        論陳維崧“詞史觀”視野下的詞藝開拓

        In the development map of Chinese classical Ci-poetry, Ci-poetry in the Qing Dynasty occupies an important position. Chen Wei-song played an important role in promoting the development of Ci-poetry in the Qing Dynasty. First of all, Chen Wei-song broke through the concept of “The poem is solemn and Ci-poetry is charming”and “ to amuse the guests and relax one"s mind”and put forward the great idea of “choosing words is to preserve words, that is, to preserve history.”.He elevated the Ci-poetry which is considered as “Xiao Dao”and “Shi Yu” by traditional scholars to a literary position of equal importance with the classics and history. Chen Wei-song"s admiration of Ci-poetry greatly promoted the continuous movement of Ci-poetry in Qing Dynasty. Secondly, Chen Wei-song invoked the poetic viewpoint of “An injustice makes an outcry”and “Poverty makes progress”.On the basis of respecting the style of writing, Chen Wei-song further emphasized the use of words to express the difficulties of times. Thirdly, Chen Wei-song"s aesthetic orientation was based on his proposition that he was not partial to one school in terms of aesthetic style. Finally, Chen Wei-song"s boldness and harshness of Ci-poetry lead to the evolution of the style of Ci-poetry in the early Qing Dynasty. Chen Wei-song has opened up a new frontier in the pioneering of Ci-poetry.

        Breviscapine Ameliorates Fear Extinction and Anxiety in BALB/cJ Mice

        Objective In this research, the influence of breviscapine on anxiety, fear elimination, and aggression and the potential mechanism was investigated. Methods Anxiety and locomotion were analyzed by elevated plus maze and open field test in mice. Bussey-Saksida Mouse Touch Screen Chambers were used to perform fear conditioning. Territorial aggression was assessed by resident intruder test. Protein levels were evaluated by Western blot. Breviscapine improved fear-extinction learning in BALB/cJ mice. Results Breviscapine at 20-100 mg/kg increased center cross number, total distance traveled, and velocity in a dose-dependent manner. On the other hand, breviscapine at 20-100 mg/kg decreased the immobility time in open field test. In addition, breviscapine at 20-100 mg/kg increased the ratio of time on the open arm, time on the distal parts of the open arm, and total distance traveled in elevated plus maze. Breviscapine at 100 mg/kg increased the average attack latency and decreased the number of attacks over the last 3 days of resident intruder test. In hippocampus, protein levels of postsynaptic density protein-95 and synaptophysin were elevated by breviscapine at these three doses. Conclusion The administration of breviscapine alleviates fear extinction, anxiety, and aggression, while increases locomotor in a dose-dependent manner, which might be associated with its influence on synaptic function.

        A multipath peroxymonosulfate activation process over supported by magnetic CuO-Fe3O4 nanoparticles for efficient degradation of 4-chlorophenol

        Heterogeneous catalysts with low cost, environmentally friendly, highly effective and ready separation from aqueous solution are highly desirable. Magnetic CuO-Fe3O4 nanoparticles, a type of non-toxic bimetallic transition metal oxide, is a promising heterogeneous catalyst for activation of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) that has not been previously investigated. In this study, the activation of PMS by CuO-Fe3O4 nanoparticles was evaluated using the degradation of 4-chlorophenol as a model reaction. Several critical factors such as pH, catalyst dosage and PMS concentration were investigated. CuO-Fe3O4/PMS system demonstrated a wide effective pH range to degrade 4-chlorophenol, namely 5.5 to 9.5. With the increase of the catalyst dosage, the degradation efficiency of 4-chlorophenol appeared to increase first and then decrease, that the inflection point was 0.5 g/L. Elevated PMS concentration obviously improved the decomposition of 4-chlorophenol; however, the plateau was reached when the PMS concentration was 8mM. Further increase in PMS concentration would not significantly improve the removal efficiency. Through examining the effects of scavengers and electron spin resonance (ESR) analyses, CuO-Fe3O4 nanoparticles were proven to activate PMS through a non-radical and radical pathway to generate singlet oxygen, sulfate radicals and hydroxyl radicals. Based on results, CuO-Fe3O4 nanoparticles were effective, environmentally friendly and low cost catalysts for efficient activation of PMS. These features make CuO-Fe3O4 nanoparticles a readily available heterogeneous catalyst to activate PMS for refractory organic pollutants degradation in advanced oxidation processes (AOPs).

In order to improve the transmission efficiency,the transmission efficiency influenced factors of the system is analyzed. Based on the current source power transfer system, DC/DC circuit for dynamic adjustment method is proposed. The method ensures that the transmission efficiency is the biggest.

