        신세대 특성을 고려한 정신전력교육이 사관생도의 의식성향 변화에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구는 사관생도의 올바른 가치관 함양과 정신전력강화를 위해 실시하고 있는 정신전력교육의 효과성 검증을 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 기초군사훈련과 하계군사훈련간 실시된 정신전력교육 전·후 사관생도의 의식성향 변화를 통해 교육 목적 달성 여부를 살펴보았다. 아울러, 사관생도의 의식성향이 어느 정도 변했는지와 이들이 자각하고 있는 정신전력교육효과와 의식성향 사이의 인과관계를 살펴보기 위해 SPSS통계패키지를 사용하여 T-test와 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 현재 육군3사관학교에서 실시하고 있는 정신전력교육은 국방부 기본정신 전력12개 과제와 육군의 내적가치교육 12개 과제를 기초군사훈련시 12시간, 3·4학년 하계군사훈련시 각 16시간 씩, 총 44시간을 진행하고 있으며, 교관은 공보정훈병과 장교가 담당하고 있다. 연구결과 군사훈련기간 동안 실시한 정신전력교육은 T값이 기초군사훈련 시 -5.412, 하계군사훈련 시 -4.322 도출되어 그 효과가 인정된 반면, 정신전력교육이 실시되지 않는 기간에는 유의미한 변화가 없었다. 또한 회귀분석결과 기초군사훈련 시에는 T값이 23.057(p=.000), 수정된 R²값이 .525 하계군사훈련 시에는 T값이 25.814(p=.000), 수정된 R² 값이 .579으로 유의미한 결과가 나왔다. 따라서 국방부 정신전력기본교재와 육본 내적가치과제를 이용하여 실시한 정신전력교육은 사관생도들의 의식성향을 긍정적인 방향으로 변화시킨다는 것을 증명한다. 또한 정과교육으로서 정신전력교육이 실시되지 않는 기간 동안에는 의식성향의 유의미한 변화가 없는 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 정신전력교육은 정과교육으로서 연중 지속되어야 함을 시사점으로 얻을 수 있었다. 교육체계는 현행 체계를 준수하되, 일반학기 동안에는 기회교육으로서 훈육관에 의한 주간정신전력교육 형태로 1시간이라도 지속적인 교육이 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of Troop Information and Education(TI&E), which is conducted for cultivating the correct values of cadets and strengthen the Military Spirit. To this end, this study investigated the achievement of educational objectives through change in consciousness tendency of cadets who completed the TI&E during basic military training and summer military training. Furthermore, T-tests and regression analyses were conducted using SPSS statistical packages to see how much consciousness has changed among cadets and the casual relationship between mental power educational effects and consciousness which they perceived. Currently, Korea Military Academy at Yeong-cheon provides mental power education for a total of 44 hours, 22 hours during Basic Military Training including 12 basic mental power education tasks by the Ministry of National Defense and 12 internal value education tasks by the Army, and 16 hours during the summer military training in the third and fourth grades. The instructor is the TI&E officer. As a result of the analysis, The T value of mental power training conducted during the basic military training period was -5.412 and during the summer military training was -4.322, which means the effect was significant.. On the other hand, there was no significant changes during periods when TI&E was not conducted. In addition, as a result of regression analysis, the T-value during basic military training was 23.057 (p= .000), and the adjusted R² value was .525. On the other hand, the T-value during the summer military training was 25.814 (p= .000), and the adjusted R² value was .579 which verifies meaningful result. Therefore, the TI&E not only has a great influence on the change of the cadet"s psychological behaviors but also provides evidence that changes their level of spiritual combat power into positive direction. In addition, there are no meaningful changes in cadet"s consciousness tendency during the period when TI&E was not conducted regularly. The data confirms that TI&E should be continued throughout the year as a regular education. Ultimately, the educational system should comply with the current system, but during the general semester, the education should be conducted continuously at least an hour in the form of weekly TI&E by a discipline officer as an opportunity education.

