Damaurone D belongs to the genus Rosa and is a traditional medicinal product used for the treatment of depression, inflammation, and infectious diseases. The purpose of this study was to develop a simple liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of damaurone D in rat plasma and to demonstrate its application in pharmacokinetic stud-ies. Damaurone D and berberine (internal standard) were extracted with acetonitrile using a protein precipitation method. Mass transition was monitored in multiple reaction monitoring mode at m/z 323.2→267.0 for damaurone D and m/z 336.1→320.0 for berberine in positive ion mode. Analytical validation was conducted by evaluating the specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, matrix effect, extraction recovery, and stability. The calibration curves were linear over 2–1000 ng/mL. The intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy of quality control samples were 4.79–13.33% and 86.23–102.75%, respectively. The matrix effect and extraction recovery were 96.11–98.47% and 96.11–102.25%, respectively. In the pharmacokinetic study after intravenous administration of damaurone D at a dose of 3 mg/kg in rats, the area under the curve and clearance of damaurone D in rat plasma were 16750.26 ± 2676.10 min·ng/mL and 182.44 ± 31.36 mL/min/kg, respectively.

Objectives: This study developed an information and communication technology (ICT)-based comprehensive health and social-needs assessment (CHSNA) system based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) with the aim of enhancing person-centered community care for community residents and supporting healthcare professionals and social workers who provide healthcare and social services in the community. Methods: Items related to a CHSNA tool were developed and mapped with ICF codes. Experts validated the CHSNA system design and process using the Delphi method, and a pilot test of the initial version of the system was conducted. Results: The following three steps of CHSNA were embedded in the system, which had a user-friendly screen and images: basic health assessment, life and activity assessment, and in-depth health assessment. The assessment results for the community residents were presented with visualized health profiles, including images, graphs, and an ICF model. Conclusions: The developed CHSNA system can be used by healthcare professionals, social workers, and community residents to evaluate the reasoning underlying health and social needs, to facilitate the identification of more appropriate healthcare plans, and to guide community residents to receive the best healthcare services. A CHSNA system can improve the implementation of standardized terminology utilizing the ICF and the accuracy of needs assessments of community residents.

국내 제조업은 국가 경제에 중추적인 기여를 하는 분야이다. 제조업의 뿌리이자 기둥인 국내 중소 제조기업들은 급변하는 글로벌 제조환경의 변화 속에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 그러나 국내ㆍ외 환경의 격렬한 변화와 구조적ㆍ기술적 취약성으로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 상황에 대처하고자 정부에서는 2004년부터 전통 제조업에 IT기술을 접목한 e매뉴팩처링을 추진하여 여러 측면에서 좋은 성과를 거두었다. e매뉴팩처링 사업의 성과를 산업 전반으로 확산하고 협업을 지원하는 연구개발을 연계하여 국내제조업이 글로벌 경쟁력을 가진 고부가가치 선진 산업구조로 전환되도록 다양한 혁신정책을 일관성 있게 추진하고자 2007년부터는 기존의 e매뉴팩처링 사업영역을 확대하여 i매뉴팩처링(한국형 제조혁신)사업을 추진하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 i매뉴팩처링 사업의 추진전략 및 구체적인 실행방안에 대해 논해보고 이에 따른 기대효과를 설명하도록 한다.
