복원 프로그램 동작분석과 삭제된 인터넷 접속기록의 효율적인 복원에 관한 연구

컴퓨터 시스템을 대상으로 하거나 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용하는 범행의 상당수가 PC방에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 불특정 다수의 네티즌들이 이용하는 PC방은 관리상의 용이 등의 이유로 대부분 하드디스크 초기화 프로그램(복원)을 사용하고 있으며, 이와 같은 PC방의 관리 환경은 수사의 직접적인 목적인 증거수집 및 복구을 통하여 실체적 진실발견에 많은 어려움을 초래하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 복원프로그램의 동작원리를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 인터넷 접속기록의 효율적인 복원 방법에 대한 논리적인 접근법을 제시하고, 프로그램 구현을 통한 정확한 디지털 증거수집의 실접근법을 제공한다.

Medientheoretische Untersuchung im Hinblick auf den Erzähler im Sandmann

본 논문은 지그문트 프로이트가 ‘친숙한 섬뜩함’ 연구의 핵심으로 다루었던 에.테.아.호프만의 『모래 사나이』를 분석하고 있다. 『모래 사나이』는 무엇보다도 다양한 해석의 가능성을 열어 놓음으로써 독자를 매료시키고 있다. 프로이트에 따르면 제목이 가리키는 모래 사나이는 1) 사악한 아버지를 상징하며, 동시에 2) 서사 세계에 존재하는 흉악한 변호사 코펠리우스와 동일시되고 있다. 본 논문은 프로이트의 첫 번째 견해에는 동의하지만 두 번째 견해에는 거리를 두며, 그 이유를 모래 사나이와 주인공 나타나엘 그리고 소설 화자 간의 관계를 매체이론적으로 접근하면서 설명하고 있다. 본 논문이 강조하는 바는, 모래 사나이는 구전되는 이야기를 문자화되도록 이끌고 있다면, 나타나엘과 화자는 반대로 문자화된 이야기를 청자에게 들려주고자 한다는 사실이다. 더 나아가, 모래사나이는 형상을 심미안으로 볼 수 있도록 외적인 눈을 빼앗고 있다는 점에서 소설 『모래 사나이』의 미적 원리를 대변한다고 볼 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 소설 속에서 망원경도 관찰자 자신의 내면이 반영되어 보이도록 만들고 있다. 이처럼, 『모래 사나이』는 계몽주의와 낭만주의의 충돌로 야기된 매체 과도기 단계에서의 감각적 혼란을 주제로 다루고 있다. 형식적으로나 내용상으로 시작(詩作)에 관한 소설인 『모래 사나이』는 다양한 해석의 가능성을 열어 놓음으로써 프리드리히 슐레겔이 말하는 “여전히 진행 중”을 보여주는 대표적인 예라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 역시 슐레겔이 말하는 “진행적인 보편문학”을 대변한다는 주장 또한 성립될 수 있을 것이다. Die Faszination am Sandmann liegt darin begrundet, dass diese Erzählung verschiedene Interpretationsmöglichkeiten bietet. Freud zufolge symbolisiert die Titelfigur Sandmann 1) den dämonisierten Vater, der 2) mit dem bösen Advokat Coppelius in der diegetischen Welt gleichgesetzt ist. Diese Studie schließt sich zwar Freuds erster Ansicht an, wenngleich sie sich von der zweiten distanziert. Diese Aspekte werden medientheoretisch analysiert, indem auf die Beziehungen zwischen dem Sandmann, dem Protagonisten Nathanael und dem Erzähler der Geschichte eingegangen wird. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Sandmann dazu verhilft, die Oralität der Geschichte zur Literalität zu fuhren, während Nathanael und der Erzähler sich hierbei um die Umkehrung bemuhen. Ferner steht der Sandmann fur das ästhetische Prinzip in der Erzählung, indem er den Kindern ihre äußeren Augen raubt, damit sie das Gebilde mit den inneren Augen sehen können; genauso wie das Perspektiv, das den Betrachter sein Inneres widergespiegelt sehen lässt. Auf diese Weise thematisiert Der Sandmann die sinnliche Verwirrung zur Zeit der medialen Übergangsphase, die durch den Zusammenstoß zwischen der Aufklärung und der Romantik verursacht wurde. Der Sandmann dient mit seinen vielfältigen Interpretationsmöglichkeiten als Musterbeispiel, das im Sinne Friedrich Schlegels “noch im Werden” ist, bei dem es sich sowohl der Form als auch dem Inhalt nach um eine Dichtung uber die Dichtung handelt. Somit kann die weitere Behauptung aufgestellt werden, dass Der Sandmann die “progressive Universalpoesie” ebenfalls im Sinne Friedrich Schlegels repräsentiert.

