광고에 활용된 현대 패션 일러스트레이션에 관한 연구

상업적 목적 미술로서의 기능을 갖고 있는 광고 패션 일러스트레이션은 목표 소비자를 상대로 하는 시장에서 창조된 이미지, 상품, 또는 서비스나 관념에 관한 메시지를 판매하기 위해 패션에 관한 모든 형태의 내용과 주제를 시각화하여 그림으로 전달하는 표현 양식으로서 현대 패션의 흐름과 산업 사회 속에서 그 역할이 점차 강조되고 있다. 현대의 패션시장이 수많은 브랜드로 넘쳐나면서 그 차이점이 크게 드러나지 않기 때문에 상품의 특성과 품질을 중심으로 호소하는 기존의 사진 광고보다는 소비자의 느낌과 감정을 자극해 호소하는 패션 일러스트레이션의 이미지 광고가 더욱 구매력을 갖게 된다. 광고 패션 일러스트레이션의 궁극적인 목적은 단순히 메시지 전달만이 아니라 상품의 판매 신장을 목적으로 소비자의 관심과 흥미를 불러일으켜 유인하는데 있기 때문에 브랜드가 지향하는 상품에 대한 올바른 이미지와 정책을 명확하고 효과적으로 전달해야 한다. 광고 패션 일러스트레이션의 개성 있는 표현은 무한한 상상력과 아이디어로 사진보다 더 많은 것을 설득력 있게 주장할 수 노는 이점 때문에 사진 광고와는 다른 차별화 된 이미지 표현으로 상당한 광고 효과를 내고 있어, 빠르게 변화하는 현대의 생활 환경에서 새로운 여러 분야에 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새롭게 가치를 인정받고 있는 광고 패션 일러스트레이션의 효과적인 활용을 위해 광고 패션일러스트레이션에 대한 올바른 이해와 광고산업 현장에 있어서 패션 일러스트레이션의 실증적인 활용 사례를 통해 다양하게 개발되고 있는 표현 양식에 대해 연구 분석함으로써 미래에 패션 일러스트레이션이 산업 현장의 여러 분야에서 적극적으로 전개되고 활용될 수 있는 발전적 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. Because the illustration is the better way to stir up the emotional aspects of human beings, commercial illustration has the advantage of wider persuasive expression related especially with the purchasing action of consumers. To do this, the messages of commercial illustration should have the clear images and policy about the products. In this study, I will provide examples of using commercial illustrations and analyse the way of using commercial illustrations to express the images and policies of products in fashion industry. I hope this study can guide the proper use of commercial illustration in fashion industry.

미트콘드리아내 유전자는 염기서열 재배치에 의해 단일 또는 여러 copy로 존재하는데 그 발현정도에 따라 생리적 특이 현상을 나타낼 것으로 생각되어 세포질 유전의 웅성불임현상에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 반음지성이며 생육이 느린 고려인삼(Panaxginseng C. A. Meye)의 특성을 유전자 수준에서 접근하기 위해 F_1ATPase α-subunit 유전자(aptA에 대해 실험하였다. 고려인삼에는 atpA 유전자가 미토콘드리아 DNA에 단일 copy로 존재함을 확인하였으며, 미토콘드리아 DNA의 SalI 및 PstI 유전자은행으로부터 Oenothera atpA유전자와 homology를 보이는 clony을 clone lift hybridization에 의해 선발하였는데, 각각 3.4 kb와 13 kb의 미토콘드리아 DNA조각을 함유하고 있었다. 이 Sal I clone과 Pst I clone에 대해 Southern blot hybridization과 부분적인 염기서열분석을 실시한 결과, 삽입된 3.4 kb와 13 kb의 미토콘드리아 DNA조각은 Oenothera, maize, pea, Phaseolus vulgaris의 atpA유전자와 homology를 보이는 sequence를 포함하고 있었다. 타 식물의 atpA 유전자의 coding sequence와 비교해 볼때, Sal I clone은 initiation codon으로부터 약 300 bp를 제외한 atpA유전자의 나머지 약 1.2 kb sequence를 포함하고 있고, Pst I clone은 atpA유전자의 완전한 coding sequence를 포함하고 있는 것으로 여겨진다. 이들 두 clone의 제한효소 지도와 부분적인 염기서열이 제시되었다. 고려인삼은 단일 copy의 atpA유전자를 갖고있기 때문에 이 타 식물에서와 같이 복잡한 유전자 재배치에 따른 생리적 불균형의 가능성은 없는 것으로 사료된다. The sizes of mtDNA fragments inserted in SalI and PstI clones were 3.4 kb and 13 kb, respectively. Southern blot analysis with [^32P]labelled Oenothera atpA gene probe showed that atpA gene sequence was located in 2.0 kb XbaI fragment in PstI clone and in 1.7 kb XbaI fragment in SalI clone. A partial sequencing ascertained that the SalI clone included about 1.2 kb fragment from SalI restriction site to C-terminal sequence of this gene but about 0.3 kb N-terminal sequence of open reading frame was abscent. The PstI fragment was enough large to cover the full sequence of atpA gene. The same restriction pattern of the overlapped region suggests that both clones include the same fragment of atpA locus. Date of Southern blot analysis and partial nucleotide sequencing suggested that mtDNA of Korean ginseng has a single copy atpA gene.

