      • 狩獵人의 意識 및 行態에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate hunter's consciousness and the behavior of hunting activities, thereby proposing primary information of decision-making hunting polices and regulation which are based to manage wildlife resource. Data for this study were obtained from available 809 among 3,424 questionares delivered to hunters who have gone hunting to chungbuk hunting preserve in 1990. The results of study are as follow, most of the hunters who are good scholar and earn a large income and are the middle-aged, are influential members of the society as a whole. The 48.2% of hunters were unsatisfied with this hunting trip, because of coming home with poor bag and the fear of illegal traps. Hunters thought the density of wildlife population was very low, and the bag was dependent in hunter's hunting ability. Hunters thought that their ability of according to hunting laws and regulations and discrimination power of wildlife were more developing hunting preserve, hunter's education, hunting trust, revicement hunting law, and enforcement hunting agent are need to enrichment hunting culture and economics.

        금강소나무림 保全을 위한 立法方向

        최근 금강소나무림의 경제적, 역사·문화적, 자원적 가치가 재인식되면서 이의 보호와 육성을 위한 대책마련이 시급한 것으로 지적되어지고 특별법 제정이 건의된 바 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 금강소나무림 보호와 육성을 위한 특별법의 법당위성과 입법방향을 제시하는데 있다. 입법방향은 산림정책의 새로운 패러다임, 즉, 고부가가치임업의 실행과 산림의 문화 자산으로서의 가치증대, 중점의 원칙 적용 및 자율과 지원행정이라는 개념으로 접근하였다. Recently, Pinus densiflora for. Erecta Forest was reacknowledged for there economical, historical, cultural and resources values. The object of this article is to suggest legislation for protecting and improvement these pine tree stands which are endangered. The direction of this legislation should promote changes in our particular paradime with the goal of high quality forestry, inclusion of historical and cultural values and change in principle of concentration per project. I gave the frame work of the legislation for protection and improvement of pinus stands. This legistation and concentrated investment will change the attitude of Korean people toward economical forestry. Forestry is a basic part of the economic and environmental infrastructure and investment in forestry can promote balanced development throughout the country.         현행 순환수렵장 (循環狩獵場) 제도에 관한 연구

        During the past 4 years, I have made a careful analysis of the present rotating system of hunting areas, on the one hand, by asking a group of hunters to fill out a questionnaire, and on the other hand, by referring to the written documents on the subject. And, as a result, it is concluded that this system, by varying the hunting grounds each year, contains in itself several problems as follows. 1. The hunters find it quite inconvenient to use a different hunting ground year after year and they also complain that the present hunting ground charge is more than it is worth. Therefore, it is expected that the number of hunters will explosively increase in the future with the betterment of hunting conditions. 2. The hunters have almost no information about game and they are, as a whole, lacking in the ethics of hunting. 3. The allotment of time in hunting training courses is not so sufficient that it is next to impossible to improve the quality of hunters. 4. As a rule, the population density of wildlife is so sparse that it falls short of the proper standard of it. 5. The present hunting system does not seem to contribute to the advancement of tourism. 6. It is absolutely necessary to make a general survey of the situation of wildlife for the legal protection of it. Besides, the interests of hunters are so closely tied up with those of farmers and foresters that dreastic measures should be taken to settle their conflicting differences. For the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems and at the same time, of developing sound hunting practices in the long run, I hereby make two suggestions. 1. The Establishment of the Hunting License Test System It is desirable to issue a license to a prospective hunter after he has met a special qualification and then passed a test so that he may have bits of information needed for his hunting activities. 2. The Introduction of The Revier System The fundamental concept of this system is based on the assumption that the private landowner should reserve a right to the pursuit of game and take responsibility for wildlife management.

        수간석해 (樹幹析解) 전산프로그램 개발 및 생장량 계산방법의 비교에 관한 연구

        In this study the stem analysis program, which can be operated with personal computer was developed to reduce time and cost of calculation, and to increase accuracy of analysis. The stem analysis method used in this program was compared with other methods. The results obtained were as follows : The value, 1/100mm measured from the latest annual ring measurement machine (Jahrringmeβgeraete Johan Type II) was automatically inputed to the computer and saved into given file name. Turbo Pascal program was written to do this. The measured data was analyzed by stem analysis calculation program written by Fortran-77. Volume and height increments were approximated by spline function, and diameter of the stem disk was calculated by quadratic mean method. The increment values calculated by the programs were printed annually and in every five-year. Stem analysis diagram and several increment graphs were also easily printed. The result compared between those analysis methods showed that quadratic mean could reduce the error caused from eccentric pith. When the stem taper curve method, approximated by spline function, was used in the calculation of tree height and volume, increments would be more exactly calculated.

        수목장의 동기와 수목장지 선호조건에 대한 요인 분석

        The purpose of this study aimed to analyze factors on motives to tree burial and choice conditions to tree burial site in order to suggest policy direction for the desirable settlement of tree burial. For those purpose, this study performed questionnaire, targeting 522 visitors of funeral hall all around Korea. As the result, the factors of motives to tree burial were extracted as follows: funeral ceremony progressed along with trees, simplicity, memorial site`s easy insurance, environmental friendliness and consideration toward descendants. The factors on choice conditions to tree burial sites were extracted as follows: beauty of natural scenery, emotional mood as a memorial site, convenience, stability and economic feasibility. Based on the results of factor analysis, this study suggested policies related to motives to tree burial as follows: develop various types of tree burial sites, develop a funeral ceremony suitable for tree burial, come into wide use of tree burial as a social welfare service, develop tree burial methods capable of many burials, and improve professionalism to manage tree burial system. In addition, this study proposed related choice conditions to tree burial sites as follows: establish natural forest scenery, convert existing graveyards into tree burial sites, select easily accessible places for tree burial sites, form tree burial sites as places for both rest and memory, and reduce using fee of tree burial site.