        Adsorption Mechanism of Magnetic Induction Free- Abrasive Grain and Its Effect on Cutting Performance of Wire Saws

        This paper proposes a method of free-abrasive wire sawing in the magnetic field. Magnetic abrasive grains are absorbed on surface of the wire by magnetic force, and therefore more magnetic abrasive grains are carried into cutting area. This mechanism is helpful to improve the cutting performance of wire saws. Theoretical modeling of the movement trajectory of magnetic abrasive grains is done in the magnetic field, and it is also verified by observation experiments of movement trajectory of magnetic abrasive grains. Absorption angle, which is used as the indicator of adsorption capacity about magnetic abrasive grain on surface of the wire, is proposed in this paper. The effect of magnetic field intensity on absorption angle is analyzed through computer simulations and observation experiments. Practical experiments and cutting results show that the change of magnetic field intensity has a significant impact on cutting efficiency, surface roughness, and kerf width.

        This paper presents an improved ip - iq detection method for three-phase four-wire electric arc furnace (EAF) systems based on the instantaneous reactive power theory, which can be applied not only to stationary load, but also to non- stationary load with large fluctuations in electrical parameters. Simulation experiments show that this detection method is indeed capable of fundamental and harmonic separation to achieve the purpose of harmonic detection.

      • FBW7 Upregulation Enhances Cisplatin Cytotoxicity in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Cells

        Introduction: Lung cancer is extremely harmful to human health and has one of the highest worldwide incidences of all malignant tumors. Approximately 80% of lung cancers are classified as non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs). Cisplatin-based multidrug chemotherapy regimen is standard for such lesions, but drug resistance is an increasing problem. F-box/WD repeat-containing protein 7 (FBW7) is a member of the F-box protein family that regulates cell cycle progression, and cell growth and differentiation. FBW7 also functions as a tumor suppressor. Methods: We used cell viability assays, Western blotting, and immunofluorescence combined with siRNA interference or plasmid transfection to investigate the underlying mechanism of cisplatin resistance in NSCLC cells. Results: We found that FBW7 upregulation significantly increased cisplatin chemosensitivity and that cells expressing low levels of FBW7, such as NCI-H1299 cells, have a mesenchymal phenotype. Furthermore, siRNA-mediated silencing or plasmid-mediated upregulation of FBW7 resulted in altered epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) patterns in NSCLC cells. These data support a role for FBW7 in regulating the EMT in NSCLC cells. Conclusion: FBW7 is a potential drug target for combating drug resistance and regulating the EMT in NSCLC cells.

        Tube-in-tube airway management in a patient with Montgomery T-tube in situ -a case report-

        Background: Montgomery T-tube (MTT) is a useful airway device but is seldom used. Owing to its specific shape and structure, it is challenging for anesthesiologists to manage airway in patients with MTT in situ who require general anesthesia and continuous positive-pressure ventilation (CPPV). Case: A 48-year-old 74-kg man with an MTT in situ was scheduled for local pancreatic resection under general anesthesia. We transorally inserted a cuffed endotracheal tube into the intratracheal limb of the MTT to achieve CPPV and to deliver the inhalation anesthetic. The endotracheal tube was removed successfully after the patient fully recovered from anesthesia. No tracheal injury or hemorrhage occurred after intubation or extubation, and the location of the MTT remained unchanged.Conclusions: Transoral insertion of a cuffed endotracheal tube into the intratracheal limb of the MTT could therefore be considered as a safe and feasible approach for airway management.

        Rigid Surface Matching by Shape Analysis and Correspondences Filtering

        Surface matching technology, as a fundamental part of computer graphics, has a wide range of applications in engineering domain. In this paper, we propose a novel matching method for best fitting a given source model onto a target model by a combination of the following: point clustering, region similarity matching and correct pairing searching. Mesh segmentation is used to aggregate points into several sub-regions, and then paired regions are obtained by distance distribution. An indirect searching strategy is presented, in which bad paired triples are removed by filtering operation and the remaining candidates are traversed until the correct pairing is found. Experimental results on a variety of mechanical models demonstrate that our method exhibits high reliability and robustness for automatic shape alignment.

        A rub fault recognition method based on generative adversarial nets

        Faced with the problem of valid data shortage data in practical. There's not enough data to train classifiers which can be satisfied to detect impact-rubbing faults in rotary machine. Bedsides, the large number of noises in working enviroment make the useful signal contaminated. Based on this problem, this paper proposes a rubbing fault recognition method based on a generative adversarial nets named deep convolution generative adversarial nets (DCGAN), which is based on a deep convolutional network frame with generation and discrimination models. The acquired signal is processed by time frequency analysis further to get spectrogram. The DCGAN can perform feature conversion and map it to the potential feature subspace to obtain more robust features. The results illustrate that the proposed method can achieve a much more excellent recognition effect. Thus, the proposed DCGAN model is an effective way to recognize impact-rubbing fault in the practical.