<아이즈 와이드 셧>의 시선과 공간에 관한 연구

본 논문은 스탠리 큐브릭의 유작 <아이즈 와이드 셧>이 거세공포를 다루고 있음을 밝히고 있다. <아이즈 와이드 셧>은 모든 조건을 충족시킴에도 관객에게 시각적 쾌락을 선사하지 않는데, 본 논문은 그 이유를 거세공포에서 찾고 있다. 거세공포란, 멀비에 따르면, 여성의 신체를 대상화하면서 시각적 쾌락을 추구하는 남성의 심리 뒷면에 감춰져 있는 두려움을 말한다. 또한, 프로이트는 거세공포를 이드의 욕망을 감지하는 자아가 초자아로부터 받게 되는 위협이라고 설명하면서 눈의 상실을 상징적인 거세로 해석한다. 거세공포를 중심으로 본 논문은 <아이즈 와이드 셧>의 시선과 공간구조를 분석하고 있다. 영화의 주인공 빌은 보고도 알지 못하고 아이처럼 수동적인 모습으로 그려지는데, 이는 빌이 거세된 눈을 상징하는 가면의 눈을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 거세된 눈을 가진 빌은 아내를 중심으로 모든 여성을 대상화하고 물화시키며, 관객은 이런 빌과 동일시되어 있다. 바로 카메라를 통해서 이러한 동일시는 이루어진다. 주목해야 할 점은 감시하고 통제하는 초자아의 시선이 감시카메라로 상징되어 영화에 등장한다는 사실이다. 또한, 영화는 현실과 허구가 혼합되어 꿈을 꾸는 듯한 공간을 만들어내는데, 이는 주인공의 의식구조와 연관되어 있다. 이러한 분석을 통해서 본 논문은 <아이즈 와이드 셧>을 메타 시네마로 규정한다. 영화에는 현실과 허구가 교묘히 혼합되어 있고, 영화보기가 욕망의 코드로 표현되어 있으며, 큐브릭 이름이 뚜렷이 각인되어 있다. 따라서 영화는 끊임없이 영화보기와 영화매체 그리고 영화가 소비되는 극장에 대해서 질문을 던진다. 더 나아가, 관객에게 꿈을 체험시키는 듯한 영화는 아이러니하게도 거세위협을 하면서 꿈에서 깨어날 것을 종용하고도 있다. 이런 이유에서 본 논문은 <아이즈 와이드 셧>을 진정한 의미의 메타 시네마라고 규정한다. This paper elucidates that Stanley Kubrick’s posthumous work Eyes Wide Shut deals with castration anxiety. Because Eyes Wide Shut does not provide visual pleasure to the spectator even though all the conditions are met, this paper searches for the reason in castration anxiety. According to Mulvey’s explanation, castration anxiety is a fear hidden behind the male psychology which pursues visual pleasure while objectifying female bodies. According to Freud’s interpretation, the loss of eyes is a symbolic castration and the castration anxiety is a threat from the superego to the ego when it senses the desire of the id. Focusing on castration anxiety, this paper analyzes the structure of gaze and space in Eyes Wide Shut. The film"s male protagonist, Bill is passive and is depicted like a child, who does not understand what he sees, because he has the eyes of a mask which symbolize the castrated eyes. With his castrated eyes, Bill objectifies and reifies all women including his own wife Alice. The spectator is identified with Bill, which occurs through the film camera. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the monitoring and controlling gaze of the superego is symbolized by the surveillance camera in this film. In addition, the film creates a dreamlike space mixed with reality and fiction, which is related to the consciousness structure of the protagonist. Through this analysis, this paper defines Eyes Wide Shut as a meta cinema. The film mixes reality and fiction in a confusing way, expresses the activity of seeing in cinema with the desire code, and the name of its director, Kubrick is clearly marked on it. Therefore, the film questions constantly about the activity of seeing, the film medium itself and also the cinema where films are consumed. Moreover, the film, which seems to provide the spectator a dreamlike experience, ironically encourages them to wake up from the dream by threatening the castration. For this reason, this paper applauds Eyes Wide Shut as a true meta cinema.

