        This paper describes tilt angle measurement method. This method measures tilt angle of drilling machine using laser interferometer with simple sliding linear bearing. Measurement method is next orders. First, measurement position is considered pointed contact of two probes. And revolution of drill axis deliver pointed contact of probe. Second, so laser interferometer attach on sliding linear bearing, moving of probe influence laser reflector. And laser program displays this vibration of laser reflector. Namely, this vibration is tilt factor. A lot of error factor have an effect on accuracy to measurement of linear, angular, and so on. But this paper ignores some error factor, because these error festor is very smaller than tilt angle factor which we had been measuring values.

        As this is a study for improvement of Korean shooting, it is based on distribution of age and physique of shooters who are person of the 14 advanced sports nation in the world. And the paper show us the following conclusion. 1) The shooters of U.R.S the best rank of the world had very nice physique and average age is male 29, 12(±3.7) and Female 26.7(±3.4) and winner group B.U.L shooters average age Male 29.5(±3.7) and Female 26.7(±4.5) years old. 2) Gold medel and silver medel of average age is 24(±2.7~2.8) years old. 3) The shooters physique is U.S.A, J.P.N is fat and their everage age is the middle of 30(34 ±7.6~10.6) years old. 4) The Korean shooters physique is nice. But, they had high distribution age than common property gold medal or silver medel victor.

      • 사람의 성산자극 호르몬 α-Subunit 유전자와 결합하는 Trans-Acting Factor의 확인 및 분석

        The 5' flanking region of the α-subunit gene of human chorionic gonadotropin was tested for the binding with the nuclear extracts of the JAR choriocarcinoma cells. Gel mobility shift assay has demonstrated that two BstNI restriction fragments, 150 bp and 340 bp respectively, have binding activities with the nuclear extracts. The 150 bp fragment was chosen to examine in detail, since several transcription factor binding sites have already been reported within the 340 bp fragment. Band competition assay showed that the binding of 150 bp fragment is highly sequence-specific. The binding activity was further narrowed down to a 55 bp fragment, which was generated by Nsi1 digestion of the 150 bp fragment. DNasel footprinting assay revealed the binding sites on the nucleotide levels from -511 to -499. The binding sites were again confirmed by a oligonucleotide-directed mutagenesis of the 150 bp fragment followed by a gel mobility shift assay. Functional aspect of this binding was evaluated with the DNA-mediated gene transfer techniques. However, in several appoaches tried so far, no effect on the transcription efficiency was observed, implicating a structural role of the binding. In this line, it is worth to note that the binding activity of the 150 bp fragment was observed in every cell or tissue nuclear extracts tested so far.

        흰쥐 Kupffer 세포에 대한 Propofol의 작용

        Background: Propofol has an antioxidant capacity and can be used for ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver. However, the effects of propofol on the Kupffer cells have not been establisked. Methods: Kupffer cells were isolated and cultured from male Sprague-Dawley rats. The effects of propofol on the Kupffer cells were evaluated by a phagocytosis assay, TNF-α gene expression, and superoxide anion release after administering propofol in different concentrations on the cultured Kuprrer cells. Results: The latex bead phagocytosis by the Kupffer cells was suppressed when the Kupffer cells were exposed to propofol irrespective of concentrations. Higher propofol concentrations decreased the loss of Kupffer cells after latex bead phagocytosis. Propofol induced TNF-α mRNA expression in the Kupffer cells, but the mRNA expression level after 50㎍/ml of propofol decreased. The pattern of TNF-α mRNA expression induced by propofol was different to that induced by LPS: TNF-α mRNA was expressed continuously in the propofol-treated cells until 16 hours after exposure to propofol, whereas the level of TNF-α mRNA expression induced by LPS was evident after 2 hours and was not found thereafter. TNF-α production after propofol treatment was not higher than that of the control. Formazan presipitation did not show any qualitative differences between cells untreated or treated with propofol concentrations of 0.5, 5.0, and 50 ㎍/ml. Conclusions: These results showed that propofol might inhibit Kupffer cells. This suggests that propofol and be used for patients with ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver.       • Geographical distribution of Aedes albopictus collected using Black-light trap and BG-sentinel trap around urban area in Korea

        We performed a survey for flavivirus infection and distribution of Aedes albopictus that known as Zika and Dengue virus vector using black–light trap and BG-sentinel trap around urban area in Korea. Mosquitoes were collected in 27 cities during March to November (twice a month) year 2016. Total numbers of mosquitoes collected 102,102 including 19 species 8 genera during collecting period. Total 21,467 Ae. albopictus was collected that 20,961(24.3%) by BG-sentinel trap and 506 (3.2%) by Black-light trap in urban area. Trap index(trap/night) of Ae. albopictus was showed highest in Hamyang (TI:992.3) and lowest in Taebaek (TI:0.3) there was only collected by Black-light trap. A total of 894 pools from all collecting Ae. albopictus were performed a Flavivirus detection. Flavivirus was not detected during study period. This study may provide basic information for surveillance of imported diseases (include Zika virus) and vectors in Korea.

