

        Surface coordination and excellent anticorrosion performance of strontiumapatite nanocomposite

        A mass-produced, simple and scalable self-heating-based method for the manufacture of surfacecoordination strontiumapatite (SP) nanocomposite with excellent corrosion resistance is proposed. Thereaction heat released from the formation of SP material increases the solubility of benzotriazole (BTA)which achieves reasonable distribution of system energy. The BTA isfirmly adhered on the SP by Sr Ncoordination bond, which acts as barrier impeding on the penetration of the corrosive medium. Scanelectron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were employed to characterize coatingmorphology and chemical composition. Meanwhile, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) datashow that the resultant resistance of strontiumapatite/benzotriazole (SPB) nanocomposite coating was3.02 × 104V cm2, which was improved by 601.8% compared with SP material. The improvement ofcorrosion performance is attributed to the synergistic anticorrosion mechanism that includes theshielding effect, extension of charge transfer paths and formation of multiple passivationfilms. Themethod for organic and inorganic synergistic material provides ideas for the design and synthesis ofanticorrosive materials.

        Microporous Zn(II)-MOF for Selective C₂H₂ Adsorption and Anti-cancer Activity on Liver Cancer Combined with LL-37

        By employment of a semi-rigid carboxylic acid ligand 5,5" -((5-carboxy-1,3-phenylene)bis(azanediyl))diiso- phthalic acid (H5L) with the -NH- joints, a new porous metal-organic framework (MOF) based on Zn(II) ions as nodes has been generated in success, and its chemical formula is {[Zn₃(μ₃-OH)(L)(H₂O₃)]·3DEF·H₂O}n (1). Owing to its Lewis basic -NH- joints and the π-electron-rich benzene rings on the skeleton, the activated complex 1 offers a favourable pore environment for binding C₂H₂ in preference to CO₂ and CH₄. The inhibitory activity of compound on the liver cancer viability was determined through exploiting the Cell Counting Kit-8 kit. Afterwards, the invasion and migration ability for the liver cancer cells was measured after indicated treatment. Multiple binding interactions are identified by performing the molecular docking simulation, indicating the stabilization effect of the Zn complex towards the target protein, and therefore, the proposed drug molecule exhibits good anticancer activities.

        Morphological, Phylogenetic and Biological Characteristics of Ectropis obliqua Single-Nucleocapsid Nucleopolyhedrovirus

        The tea looper caterpillar, Ectropis obliqua, is one of the major pests of tea bushes. E. obliqua single-nucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus (EcobSNPV) has been used as a commercial pesticide for biocontrol of this insect. However only limited genetic analysis for this important virus has been done up to now. EcobSNPV was characterized in this study. Electron microscopy analysis of the occlusion body showed polyhedra of 0.7 to $1.7\;{\mu}m$ in diameter containing a single nucleocapsid per envelope of the virion. A 15.5 kb genomic fragment containing EcoRI-L, EcoRI-N and HindIII-F fragments, was sequenced. Analysis of the sequence revealed that the fragment contained eleven potential open reading frames (ORFs): lef-1, egt, 38.7k, rrl, polyhedrin, orfl629, pk-1, hoar and homologues to Spodoptera exigua multicapsid NPV (SeMNPV) ORFs 15, 28, and 29. Gene arrangement and phylogeny analysis suggest that EcobSNPV is closely related to the previously described Group II NPV. Bioassays on lethal concentration $(LC_{50}\;and\;LC_{90})$ and lethal time $(LT_{50}\;and\;LT({90})$ were conducted to test the susceptibility of E. obliqua larvae to the virus.