        자유학기제를 활용한 나라사랑교육 강화방안

        The objective of this research is to examine the purpose, curriculum and the real practice of the free semester program that is taking place in schools, and based on which, it aims to diagnose the possibilities to connect it with the patriotism education in the army and to suggest reinforcement plans for a more effective patriotism education. This research analyzed the management of the free semester program in practice to diagnose the accessibility of the patriotism education of the army to the program. The research also analyzed the reality of the patriotism education conducted by the Ministry of National Defence (MND) and identified the problems from case analysis and drew implications to suggest directions for future development. Through this process, the research concluded that policy review and educational system and support should be improved for further development. Firstly, for policy review, the following were suggested: ① signing an official agreement between the free semester support center and the MND, ② establishing a governing organization responsible for the free semester program to provide systematic educational support and ③ guaranteeing the autonomy of each echelon and region. Secondly, for the educational system and support, the suggestions were made as following: ① extending and reinterpreting the concept of patriotism education ② strengthening the selection process and training system to foster competent instructors, ③ strengthening the effects of indirect education by developing and employing new programs linked to the free semester program and ④ and other tasks. 본 연구는 최근 학교현장에서 이루어지고 있는 자유학기제의 취지와 내용, 그 실태를 분석하고 이를 토대로 군의 나라사랑교육과 연계 가능성을 진단하여 효과적인 나라사랑교육 강화방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 자유학기제의 운영실태 분석을 통해 자유학기제에 군이 지원하는 나라사랑교육의 접근 가능성을 진단해 보았으며, 국방부의 나라사랑교육실태를 분석하고 운영사례분석 등을 통해 제반 문제점과 시사점을 도출하여 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구과정을 통해 본 연구에서는 정책적 검토과제와 교육체계 및 지원측면의 과제를 발전방향으로 도출하였다. 먼저 정책적 검토과제는 ① 자유학기제 지원센터와 국방부간의 공식적인 협약체결 ② 자유학기제 지원 전담기구의 설치를 통한 체계적 교육지원 ③ 각급 제대 및 지역단위별 자율성 보장을 제시하였다. 다음으로 교육체계 및 지원측면의 검토 과제는 ① 나라사랑교육 개념의 확대 및 재해석 ② 우수교관 양성을 위한 교관 선발 및 양성체계 강화 ③ 자유학기제 자율과정과 연계된 프로그램 개발 및 운영을 통해 간접교육 강화 ④ 그 외 과제를 제시하였다. 이처럼 자유학기제를 통하여 군이 학교교육현장에 참여할 수 있는 기회가 주어졌고, 군은 자유학기제를 적극적으로 참여하여 나라사랑교육을 강화해야 할 것이다.

        Macakurzin C Derivatives as a Novel Pharmacophore for Pan-Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Modulator

        The natural flavonoid macakurzin C (1) exhibited adiponectin biosynthesis-inducing activity during adipogenesis in human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and its molecular mechanism was directly associated with a pan-peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) modulator affecting all three PPAR subtypes α, γ, and δ. In this study, increases in adiponectin biosynthesisinducing activity by macakurzin C derivatives (2–7) were studied. The most potent adiponectin biosynthesis-inducing compound 6, macakurzin C 3,5-dimethylether, was elucidated as a dual PPARα/γ modulator. Compound 6 may exhibit the most potent activity because of the antagonistic relationship between PPARδ and PPARγ. Docking studies revealed that the O-methylation of macakurzin C to generate compound 6 significantly disrupted PPARδ binding. Compound 6 has therapeutic potential in hypoadiponectinemia- related metabolic diseases.

