본 논문은 하버마스의 담론윤리학에서 어떤 결과주의적 요소가 내재되어 있는지를 분석하고, 이 요소가 도덕원칙의 정당화 과정에서 문제시될 수 있음을 주장하고자 한다. 하버마스는 도덕규범이 보편적으로 정당화되기 위한 형식적 논증규칙으로서의 보편화 원칙 (U)를 정식화한다. 이에 따르면 모든 타당한 규범은, 해당 규범을 준수한 결과를 관련된 모든 이들이 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 정식화를 통해, 하버마스는 칸트적 도덕철학의 형식주의적-의무론적 특성을 유지하면서도 동시에 행위자들의 경험적인 필요와 욕구까지도 공통 이익의 형태로 도덕규범의 범위 안에 들여오고자 한다. 그런데 이와 같은 보편화 원칙이 내면적 진실성과 규범적 정당성이라는 서로 다른 두 범주를 혼동하고 있다는 ‘심리주의적 오류’의 지적이 제기된다. 본문에서는 이 오류의 의미가 무엇이며, 이것이 왜 담론윤리학에 큰 문제를 야기하는지, 그리고 이에 대답하기 위해서는 어떤 해명이 더 자세히 요구되는지를 밝히고자 한다. In this paper, I argue that the elements of consequentialism in Habermas’ discourse ethics could be problematic. In his theory, Habermas formulates the universalization principle (U) in which valid moral norms should be justified by the consent of all affected who consider the consequences of the norm’s general observance for the satisfaction of everyone’s interest. Within this formulation, valid moral norms cannot ignore the empirical desires and needs of the discourse participants. Thus, discourse ethics eliminates the dichotomy of Kantian ethics between the moral and the empirical. Habermas’ theory, however, encounters with an objection that his consequential theory commits a “psychologistic fallacy” - the confusion between moral validity and sincerity. Even though the participants of the discourse reach an agreement that satisfies all of their desires and needs, it does not necessarily guarantee validity of the norm. It is because, in Habermas’ universal pragmatics, there is no symmetrical relationship between the validity of moral legitimacy and psychologistic sincerity.

A Study on the Standardization of Cloud Service Provider Partner Policy

Cloud service providers at home and abroad are building diverse ecosystem of partners along with domestic cloud development due to the implementation of the world's first "Act on the development of cloud computing and protection of its users". Through these diverse partner policies, cloud service providers are promoting and advancing the growth of the local cloud market. This study proposes the standardization of domestic cloud service provider partner policies and systems suitable for the domestic environment through the status and systematic research.

Synthesis of Silafluorene on Dendritic Periphery

Carbosilane dendrimers with silafluorenyl groups on the periphery were prepared by the reaction of 2,2'-dilithiumbiphenyl and dichlorosilyl groups on the carbosilane dendrimers at low temperature. The 1st to 4th generation of dendrimers with silafluorenyl groups were obtained with high yields and the products were purified by column chromatography. The unified properties of the dendrimers were measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and displayed very low and regular polydispersity index (PDI) value. The silafluorenyl moieties on dendritic periphery accepted the potassium fluoride ions which were stabilized by criptand [222], and it proved strong photoluminescent properties.

클라우드 서비스 사업자 파트너 관리 정책 수립에 관한 연구

In Korea, where the world's first cloud computing development law was created, cloud service technology has been developing so far, and the industries to which artificial intelligence and big data technologies can be applied based on this are increasing. It is important for domestic and overseas cloud operators to secure many partners in order to provide optimal services to users. It is also important to systematically develop the partner's technology and discover new partners. In particular, the public, medical, and financial sectors are industrial fields that are difficult for domestic as well as global cloud service providers to expand without the help of partners. This study analyzes partner policies for industries caused by domestic regulations through domestic and foreign cases, and aims to establish partner management policies optimized for the domestic environment.

The application of cloud computing to many industrial domains is rapidly increasing, and domestic and foreign cloud service providers are actively conducting business. In the domestic cloud market, it is necessary to establish an ecosystem with partner operators that work closely with private cloud service providers. In this paper, to create such an environment, we propose a framework that can evaluate the capabilities of partners required for cloud service providers to establish specific business strategies. The framework proposed in this study establishes criteria for evaluating partners' competencies and applies a decision-making model such as fuzzy AHP for evaluation. Eventually this will help not only to expand the domestic cloud market but also to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic cloud partners through the growth of the domestic cloud market.

The basal ganglia network has been implicated in the control of adaptive behavior, possibly by integrating motor learning and motivational processes. Both positive and negative reinforcement appear to shape our behavioral adaptation by modulating the function of the basal ganglia. Here, we examined a transgenic mouse line (G2CT) in which synaptic transmissions onto the medium spiny neurons (MSNs) of the basal ganglia are depressed. We found that the level of collaterals from direct pathway MSNs in the external segment of the globus pallidus (GPe) ('bridging collaterals') was decreased in these mice, and this was accompanied by behavioral inhibition under stress. Furthermore, additional manipulations that could further decrease or restore the level of the bridging collaterals resulted in an increase in behavioral inhibition or active behavior in the G2CT mice, respectively. Collectively, our data indicate that the striatum of the basal ganglia network integrates negative emotions and controls appropriate coping responses in which the bridging collateral connections in the GPe play a critical regulatory role.
