      • Team Teaching 적용과 체육수업 성취도에 대한 상호관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between application of Team Teaching and achievement of education, and search the effective teaching methord in physical education. 88 high school student paticipated in the study, they divided into two group)team teaching group, normal teaching group). The results is followed. 1) The Team Teaching group is higher in achievement of education than the normal teaching group in all item. 2) The achievement of education given is higher after normal teaching than before in all item. 3) The Teeam Teaching group after team teaching is higher in achievement of education than each group after and before classified teaching.

        As this is a study for improvement of Korean shooting, it is based on distribution of age and physique of shooters who are person of the 14 advanced sports nation in the world. And the paper show us the following conclusion. 1) The shooters of U.R.S the best rank of the world had very nice physique and average age is male 29, 12(±3.7) and Female 26.7(±3.4) and winner group B.U.L shooters average age Male 29.5(±3.7) and Female 26.7(±4.5) years old. 2) Gold medel and silver medel of average age is 24(±2.7~2.8) years old. 3) The shooters physique is U.S.A, J.P.N is fat and their everage age is the middle of 30(34 ±7.6~10.6) years old. 4) The Korean shooters physique is nice. But, they had high distribution age than common property gold medal or silver medel victor.

        This study is investigate to the analysis of quanties for a-myosin heavy chain mRNA of Heart. Plantaries. Soleus. on aerobics and anaerobics training in Rats, The experimental animals have used to the Sprague-Dawley (weight. 30g, 3. week) of the aerobics group (5. numbers), the anaerobics group (5. numbers) The analysis of concentration to the individual group are followings The heart muscles of control group was the Mean 159.44 and S.D +-29.72. Plantaris. Mean.159.44 and S.D +-29.7, Soleus, Mean 99.61 and S.D +-13.39 The aerobics group was the Mean 396.0 and S.D +-25.10 of the heart muscles and the Plantaris muscles Mean.707.10 S.D+_99.12, and Soleus muscles Mean 218.83 .S.D +-17.53. The anaerobics group was the Mean 386.0 S.D +-25.10 of the heart muscles and the Plantaris muscles Mean 707.10 S.D+- 99.12 and soleus muscles Mean 218.83 S.D +-17.53,

      • Rats의 유영훈련강도에 따른 혈중 Lactate 농도 변화에 관한 실험연구

        This study has been analyzed by variation in blood lactate density from swimming training intensity of the Rats. The experimental animals have used of Sprague-Dawley 25 and were practiced 12 weeks of swiming training. this experimental animals were assigned to 5 Group: one was control group(untraining group), another group was experimental group(10min, 30min, 60min, 90min training group). The results were as follows: 1) The lactate density of control group was the Mean=5.37mg/dl, SD= ±1.31 and the 10min group of the Mean=8.27mg/dl, SD=±0.65mg/dl and the 30min group Mean=9.97mg/dl, SD=±0.95mg/dl, and the 60min group mean=6.76mg/dl, SD=±1.85mg/dl, and the 90min group mean=3.40mg/dl, SD=±0.28mg/dl. 2) There was significant difference in Lactate all group(p<.01). compare with Total Mean Lactate was decrease in energy using for longer exercise time.

        The purposes of this study were to investigate physical self-efficiency of participants in socio-physical training and to give some information to physical educator. The 263 subjects were participated in this study who had been doing physical exercises after school. The results of this study are as follow; Physical self-efficiency feeling (1) There were significant differences in physical competence, physical self-confidence, physical strength and physical attraction in the sex. (2) In the period of time in participation, there were not significant differences. (3) In the frequency of participation, there were not significant differences. (4) In the item of participation, there were significant differences.

        The change of intensity in glucose at empty stomach have appeared to unchangeble in component pre-A.M and after-P.M exercise. The change of pre-A.M and after-P.M exercise have hecreased of 2.33mg/dlthe change of total pretein have appeared to M-0.4mg/dl difference of pre-A.M and after-P.M exercise. The Blood component of pre-A.M and after-P.M exercise have appeared to more change of after-A.M exercise. The change of Albunim component have appeared to more changeable after-P.M than pre-A.M exercise the change of cholesterol have appeared on more change after-P.M than pre-A.M exercise.

        This study is to investigate the mRNA of Citrate Synthase mRNA concentration after Swimming training of 30min and 60min and 90min by the random selection of (6 weeked) Sprag-dawley. The concentration change on the results of its analysis are followings. The Soleus muscles of Control Group. The concentration of in Citrate synthase mRNA was the Mean= 77.672Cpm and the S.D=±6.061. The concentration change of soleus muscles on the experimental group are followings. The Soleus muscles of 30min swimming training Group was the Mean= 108.224Cpm and the S.D±8.460. The Soleus muscles of 60min swimming training Group was the Mean=231.204Cpm and the S.D±9.924. The Soleus muscles of 60min swimming training Group was the Mean= 864.460Cpm and the S.D±51.096. The concentration change of heart muscles on the experimental group are followings. The heart muscles of Control Group. The concentration of in Citrate synthase mRNA was the Mean= 114.916Cpm and the S.D는±9.118. The heart muscles of 30min swimming training Group was the Mean= 140.768Cpm and the S.D±7.084. The heart muscles of 60min swimming training Group was the Mean= 333.104Cpm and the S.D±16.598. The heart muscles of 90min swimming training Group was the Mean=919.936Cpm and the S.D±60.838.

        The classified into Untraining Group and experimental group (Intermittance Duration training group) and Long-Term Duration training group for subjects with sixten-three a Rats of Sprague-Dawly catagory 3-week growthed late be delivered of the Rats. The result of analysis have been training of 10min, 30min, 60min, 90min swiming training until 6-12week growthed late be delivered of Rats. It have appeared of elevate in density change in the Long-Term Duration training group than the Intermittance Duration training group in Triglyceride and Cholesterol therefore have benefied of the best Long-Term Duration training than Intermittance Duration training for waste of Triglyceride and Cholesterol for prevention of the adults disease.

        This of study was utilized for in order to know Mitochondria size gestrogen, liver, heart of white rat 30 heads, to know triglyceride and glucose concentration cold warm environment exposure. A sample of test is on the warm control 10 heads, cold environment is 10 heads about 4 weeks, after cold environment is no relax, but on the warm situation condition breed 10 heads about 4 weeks. Test is separate 10 heads Each organ analysis with chemical treat and Electronic microscope. The result of study is difference glucose color of blood show cold, control<warm after cold and difference triglyceride concentration of bloods show cold<warm after cold·control also me measure mitochondria size in order to length and wide on the cold situation, breeded rat as grouth mitochonria size. The warm after cold sithatim is not difference control. The summary of result, control the temperature is much effect to triglyceride and glucose concertration, to mitochondria size of muscle, heart, liver.
