        ≪诗经≫≪尚书≫“天命不易”词义考辨

        周人天命观中有所谓“天命不易”的说法,但在不同语境中的词义有所不同。“天命不易”中“不易”至少有两种词义,分别是“不变易”和“不慢易”,其中“不慢易”之义,前人少有揭示。通过对《尚书》《诗经》和清华简《周公之琴舞》篇相关语词的梳理考察,有助于我们理解西周初期天命观从“服从天命”到“修德配命”的变化。 In the Archaic Chinese, there is a idiom about the mandate of heaven that "tian ming bu yi"天命不易. but the meaning of the idiom is different in different contexts. There are at least two meanings of "bu yi"不易,they are "unchanged" and "disrespect". The meaning of "disrespect" is rarely revealed by the predecessors. Through the textual research and exegetical study of the relevant words of Shangshu尚书, Book of Songs诗经 and Tsinghua collection of manuscripts , it helps us to understand the changes in the concept of mandate of heaven in the early Western Zhou Dynasty from "obeying the destiny" to "cultivating the fate."

      • New Criteria for Finite-Time Stability of Linear Time-Delay Systems

        In this paper, we discuss the finite-time stability of linear time-delay systems. Firstly, by constructing a time-varying quadratic Lyapunov function, we establish a new finite-time stability criterion for the general linear time-delay system. Then, explicit conditions for finite-time stability of positive linear time-delay system are proposed in terms of linear inequalities by introducing a time-varying linear copositive Lyapunov function. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.

        MODEL-BASED NH3 ADAPTATION METHOD FOR SCR CONTROL

        Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system is widely used for diesel nitrogen oxide (NOx) control, but the closed-loop control and adaptive correction method which based on NOx sensor signal will be affected by the working characteristics of NOx sensor, such as the cross-sensitivity of ammonia (NH3). Based on the highly linear correlation between conversion efficiency and ammonia to NOx ratio (ANR) at insufficient supply level, a model-based adaptive correction method for urea injection quantity is proposed to eliminate this effect, which can effectively correct the deviation caused by multiple sources when using accurate models. The difference between the conversion efficiency of current SCR system and which generated from model is calculated by stopping injection and under injection actions to obtain an accurate adaptation factor, and the basic injection quantity can be modified by this factor. The maximum error of the 18 calculated correction factors from 18 WHTC cycles is only 1.1 % when using standard AdBlue; After urea solution concentration changed, the calculated correction factor error is within 5 % when comparing with the theoretical correction factor after 2 ~ 3 rounds adaptation function running. The adaptation function keeps the reductant supply to adapt the deviation caused by catalyst aging, reductant concentration drift and supply accuracy variation only with slightly influence of tailpipe NOx emission (less than 2 % in average), which ensure SCR system always stay in appropriate dosing control state, make best for NOx emissions and NH3 emissions control.

        Characteristics of the gut microbiota colonization, inflammatory profile, and plasma metabolome in intrauterine growth restricted piglets during the first 12 hours after birth

        Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) predisposes newborns to inflammatory and metabolic disturbance. Disequilibrium of gut microbiota in early life has been implicated in the incidence of inflammation and metabolic diseases in adulthood. This study aimed to investigate the difference in gut microbiota colonization, cytokines and plasma metabolome between IUGR and normal birth weight (NBW) piglets in early life. At birth, reduced (P < 0.05) body, jejunum, and ileum weights, as well as decreased (P < 0.05) small intestinal villi and increased (P < 0.05) ileal crypt depth were observed in IUGR piglets compared with their NBW counterparts. Imbalanced inflammatory and plasma metabolome profile was observed in IUGR piglets. Furthermore, altered metabolites were mainly involved in fatty acid metabolism and inflammatory response. At 12 h after birth and after suckling colostrum, reduced (P < 0.05) postnatal growth and the small intestinal maturation retardation (P < 0.05) continued in IUGR piglets in comparison with those in NBW littermates. Besides, the gut microbiota structure was significantly altered by IUGR. Importantly, the disruption of the inflammatory profile and metabolic status mainly involved the pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β and IFN-γ) and amino acid metabolism. Moreover, spearman correlation analysis showed that the increased abundance of Escherichia-Shigella and decreased abundance of Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1 in IUGR piglets was closely associated with the alterations of slaughter weight, intestinal morphology, inflammatory cytokines, and plasma metabolites. Collectively, IUGR significantly impairs small intestine structure, modifies gut microbiota colonization, and disturbs inflammatory and metabolic profiles during the first 12 h after birth. The unbalanced gut microbiota mediated by IUGR contributes to the development of inflammation and metabolic diseases.