        사유림 영림계획용 산림경영계획시스템 개발

        For the optimal use of multi-functional forest resources, the forest management planning must be made through the systematic and rational decision-making process. For that it is essential to timely compile and efficiently manage the massive information of forest resources. But procedures of forest management planning for private forest are not yet computerized and performed by conventional method in Korea. This makes forest management planner spending much time and cost on desk for calculating growth factors from stand inventory data and preparing several reports related forest management plan. The conventional forest planning works without computer-aided system make it also difficult to efficiently manage and integrate massive forest information in planning processes. In this study, a computer aided planning system, named Forest Management Planning System(FMP1.0), for private forest was developed with Delphi program language. FMP1.0 that runs in WIN95 operation system is an integrated computer system, in which all procedures of forest management planning for private forest, such as data or information management, preparation of several reports can be interactively performed. FMP1.0 can help the forest management planner spend less time on desk and have more time in field for accurate forest survey. FMP1.0 can make it possible, for public servants being charged of official works of private forest management, to efficiently manage massive data and information for the forests in his region.

        A novel synthesis route for Pt-loaded SnO2 nanofibers and their sensing properties.

        <P>A novel one-pot synthesis method for Pt-loaded SnO2 nanofibers is reported on the basis of the sol-gel and electrospinning-combined process. The ultraviolet illumination was used for in-situ growth of Pt nanoparticles in the electrospinning solution. The sensing capability of pure SnO2 nanofibers was significantly improved by loading Pt nanoparticles. The Pt-loaded SnO2 nanofibers showed a good selectivity to toluene gas. The optimization of Pt amount in SnO2 nanofibers was essential to obtain best sensing performances. The one-pot synthesis method developed in this work may extend the use of oxide nanofibers in chemical gas sensors.</P>

      • 소아복부 종괴의 방사선학적 고찰

        최근 5년간의 소아의 복부종과 23예를 발생빈도, 부위 및 방사선학적 소견을 중심으로 비교분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 전체 23예중 신경아세포종이 6예로 가장 많았고, 그 다음이 Wilms'종양 5예, 담도낭종, 난소종양, 수전증 등의 순위였다. 2. 발생연령별로 분석해 본 결과 6세 이하가 78%(14예)를 차지했고 특히 후복강 종양은 6세 이하에 집중되어 있었다. 3. 부위별로는 후복강 종양이 60%(14예)로 가장 많았다. 4. 방사선학적 소견을 분석하여 본 결과 1) 단순 복부촬영상 신경아세포종의 50%에서 특징적인 석회화 음영을 볼 수 있었고 후복강 종양의 대부분에서 비특이적인 석회화 음영을 볼 수 있었다. 2) 초음파 소견상 저에코, 고에코 또는 혼합에코 등의 종괴 내부성장을 알 수 있었으나 종괴의 정확한 해부학적 위치를 파악할 수 없는 경우가 많았다. 3) 경정맥 신우 조영촬영상 신우신배의 비정상적인 소견과 신장의 전위소견으로부터 신장내 종양과 신장외 다른 부위의 종양을 구분할 수 있었다. 4) 전산화 단층촬영상 종괴 내부의 성상뿐만 아니라 종괴의 해부학적인 위치, 주위 구조와의 관계, 임파절이나 다른 부위로의 전이유무를 알 수 있었다. The abdominal tumors in children are different from those of adult. These tumors are the third most common one, preceded by leukemia and brain tumors, in children under 15 years. X-ray examination is the most important method among diagnostic approaches. The role of diagnostic imaging is to identify the precise anatomic location and extent of pathologic process with the minimal number of imaging procedures. 23 cases of abdominal tumors were reviewed in respect of age incidence, site of origin, radiologic findings. The results are briefly summarized as follows: 1. Neuroblastoma was the most common(6cases) and wilm's tumor(5 cases), choledocal cyst(4 cases), ovarian mass(3 cases), hydronephrosis(2 cases), were descending order in frequency. 2. The most common site was retroperitoneum(60%) Kidney was the single most common site of origin. 3. Radiologic findings. The most common findings of plain radiography was ill defined soft tissue mass and this method was helpful in the presence of calcification especially in neuroblastoma. Ultrasonographic pattern was anechoic(cystic), echoic or mixed pattern, but this method provide less precise anatomical details, nevertheless ultrasonography was paticullary useful imaging modality for the pediatric abdominal tumors. IVP findings were renal displacement, caliceopelvic system distortion or nonvisualization of kidney, these information was helpful in determining the location of tumors. CT scan showed homogenous or inhomogenous, cystic or solid, mass with their anatomic location. 4. Ultrasonography was the most widely used specific diagnostic method, but had limited value in detecting the anatomic location of tumors. CT scan was superior to ultrasound for determining the extent of tumors.
