Using the data collected by All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, this paper studies the change of performance of Chinese large-sized private enterprises and its possible determinants. The study finds that the financing difficulty of private firms, due to Chinese government's control policy, is the major factor resulting in the worsening performance of these large private firms.
Neuro-adaptive Event-triggered Optimal Control for Power Battery Systems With State Constraints
Xiaoxuan Pei,Kewen Li,Yongming Li 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2024 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.22 No.2
This paper investigates an adaptive neural networks (NNs) event-triggered optimal control method for the second-order resistance capacitance (RC) equivalent circuit system with state constraints. The NNs are used to estimate the unknown nonlinear functions. In order to constrain the states within the designed boundary in optimal control strategy, the barrier Lyapunov function (BLF) method is taken into account. Furthermore, to economic the transmission resources, the adaptive NNs event-triggered optimizing control strategy is developed by employing the relative threshold strategy. The proposed optimal control strategy is not only able to satisfy the stability of closedloop system, but also can guarantee the performance index functions minimized when all states remain within the given boundaries. Finally, the effectiveness of the suggested control method is demonstrated by simulation.

Xiaoxuan Ma,Yiping Huang,Junyan Yi 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.8 No.5
In WWW, due to the distribution of information resources, how to manage and maintain distributed information resources in different nodes is one of the most important problems in the current research. On the basis of analyzing the scalability, efficiency and effectiveness of data exchange, the paper designed a distributed storage model, discussed the organization of the registry information, put forward a dynamically register and update mechanism, designed a distributed information search algorithm. Experimental results show that the biased flooding search algorithm based on index can not only reduce the message load but also can improve the search hit rate.
Research on Adaptive Prediction Algorithm
Xiaoxuan Ma,Ya Deng 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.8 No.7
The paper aims to solve the problem that the nonlinear model of control system being hard to fetch parsing and impossible to be completely accurately described by mathematical model, and thus adopting adaptive predictive control algorithm for its capability of on-line identifying the variation characteristics of uncertain parameters. At the beginning, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of adaptive control method. Then the characteristics of cascade control system are put forward. According to the principle, we study adaptation prediction open-loop control by simulation. Later, taken interference’s effect on main variable into account, we design adaptive prediction closed loop scheme to improve the system’s adaptive capacity at the time the load changing, and then identify a cascade control program whose inner loop is PID controller and outer loop is self-adaptation predictive controller. At last, we analyze the simulation results and make a conclusion that closed loop self-adaptation predictive control improves stability and dynamic property when the system is under interference.

Microfluidic chip technology is a research focus in biology, chemistry, and medicine, for example. However, microfluidic chips are rarely applied in imaging, especially in ghost imaging. Thus in this work we propose a ghost-imaging system, in which we deploy a novel microfluidic chip modulator (MCM) constructed of double-layer zigzag micro pipelines. While in traditional situations a spatial light modulator (SLM) and supporting computers are required, we can get rid of active modulation devices and computers with this proposed scheme. The corresponding simulation analysis verifies good feasibility of the scheme, which can ensure the quality of data transmission and achieve convenient, fast ghost imaging passively.

Backgrounds: Previous studies were mainly focused on the effect of catechins and caffeine, the main pharmacological ingredients of green tea. However, the ordinary way of taking green tea is by drinking the tea water. Hence the benefits of water extractives of green tea were investigated in the current study. Methods: H2O2 was applied to induce the oxidative stress on PC12 cells. The neuroprotective effects of green tea against oxidative stress were determined by observing the biological behaviors of PC12 cells. Results: With the pre-treatment of light green tea, the survival and proliferation of oxidative stressed PC12 cells were significantly enhanced. H2O2 induced PC12 cell apoptosis was completely reversed. Consistently, the expression of JNK was up-regulated while the caspase-3 was down-regulated. Conclusion: These results suggested that drinking green tea, particularly the light green tea, performed neuroprotective effects against oxidative stress.

Studies show that the shear strength of angular-shaped calcareous sand is mainly affected by dilatancy, interparticle locking, and particle breakage. In the present study, a series of consolidated-drained triaxial compression tests on calcareous sands are carried out to investigate the strength impacts of dilatancy, interparticle locking, and particle breakage. It is found that as the stress level increases, the friction angle difference reflecting the effect of the particle breakage increases. In contrast, the friction angle difference reflecting the interparticle locking and dilatancy effect decreases gradually. Moreover, the critical stress ratio of the high-angled calcareous sands decreases, which may be attributed to particle breakage. The obtained results demonstrate that when the stress level exceeds a certain value, the critical stress ratio remains constant. Then the correlation between the particle breakage, interparticle locking, and dilatancy effects in the shear strength is studied. Finally, based on the performed analysis on energy dissipation in calcareous sands, a dilatancy model is proposed that covers the particle breakage effect. The performed analyses demonstrate that the proposed model can accurately explain the experimental data.
Self-curling 3D oriented scaffolds from fish scales for skeletal muscle regeneration

Volumetric muscle loss (VML) due to various reasons may cause motor dysfunction and tissue engineering has been proposed for muscle regeneration. However, developing three-dimensional (3D) tissue-engineered scaffolds that can mimic oriented cell growth of muscle tissues are challenging for regeneration medicine. Herein, we propose a novel self-curling 3D oriented scaffold (SCOS) composed of fish derived gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) and fish scales for repairing skeletal muscles.Fish scales of tilapia were decellularized and decalcified. Then, SCOSs were constructed by ultraviolet-coating methylated fish gelatin on the back of fish scales. C2C12 myoblasts were cultured on SCOSs, and after induction of myogenic differentiation, SCOS/C2C12 transplants were prepared for in vivo experiments.Decellularized and decalcified fish scales (DDFSs) became soft and retained the original oriented microgroove surface structure that could induce oriented cell growth. SCOSs could self-curl into 3D structures when immersing in culture medium due to different swelling properties of fish GelMA and DDFSs. Cell experiments demonstrated that SCOSs enhanced the oriented growth and myogenic differentiation of C2C12 myoblasts. By integrating SCOSs and myogenic differentiated C2C12 myoblasts, the resultant SCOS/C2C12 transplants promoted de novo muscle regeneration and functional restoration of muscle activity in the mouse model of VML.Our results suggest that SCOSs loaded with myogenic differentiated C2C12 myoblasts can promote muscle regeneration in mice with skeletal muscle injuries, indicating application prospects of such scaffolds in muscle tissue engineering and other related fields.