        “取得”类单音节动词的双音节词化历程

        动词的双音节化是汉语词汇在历时上发展的必然趋势。上古以单音节词为主,大约从魏晋南北朝起逐渐产生双音节词用例。唐宋同义并列双音词迅速发展,从元明清起双音词用例有所下降,而动补结构的数量则不断增多,所以能推动双音节化持续发展的趋势。其实汉语塬有的单音词带有不少词义,不利于交际表达。这些情况使双音词产生和发展,因此能更明确地表达日益增多的新概念和合理节制一词多义现象。双音词的种类多,其中讨论了历时上地位较高且现代常见的同义并列双音词用例。 本文以叁组“取得”类手部动词为考察对象,探讨了“取得”类各动词在双音化过程中的历时变化,以证明了同义并列双音词的构成条件、规律及其动因。此外,还对同义并列组成的双音词比例消失与动补结构产生的塬因进行研讨,并且还证明了动词与补语相搭配的规律及其塬因。 The bisyllablization of vocabulary is a remarkable change on the evolution of Chinese language. Monosyllables was commonly used ancient time. The synonymy coordinate disyllable had generated from Weijin-NanBei Dynasties. It had peaked in Tang and Song Dynasties, but had begun to decrease from Yuan Dynasty. The resultative construction had increased rapidly from Ming Dynasty. So it can promote the trend of continuous development of disyllable. Actually, the original monosyllabic words in Chinese have many meanings, So can't conducive to communicative expression. These situations lead to the generation and development of double syllable words. There are many disyllable in Chinese language. The synonymy coordinate disyllable is that be discussed the most important among disyllables. This paper with four groups “obtain” type Verbs of hands action as the object of the research, will describes monosyllabic verb was how to develop a synonymy coordinate disyllables. In addition, The paper will investigate the reason why the number of synonymy coordinate disyllables had declined and the resultative construction had begun to develop since Yuan and Ming Dynasties.

        Single Low-Light Ghost-Free Image Enhancement via Deep Retinex Model

        Low-light image enhancement is a key technique to overcome the quality degradation of photos taken under scotopic vision illumination conditions. The degradation includes low brightness, low contrast, and outstanding noise, which would seriously affect the vision of the human eye recognition ability and subsequent image processing. In this paper, we propose an approach based on deep learning and Retinex theory to enhance the low-light image, which includes image decomposition, illumination prediction, image reconstruction, and image optimization. The first three parts can reconstruct the enhanced image that suffers from low-resolution. To reduce the noise of the enhanced image and improve the image quality, a super-resolution algorithm based on the Laplacian pyramid network is introduced to optimize the image. The Laplacian pyramid network can improve the resolution of the enhanced image through multiple feature extraction and deconvolution operations. Furthermore, a combination loss function is explored in the network training stage to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. Extensive experiments and comprehensive evaluations demonstrate the strength of the proposed method, the result is closer to the real-world scene in lightness, color, and details. Besides, experiments also demonstrate that the proposed method with the single low-light image can achieve the same effect as multi-exposure image fusion algorithm and no ghost is introduced.

        The molecular mechanism of propionate-regulating gluconeogenesis in bovine hepatocytes

        Objective: Cows that are nursing get around 80% of their glucose from liver gluconeogenesis. Propionate, a significant precursor of liver gluconeogenesis, can regulate the key genes involved in hepatic gluconeogenesis expression, but its precise effects on the activity of enzymes have not yet been fully elucidated. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of propionate on the activity, gene expression, and protein abundance of the key enzymes involved in the gluconeogenesis of dairy cow hepatocytes. Methods: The hepatocytes were cultured and treated with various concentrations of sodium propionate (0, 1.25, 2.50, 3.75, and 5.00 mM) for 12 h. Glucose content in the culture media was determined by an enzymatic coloring method. The activities of gluconeogenesis related enzymes were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits, and the levels of gene expression and protein abundance of the enzymes were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot, respectively. Results: Propionate supplementation considerably increased the amount of glucose in the culture medium compared to the control (p<0.05); while there was no discernible difference among the various treatment concentrations (p>0.05). The activities of cytoplasmic phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPCK1), mitochondrial phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPCK2), pyruvate carboxylase (PC), and glucose-6-phosphatase (G6PC) were increased with the addition of 2.50 and 3.75 mM propionate; the gene expressions and protein abundances of PEPCK1, PEPCK2, PC, and G6PC were increased by 3.75 mM propionate addition. Conclusion: Propionate encouraged glucose synthesis in bovine hepatocytes, and 3.75 mM propionate directly increased the activities, gene expressions and protein abundances of PC, PEPCK1, PEPCK2, and G6PC in bovine hepatocytes, providing a theoretical basis of propionate-regulating gluconeogenesis in bovine hepatocytes.

        Nano-control synthesis the porous network of NiCoP and F doped NiCo2Al-LDHs@ZnFeAl-LDHs nanosheets as superior catalyst for efficient overall water splitting

        Design and development superior electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) to future construct a efficient overall water electrolyzer is imperative to relieve energy crisis. Herein, three-dimensional porous network of NiCoP nanosheets being covered by bimetallic phosphides nanoparticles with a ultra-small size of ∼ 7 nm anchored on nickel foam (NF) is synthesized via employing a low-cost hydrothermal and phosphorization reaction, which provides the numerous electrcatalytic active area and reactive sites, benefiting for HER behaviors. Additionally, a top-down structure of F-doped NiCo2Al-LDHs@ZnFeAl-LDHs (F-NC2AL@ZFAL) catalysts supported on NF is also fabricated by a two-step hydrothermal reaction, which could also provide promising OER performances. As expected, the as-prepared HER and OER catalysts manifest the lower overpotential of 58 and 177 mV at 10 mA cm−2 in 1 M KOH solution. Significantly, a overall water electrolyzer assembled by employing the as-prepared HER and OER catalysts displays the various cell voltages of 1.36, 1.55, 1.66, and 1.75 V at the corresponding current densities of 10, 20, 50, and 100 mA cm−2, with the excellent durability for 22 h at 100 mA cm−2. The favorable electrocatalytic behaviors imply the great potential of as-prepared electrocatalysts for overall water splitting.