벨리댄스 의상 선호도에 따른 디자인 개발

본 연구는 현재 나타나고 있는 벨리댄스 의상의 형태를 알아보고 선호도 조사를 통해 대중의 니즈를 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 벨리댄스 동작과 체형 유형을 착안한 새로운 벨리댄스 의상의 디자인을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 벨리댄스의 정의와 역사 특징을 인터넷 및 문헌 조사를 통해 살펴보고 현대에 나타난 벨리댄스 의상의 디자인적 특징과 선호도를 벨리 댄스를 전공하는 여대생과 벨리댄스 동호회 20대~40대 여성 벨리 댄서 100명에게 설문하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 체형에 따른 3벌의 벨리 댄스 의상 디자인을 개발하고 패션 일러스트 방법 및 컴퓨터 도식화 작업으로 제시하였다. 작품 1은 마른 체형 댄서를 위한 의상으로 벨벳소재에 아쿠아 블루 색상의 롱타이트스커트와 브라탑을 디자인하였으며 작품 2는 중간 체구의 댄서를 위한 의상으로 시폰소재의 하렘팬츠와 볼레로 메탈릭 소재의 브라탑을 디자인하였다. 작품3은 뚱뚱한 댄서를 위한 의상으로 블랙 색상의 시폰소재로 브라탑과 플레어스커트를 디자인하여 날씬하게 보이도록 하였으며 포인트 색상으로 퍼플을 사용하여 화려함을 잃지 않도록 하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the forms of belly dance costumes currently being revealed and research the preference due to analyze the needs of the public and based on this present new belly dance costume designs perceived from belly dance movements and physical figure types. As for the study method the definition history and characteristics of belly dance were examined through the Internet and literature research and the design characteristics and preference of belly dance costumes revealed in recent times were analyzed by conducting a survey questionnaire for 100 female belly dancers in their 20s to 40s. Based on such analysis results three sets of belly dance costume designs according to physical figures were developed and presented through fashion illustration method and computer graphing work. flowers and no patterns. Design 1 is a costume for dancers with thin physical figure and it has been designed to supplement their thin figures by visually expanding them through the use of a bright color of aqua blue. 2 is a costume for dancers with average physical figure and it has been designed to with Chiffon material harem pants bolero and metallic material bra top. 3 is a costume for dancers with big physical figure and it supplements their figures through Race material bra top in black color which is a preferred color and that can create a visual effect of sliming down the figure the most effectively and a flared skirt with enough room for the lower body.