      • New Fullerene-Based Polymers and Their Electrical Memory Characteristics

        <P>Covalent incorporations into polymers of fullerene were achieved via the Cu(I)-catalyzed azide–alkyne click polymerizations of a fullerene derivative monomer functionalized with 5-(trimethylsilyl)pent-4-yn-1-yl groups and a comonomer functionalized with azidomethyl groups, producing the novel fullerene polymers P1-<I>C</I><SUB>60</SUB> and P2-<I>C</I><SUB>60</SUB>. Despite their extremely high fullerene loading levels, the polymers were soluble in common organic solvents and exhibited no aggregation of fullerene units in films. Moreover, devices containing these fullerene polymers were easily fabricated with common coating processes that exhibit excellent unipolar and bipolar flash memory characteristics as well as unipolar permanent memory characteristics, with high ON/OFF current ratios, long retention times, and low power consumption. These electrical switching behaviors were favorably operated by electron injection.       • Decoupling the contributions to the enhancement of electrical conductivity in transparent silver nanowire/zinc oxide composite electrodes

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Electrical properties of silver nanowire (AgNW)-based transparent electrodes have been improved without transmittance loss by forming a composite with zinc oxide (ZnO). Here, we identified the dominant effect responsible for the improvement of electrical conductivity of the transparent AgNW:ZnO composite electrodes by fabricating the AgNW:ZnO composite electrodes with different architectures and theoretically calculating the overall resistance of their equivalent circuits. Specifically, when we compared the overall resistances of the AgNW:ZnO electrodes with various architectures by experiment, the electrode with only the electrical bridge effect showed the lowest electrical resistance. In addition, while the theoretical overall resistances were comparable on changing the interconnect resistances between the silver nanowires in the equivalent circuits of all architectures, they decreased dramatically with the decreasing ZnO bridging resistance. Thus, it was concluded that the electrical bridge effect is more important than the capillary force effect which decreases the interconnect resistance between the silver nanowires for the enhancement of the electrical properties of AgNW:ZnO composite electrodes. It was also found that the AgNW:ZnO electrodes with only the electrical bridge effect showed better device performances when applied to optoelectronic devices such as organic photovoltaics.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We find the dominant mechanism for conductivity improvement of the AgNW electrodes. </LI> <LI> This provides the basis for enhancing the electrical properties of AgNW electrodes. </LI> <LI> That is possible to construct electric device with better device performance. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

      • Critical work of adhesion for economical patterning of silver nanowire-based transparent electrodes

        <P>The lithographic process for flexible transparent electrodes is essential for constructing wearable optoelectronic devices with a well-defined active area. Although photolithography is a well-established patterning process, and can generate small features, it involves toxic materials and high processing cost. Herein, we introduce a novel lithographic process for both silver nanowire (AgNW)-embedded and AgNW-exposed flexible transparent electrodes. We selectively control the adhesion between AgNWs and the substrate <I>via</I> a local surface treatment with ultraviolet/ozone (UV/ozone), oxygen plasma, and atmosphere plasma. Since strong adhesion leads to retention of AgNWs on the substrate during embedding of AgNWs in a UV-curable polymer, selective control of adhesion induces selective embedding of AgNWs, generating AgNW-embedded and AgNW-exposed transparent electrodes with desirable patterns. Additionally, this process is versatile enough to be applicable to various substrates including poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)-coated surfaces, poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) films, and acrylic substrates, and various AgNWs with different surface energies. The critical work of adhesion to successfully pattern AgNW-based transparent electrodes is experimentally obtained. Conclusively, we demonstrate that patterning of AgNW-based electrodes by controlling the work of adhesion is economical and eco-friendly, and can be successfully applied for designing various optoelectronic devices such as organic photovoltaic cells and liquid crystal cells.</P>

        Bio-inspired mineralization of CO<sub>2</sub> gas to hollow CaCO<sub>3</sub> microspheres and bone hydroxyapatite/polymer composites

        <P>We present the utilization of gaseous carbon dioxide (CO<SUB>2</SUB>) with increased mineralization rate in the presence of dopamine, a biomimetic molecule of adhesive foot protein secreted from mussels, to synthesize hollow calcium carbonate (CaCO<SUB>3</SUB>) microspheres and their composites with biodegradable polymer fibers.         Prevalence of Anaplasma, Bartonella and Borrelia Species in Haemaphysalis longicornis collected from goats in North Korea