Background: Transforming the face with cosmetics is an essential paret of being a performer for most entertainers. By the way regulation and registration of stage make-up are not controlled by government in Korea. Some stage make-up materials may be responsible for the patients with contact dermatitis. Objectives: Our purpose was to determine whether stage make-up materials have positive reaction from patch test. Methods: Sixty female students who got the beauty and cosmetic class as major part were patch-tested with the Korean standard series and four stage make-up materials. We analyzed the skin conditions of the persons from a questionnaire. Results: The 24 antigen series to the cosmetology majors, shows that the positive rate of the patch test on the Korean standard antigen series, is 53.3% and the rate of the 4 Stage makeup materials is 13.3%. For the Korean standard antigen series, the top 3 antigen series are thimerosal, nickel sulphate, and p-tert butylphenol formalde-hyderesin in order. The antigen series in low positive rate, are colophony 3.3%, cobalt chloride 1.7%, paraben mix 1.7%, Cl+meIsothiazolinoe 1.7%, mercaptobenzothia zole 1.7%, mercapto mix 1.7%. For the 4 Stage makeup materials, only 13.3% as a whole positive rate, collodion 10% and spirit gum 3.3%, shows the positive rate of the path test. Conclusion: We found that stage make-up materials may have sensitizing abilities, and then the users should pay extra attention and offer the following-up control.

SNS 모바일 텍스트의 언어학적 양상 : 성별과 연령의 차이를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to present the distinctive writing styles for SNS mobile texts and describe the use of the languages in Korean mobile texts. For the data, we collected emoticons, abbreviations, acronyms, punctuation marks, omitted letters and nonstandard spellings proved to be observable in Korean SNS mobile texts. Nonstandard orthography, emoticons and punctuation marks were much more frequently used by females than by males. A difference by generation was found in text length; generally, texts written by old generations were longer than those by young generations. Especially acronyms, which are written by only consonants, were much more frequent in young generations than in old ones. We have also identified a link between the frequency of nonstandard orthography and age. The younger writers of mobile texts are, the more frequently nonstandard spellings and acronyms are used.

얼굴에 발생한 단발형 판상 표재성 피부 지방종성 모반

Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis (NLCS) is an uncommon form of connective tissue nevus, which is manifested principally as the deposition of fatty tissue in the dermis. Lesions almost always arise unilaterally on the thigh or buttock. Although NLCS can affect any region of the skin, only five cases of NLCS on face have been reported. A 48-year-old female presented with a skin-colored, 1 cm sized, soft and edematous plaque on the right malar area. The histopathologic findings showed scattered ectopic fat lobules between collagen fibers in the mid to deep dermis. We herein reported a case of solitary and plaque-shaped NLCS on the malar area.