노벨레와 꿈의 구조- 아르투어 슈니츨러의 『꿈의 노벨레』

슈니츨러의 작품 중 가장 많이 읽히고 연구되는 『꿈의 노벨레』에서는 꿈과 현실의 경계가 아직도 독자를 혼란에 빠뜨린다. 따라서 본 논문은 ‘노벨레’와 ‘꿈’이라는 두 핵심어를 가지고 노벨레의 구조를 새롭게 분석하고자 한다. 제목부터 프로이트의 『꿈의 해석』을 연상시키는 슈니츨러의 작품은 노벨레라는 문학 장르를 통해서 독자에게 꿈을 체험시키는 특징을 가진다. 작품구조가 남성성의 상실이라는 위기에 처한 주인공의 의식구조를 반영하기 때문이다. 동시대에 여성의 억눌린 성욕이 프로이트의 연구로 발견됐다면, 『꿈의 노벨레』에는 가부장적인 이중 성도덕이 만연하던 오스트리아-헝가리 이중 제국의 멸망이 주인공의 의식이 붕괴되는 모습에 우회적으로 묘사되어 있다. 본 논문은 주인공의 의식구조와 밀접히 연결된 노벨레의 구조를 밝히고 과학과 예술의 관계를 살피면서, 매체로서의 문학에 대해 질문을 던져보고자 한다. Die Traumnovelle ist das meistgelesene und -beforschte Werk von Schnitzler. Trotzdem verwirrt die Novelle die Leser/innen immer noch, weil hier die Grenzen zwischen Traum und Wirklichkeit verschwimmen. Die Studie untersucht daher die Struktur der Novelle erneut anhand der Schlusselworter ‘Novelle’ und ‘Traum’. Anzumerken ist, dass der Titel der Novelle unweigerlich an Freuds Traumdeutung erinnert. Außerdem ist es kennzeichnend, dass Schnitzler durch die literarische Gattung Novelle seine Leser/innen den Traum erleben ließ, indem die Struktur des Werks die Struktur der Psyche des Protagonisten, der sich vom Verlust der Mannlichkeit bedroht fuhlt, widerspiegelt. Sein Zeitgenosse Freud entdeckte die weibliche repressive Sexualitat und die Traumnovelle impliziert den Untergang der Doppelmonarchie, in der die patriarchalische Doppelmoral herrschte, mit dem Bewusstseinszusammenbruch des Protagonisten. Die Studie zielt darauf, die Novellenstruktur darzulegen, die mit der Bewusstseinsstruktur des Protagonisten zusammenhangt und einen Blick auf die Wechselbeziehung zwischen Wissenschaft und Kunst zu werfen, um schließlich im weiteren Sinne die Frage nach der Literatur als Medium zu stellen.

중국의 외국기업에 대한 경영환경

1992년 이후 활성화한 대중국투자는 저임금 외자기업에 대한 세금우대 외국투자자들에 대한 중국정부의 정책적 배려 등으로 순조롭게 이루어져 왔으나 이제 FDI유지에 대외적으로 자신감을 얻은 중국이 선별적으로 외자를 유치하려고 하고 있으며 빈번한 세제의 변화 정책통일성의 부족 지방정부가 조성했던 개발구에 대한 정리 작업을 중국정부가 시행하는 등 투자환경이 변하고 있다 따라서 이제까지 해온 기업 자원에서의 문제 해결방식으로는 다양하고도 변화무쌍한 중국 내부사정변화에 적절히 대응하기 어렵다 중국의 정부적 차원에서의 외자유치정책에 한국도 정부 자원에서의 대책수립이 있어야 하겠다.

Mapping of Micro-& Macro-heterogeneity of Biotherapeutics by Mass Spectrometry

The glycosyl modification on protein therapeutics is considered to be a very important attribute due to its strong effect on quality, safety, and potency. Thus, systematic approach is absolutely required for measurement and control of glycosylation from the drug development to post-approval batch release. We have developed stepwise strategies for glycome quality assessment during drug design and manufacture in the level of intact protein, glycopeptide, and glycan. Intact protein analysis was employed for detailed characterization of highly complex micro—heterogeneity, including various glycofrom profiles by high-resolution native mass spectrometry. Site-specific glycosylation with micro & macro glycan heterogeneity can be achieved by glycopeptide analysis which combines molecular size fractionation, multiple proteolysis, and PGC nanoLC MS/MS. This approach could be widely applied for high-quality analytical characterization of glycosylation, starting from early drug development to final lot releas.

Novel Approach for Sensitive and Comprehensive Analysis of O-glycosylation in Biotherapeutics

Glycosylation of biotherapeutics is significantly associated with drug’s quality, safety, and potency. Thus, comprehensive characterization of glycosylation is vital to assess the biotherapeutic quality and establish the equivalency of biosimilars. However, current glycan analysis mainly focuses on the N-glycans due to the absence of analytical tools to liberate O-glycans with high sensitivity. We developed selective and sensitive method to profile native O-glycans on therapeutic glycoproteins. O-glycosylation on biotherapeutics including O-acetylation on a sialic acid was comprehensively characterized. Details such as O-glycan structure and O-acetylmodification site were obtained from tandem MS. This method may be applied to QC and batch analysis of biotherapeutics bearing multiple O-glycosylations.
