This paper describes an study electric injection system for diesel engines. It is needed effective fuel injection which controls the solenoid valve of fuel pump. To solve this, this paper proposes DCC-PWM method which can realize fast reply and low holding current for solenoid valve on/off. For the proposed design method, simulation tools of ACSL are used to analyze the system. And the single-chip microcomputer is used to reduce the size of controller and to improve flexibility. And the system's validity can be verified through the experimental results.
위험인식과 정책수용 - 원자력 지식수준의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

이 연구는 국민인식조사의 결과를 활용하여, 응답자들의 원자력에 대한 지식 정도가 원자력이 초래하는 위험에 대한 인식과 이에 따른 원자력 발전과 관련된 정책 수용성의 관계에 어떤 조절적 변화를 초래하는지를 확인하는데 초점을 둔다. 특히, 이 연구는 원자력 관련 지식질문에 대한 실제 지식과 예상지식간의 정합성으로 응답자 집단을 구분해 볼 때, 원자력 위험인식과 원자력 관련 정책 수용성의 관계에서 지식수준의 조절효과가 다르게 발생하는지를 확인하고 이의 정책적 의미를 찾는다. 이 연구의 결과에 따르면, 기존의 연구와 유사하게 응답자들이 원자력이 위험하다고 느끼면 느낄수록 원자력발전과 관련된 정책의 수용에 부정적으로 접근한다는 점이 확인되었다. 다음으로 원자력과 관련된 지식수준이 정책수용에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 원자력에 대해 많이 알고 있다는 점 하나로는 정책수용에 긍정적인 모습을 보일 것이라는 추측은 지나치다는 점을 확인한다. 그러나 지식수준은 일반국민이 가지고 있는 위험인식이 부정적으로 정책수용에 대한 초래하는 영향을 상당히 줄여 주는 긍정적 조절 효과를 보인다. 원자력에 대한 인식수준과 행동의지의 관계에서 지식수준이 조절적인 역할을 한다는 점의 확인은 향후 정책소통도구의 마련에 중대한 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 특히, 실제 자신이 알고 있는 것보다 더 많이 알고 있다고 생각하는 집단의 경우, 지식수준은 정책수용에 부정적인 영향을 초래한다는 점의 확인은 정책적 측면에서 중요한 함의를 지닌다. 이러한 결과는 정책소통의 과정에서 실제지식과 예상지식의 격차를 줄여줄 수 있는 지식소통의 방안 모색을 요구한다. The question this paper to deal with is to search the elements that affect the public acceptance in case of the Korean nuclear power policy. A particular attention is given to the likely effects of the knowledge level in terms of whether it has moderating influence on the risk perception and policy acceptance relationship. The hypothesis to be tested is: If one`s knowledge level on nuclear issues is higher, the negative impact of the risk perception toward the nuclear policy would be lessened upon his policy acceptance level. This study further investigates if the types of one`s knowledge calibration (the gap between actual and expected scores on knowledge questions) reveal any distinguishable patterns in the relationship this study plans to test, particularly on the independent effects of the knowledge level. The data used are a result of the public perception survey among Korean adults of 1056. The on-line survey was carried out during July of 2016. The sample was drawn based on the stratification of region and population characteristics such as gender, age, the education level, among many. The results of the series of the hierarchical regression analysis reveal that the knowledge level softens the negative elements of the risk perception upon its relationship on the policy acceptance. When the respondents are grouped in terms of the knowledge calibration, those who match the actual and perceived scores in the knowledge questions are less in their negative view than those who actually have less knowledge than they think. On the other hand, those who think they know more on the nuclear issue but they do not apparently show more negative perception on risk and as a result, less in policy acceptance. The knowledge level show a positive impact on policy acceptance among those knowledge calibrated, while it shows a negative impact among those knowledge over-calibrated. Although this study does not provide hands-on-answers to the policy question, the following questions can be seriously dealt with by those who are responsible: 1) what would make people believe they know more than they do, 2) what would be means to wither narrow or eliminate the gap in the calibration of the knowledge.

The genus Pristomerus Curtis, 1836 is one of among 36 genera belonging to the subfamily Cremastinae. This genus is a large genus with 100 worldwide species distributed (Yu et al., 2012). Also, from this genus have been reported 15 species in Eastern Palaearctic, eight species from China, seven species from Japan and three species from Korea. Subfamily Cremastinae is known as koinobiont endoparasitoids of solitary larval-pupa mostly Lepidoptera and Coleoptera (Fitton & Gauld 1980). Spectrum of host species of Pristomerus include various small Lepidoptera living in tunnels, leaf rolls, buds and other hidden areas (Rousse et al., 2011). Genus Pristomerus can be easily distinguished from other genera by the following characters: hind femur with ventral tooth; deep gastrocoelus on tergite II. Three species from this genus, Pristomerus chinensis Ashmead, 1906, P. erythrothoracis Uchida, 1933, and P. vulnerator (Panzer, 1799), have been reported from Korea previously. In this study we report three newly recorded species, Pristomerus rufiabdomenalis Uchida, 1928, P. parilis Kusigemati, 1984, P. kendarensis Kusigemati, 1984, and described three new species. Here we provide the descriptions and photographs of six species of genus Pristomerus, and species key.

This paper describes the rate-adapter chip which is designed for packet switching network and CCITT No.7 CCS(Common Channel Signaling) system. The rate-adapter chip is has programmable function set-up and versatile maintenance capability. The chip was designed in 2 micron, double metal p-well CMOS technology and consumes only 300mW at 16.384MHz clock rate. The number of gate is about 4,800 and is designed by gate array.