        굴착로드를 통한 이중변조 기반의 센서 데이터 전송

        광산 및 지열 에너지 개발에 필요한 굴착 과정에서 안전성과 수익성을 확보하기 위해 현재 진행 중인 천공 위치데이터의 실시간 전송이 요구되지만 이를 수행할 방법은 현재까지 연구되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 천공 드릴 비트에 탑재된 센서의 출력 데이터를 드릴 로드를 통해 전송할 수 있는 통신 방식을 제안하였다. 즉, 송신기는 센서 데이터를 PSK31로 변조한 후 다시 SSB로 변조하여 드릴 로드로 전송하고 수신기에서는 드릴 로드에서 검출한 신호에 대해 SSB 복조 후 PSK31 복조 과정을 통해 센서 데이터를 복원하였다. 제안된 방식을 구현한 장치를 개발한 후 3,000번 실험을 통해 실시간 데이터 전송이 정상적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다. 제안된 방법을 산업현장에 적용 시 드릴의 위치와 방향을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으므로 기존 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 드릴 로드를 사용하는 모든 산업 분야에 적용할 수 있다. During the drilling process required in mining and geothermal energy development, real-time transmission of current drilling position data is required to ensure safety and profitability. But, methods capable of performing real-time transmission of drilling position have not been studied so far. In this paper, we proposed a communication method that can transmit the output data of the sensor mounted on the drill bit through drill rods. In this setup, the transmitter modulates the sensor data with PSK31 (Phase Shift Keying, 31 Baud), modulates it again with SSB (Single Side Band), and then transmits it to drill rods. The receiver restores the sensor data through the PSK31 demodulation process after the SSB demodulation of the signal detected by drill rods is performed. After developing the device implementing the proposed method, it was confirmed through 3000 experiments that real-time data transmission was normally performed. When the proposed method is applied to an industrial site, the position and direction of the drill can be checked in real-time, so the existing problems related to safety and profitability can be solved. Hence, this method is useful in all industrial fields that use drill rods.

        KL-Grade의 정도와 슬관절 통증의 한의학적 치료 효과의 상관성 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to compare the effects between the KL-Grade and improvement of knee pain treated by Korean Medicine therapy. Methods 114 patients who received inpatient treatment from July 2014 to May 2017 in the Daejeon Jaseng of Korean Medicine Hospital were divided into 5 groups by the KL-Grade. All patients received a combination of treatment including acupunture, pharmacopunture, herbal medication. They were compared and analyzed on the basis of improvement between measuring Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC Index), EuroQol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index) as they were hospitalized and as they were discharged. The statistically significance was evaluated by SPSS 23.0 for windows. Results After treatment, KL-Grade 0 group`s Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC Index), EuroQol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index) improvement was 2.02±1.69, 7.50±9.67 and 0.11±0.15 respectively. KL-Grade 1 group`s improvement was 2.09±1.23, 11.75±13.99 and 0.12±0.13 respectively. KL-Grade 2 group`s improvement was 1.60±1.07 and 14.70±14.19 respectively. But In this group, EQ-5D Index has decreased by 0.01±0.10. KL-Grade 3 group`s improvement was 1.88±1.31, 7.81±13.35 and 0.13±0.20 respectively (p<0.034). In the case of KL-Grade 4, the population was not statistically significant (N=2) and therefore excluded from statistical significance. And there was no statistically significance between 4 group`s improvement after treatment (p>0.05). Conclusions The above study showed that Korean medicine treatments showed significant therapeutic effects on knee pain and degenerative knee joints, but there was no significant difference in the effectiveness of degenerative arthritis (KL-Grade).         한방 복합치료를 진행한 회전근개 파열 환자 치험 41예: 후향적 관찰 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the improvement of complex Korean Medicine treatment for patients with rotator cuff injuries and determine the clinical improvement by number of damaged lesion. Methods Forty-one patients who diagnosed with rotator cuff injury were included in the retrospective study. Patients were treated with acupuncture, electroacupuncture and pharmacopuncture. Clinical outcomes were assessed using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Shoulder Pain and Disablity Index (SPADI) and EuroQol-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D Index). Results Both NRS and SPADI scores were significantly reduced after treatment (p<0.01), but EQ-5D for assessing quality of life and clinical improvement by number of damaged lesion were no significant improvement (p>0.05). Conclusions These results show that patients with rotator cuff injuries could gain improvement from complex Korean Medicine. Further research is required to confirm the effectiveness of Korean Medicine treatment. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2018;28(4):81-87)

        <P>A dual-mode RF receiver with low-IF architecture has been developed for <I>L</I>1-band Global Positioning System (GPS) and Galileo system in a 0.18- mum CMOS process. The channel-selecting bandpass filter centered at 4.092 MHz has programmable bandwidth (2.046 MHz, 4.092 MHz), which allows the reception of GPS and Galileo signals. A fractional-N phase-locked loop generates the local oscillator signals, which allows multiple reference clock frequencies, and in turn, share of a reference oscillator with other systems. The noise figure of the receiver is 4.5 dB, while consuming 41.4 mW from a 1.8-V supply. The image signal is rejected by more than 34 dB.</P>