        North Korea is located on the northern part of the Korean Peninsula in East Asia. While tick-borne pathogens of medical and veterinary importance have been reported from China and South Korea, they have not been reported from North Korea. To screen for zoonotic tick-borne pathogens in North Korea, ticks were collected from domestic goats. A total of 292 (27 nymph, 26 male, 239 female) Haemaphysalis (H.) longicornis were collected and assayed individually for selected tick-borne pathogens. A total of 77 (26.4%) were positive for Anaplasma bovis, followed by Bartonella (B.) grahamii (15, 5.1%), Anaplasma phagocytophilum (12, 4.1%), Bartonella henselae (10, 3.4%), and Borrelia spp. (3, 1.0%) based on 16S ribosomal RNA and ITS species-specific nested polymerase chain reaction. Using the groEL-based nested PCR, a total of 6 and 1 H. longicornis were positive for B. grahamii and B. henselae, respectively. All products were sequenced and demonstrated 100% identity and homology with previously reported sequences from other countries in GenBank. This is the first report of the detection of tick-borne pathogens in the North Korea and suggests that farm animals may act as reservoirs for zoonotic tick-borne pathogens.

        Antithrombotic Medication and the Risk of Vitreous Hemorrhage in Atrial Fibrillation: Korean National Health Insurance Service National Cohort

        <P><B>Purpose</B></P><P>Antithrombotic therapy could be related with nuisance bleeding. This study investigated whether vitreous hemorrhage (VH) is associated with specific types of antithrombotic medication in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).</P><P><B>Materials and Methods</B></P><P>In the Korean National Health Insurance Service National Sample Cohort, we identified 9352 antiplatelet/anticoagulant-treated AF patients. The occurrence of VH was compared between warfarin (n=1493) and a propensity score (PS)-matched antiplatelet group (n=1493) and between warfarin (n=1493) and a PS-matched warfarin+antiplatelet group (n=1493).</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>The outcomes of VH were lower in the warfarin than in the matched antiplatelet (1.45 vs. 3.72 events/1000 patient-years) and matched warfarin+antiplatelet groups (1.45 vs. 6.87 events/1000 patient-years). Compared with warfarin, the risk of VH increased with antiplatelet [adjusted hazard ratio (aHR) 3.90; 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.22–12.4, <I>p</I>=0.022] and warfarin+antiplatelet agents (aHR 4.39, 95% CI 1.74–11.2, <I>p</I>=0.002). Compared with warfarin only, warfarin+antiplatelet agents increased the risk of VH in patients ≥65 years, regardless of gender and hypertension. The risk of VH was significantly higher with dual antiplatelet therapy (aHR: 5.02, 95% CI: 1.56–16.2, <I>p</I>=0.007) or in dual (aHR: 5.02, 95% CI: 1.74–14.5, <I>p</I>=0.003) or triple therapy using warfarin and antiplatelet agents than with warfarin monotherapy (aHR: 6.12, 95% CI: 1.76–21.3, <I>p</I>=0.004).</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>Dual antiplatelet or triple therapy increased the risk of VH significantly, compared to warfarin monotherapy. Considering the low efficacy of preventing ischemic stroke and high risk of bleeding, dual or triple therapy using warfarin and antiplatelet agents should be avoided to prevent VH in AF patients.</P>

        The torsion beam axle type is widely used in the rear suspension for small passenger cars due to low cost. good performance. etc. To develop the torsion beam axle. it is necessary to estimate of the characteristics of rear suspension from the design process. The characteristics estimation of the torsion beam axle is performed using FEM. dynamic simulation and is veri fied the real test. In this study. the natural frequency and roll stiffness of the torsion beam axil: were measured by FEM. and the reliability of the FE model was evaluated according to the comparison of test data. This study presents a unique method for the finite element modeling and analysis of the torsion beam axle. The results of the FEA were verified using test data.
