The study of heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water plays an important role in improving the heat transfer efficiency of the reactor. Taking the supercritical natural circulation experimental bench as the research object, the effects of power, flow, pipe diameter and mainstream temperature on the heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water were studied. At the same time, the experimental data of Chen Yuzhou's supercritical water heat transfer coefficient was collected. Through the factorial design method, the influence of different factors and their interactions on the heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water is analyzed. Through the corresponding analysis method, the influencing factors of different levels of heat transfer coefficient are analyzed. It can be found: Except for the effects of flow rate, power, powertemperature and temperature, the influence of other factors on the natural circulation heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water is negligible. When the heat transfer coefficient is low, it is mainly affected by the pipe diameter. As the heat transfer coefficient is further increased, it is mainly affected by temperature and power. When the heat transfer coefficient is at a large level, the influence of the flow rate is the largest at this time

By using the fixed point index theory, we investigate the existence of at least two positive solutions for p-Laplace equation with sign-changing nonlinear terms (ρp(u'))'+a(t)f(t, u(t), u'(t)) = 0, subject to some boundary conditions. As an application, we also give an example to illustrate our results.
Creep Fracture Mechanism of a Single Crystal Nickel Base Alloy Under High Temperature and Low Stress

This paper reports the creep behavior of a nickel-based single crystal alloy and the creep fracture mechanism under hightemperature and low stress was discussed. The creep curves were analyzed with the Kelvin model. The retardation spectrasuggest that the involved atoms during creep need more relaxation time to achieve the viscous flow, nevertheless, the creepunder the stress of 120 MPa may be caused by the mismatch of dislocation motion and visco-plastic deformation. The fracturemorphologies of crept alloys indicate that the nickel base single crystal alloy presents micro-pore aggregation fracturemechanism under the condition of high temperature and low stress creep.
A Novel Accessory Molecule Trim59 Involved in Cytotoxicity of BCG-Activated Macrophages

BCG-activated macrophages (BAM) could kill the tumor cells through cell-cell contact. In this process membrane proteins play an important role. However, up to date, few membrane proteins were revealed. In this study, we se-lected a surface molecule named Trim59, which was spe-cifically expressed on BAM membrane (compared with the negative control). We cloned and prokaryoticly expressed the extracellular domain of Trim59, purified the recombinant protein and generated polyclonal antibodies. Immunohistochemistry showed that Trim59 abundantly expressed in spleen, stomach and ovary; intermediately expressed in brain, lung, kidney, muscle and intestine; but not in thymus, liver, heart, uterus. Using the antibodies to block Trim59 on BAM significantly reduced BAM cyto-toxicity against MCA207 cells. This demonstrated that Trim59 serves as an indispensable molecule in maintaining BAM activity. Overexpression of Trim59 in Raw264.7 cell line failed to lyse target MCA207 cells, which potentiated Trim59 per se could not enhance macrophage cytotoxicity; on another hand, overexpression of Trim59 enhance the pinocytosis and Phagocytosis activity of Raw-264.7, which imply Trim59 might mediate the cell-molecule interaction. Our results indicate Trim59 might be an essential accessory molecule in mediating BAM tumoricidal functions; and Trim59 is a phagocytosis-correlated molecule.
Erosion-corrosion behaviors of Z2CN19·10N austenitic stainless steel in liquid–solid two-phase flow

The erosion-corrosion behaviors of Z2CN19·10N austenitic stainless steel in a 3.5-wt% NaCl solution with various sediment contents (7 wt%, 10 wt%, 20 wt%) and flow rates (1 m/s, 3 m/s, 5 m/s) were studied using a rotary disk erosion-corrosion test device, scanning election microscopy (SEM), potentiodynamic polarization test and potentiostatic polarization test. The results showed that sediment concentration had a smaller influence on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of Z2CN19·10N stainless steel than the flow rate and that the flow rate mainly affected the pitting potential and passivation range, but it had little influence on the potential-constant polarization. When the erosion velocity was lower than 5 m/s, mechanical erosion was the main influencing factor, and no critical flow velocities appeared.

This study was conducted to test the hypothesis that dietary supplementation with an herbal extract of Acanthopanax senticosus (AS) enhances the immune response in weaned piglets. Sixty piglets weaned at 21 days of age were randomly assigned to 3 treatment groups representing the addition of 0 or 1 g/kg of the AS extract or 0.2 g/kg of colistin (an antibiotic) to maize- and soybean meal-based diets (n = 20 per group). On days 7, 14 and 28 after initiation of the addition, total and differential counts of leucocytes, proliferating activity of peripheral lymphocytes, serum levels of immunoglobulins (Ig) and cytokines and the spleen index were determined. The AS extract decreased (p<0.05) the number of neutrophils on days 7 and 28 in comparison with the control group and reduced (p<0.05) serum interleukin-$1{\beta}$ level on day 28 compared with the other 2 groups. Dietary supplementation with the AS extract increased (p<0.05) the lymphocyte/leukocyte ratio on day 28 compared with the control group and increased the proliferating activity of lymphocytes on days 14 and 28 compared with the other 2 groups. The AS extract increased (p<0.05) the serum content of IgG on day 7 and of IgG and IgM on day 28 compared with the other 2 groups, as well as increasing the serum content of tumor necrosis factor on day 7 and spleen index on days 7 and 28 compared with the control group. Collectively, these findings suggest that the AS extract as a dietary additive enhances the cellular and humoral immune responses of weaned piglets by modulating the production of immunocytes, cytokines and antibodies.
Barrier Option Pricing of Exponential Ornstein-Uhlenbeck Model in Uncertain Environ-ment

Barrier options are path-dependent options, and their return depends not only on the price of the underlying asset on the expiry date but also on whether the underlying asset reaches the prescribed barrier level during the contract's validity period. This paper mainly studies the barrier option pricing problem under the Ornstein–Uhlenbeck equa-tion model under an uncertain environment. Assuming that the stock price obeys the Ornstein–Uhlenbeck equation model, the pricing formulas of four European barrier options are derived. Finally, several numerical examples are used to verify the effectiveness of the model.

Tetramethylammonium glycine ([N1111][Gly]) can be completely ionized into cation [N1111]+ and anion [Gly] in aqueous solution. The anion contains an amino -NH2 and a carboxyl -COO, both of which can react with hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Therefore, [N1111][Gly] was used to promote the selective absorption of H2S in coke oven gas (COG) by N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA). The absorption performance and selectivity of H2S in the aqueous solution of MDEA-[N1111][Gly] were investigated. The effects of MDEA mass fraction, [N1111][Gly] mass fraction, temperature, H2S partial pressure and CO2 partial pressure on the absorption capacity and selectivity were clarified. The results showed that an aqueous solution of MDEA-[N1111][Gly] has good selectivity for H2S in COG. The absorption capacity was large and the mass fraction of the solute in the absorbent reached more than 0.55, thereby having outstanding advantages in the aspects of saving energy consumption and operating cost and having a good application potential.
