글리코 써머얼 법에 의한 나노 산화아연 분말 합성 및 특성

ZnO nanoparticles were prepared under glycothermal condition by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueou ammonium hydroxide. The nanoparticles were obtained at temperatures between 230 and 250℃. The microstructure and phase of the Synthesized particles were studied by SEM(FE-SEM) and XRD. The properties of the ZnO powder were studied as a function of various processing parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time and solute concentration. The average particle sizes of the ZnO increased with increasing reaction temperature. The average sizes of the systhesized ZnO nanoparticles which prepared at 230℃ for 4 h were about 20-30 nm.

Background: The function of the p53 protein was known to regulate cell proliferation by inhibiting cells in S phase, so DNA damaged cell proliferation was not occured by apoptosis. p21 is a cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor induced by wild type p53. p21 is thought to mediate the signal of p53 induced by DNA damaged agents and to arrest the cell cycle in G1 phase. p21 and p53 were expressed in many malignant tumors, and its role in oncogenesis, tumor progression and prognosis were important. The authors analyzed immunohistochemical expression of mutant p53 and p21 protein in keratocarcinoma, squamous carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma. Method: Eight cases of keratocarcinom, fifteen cases of squamous cell carcinoma and twenty cases of basal cell carcinoma were immunohistochemically stained with p21 and p53 monoclonal antibodies. Results: 1. The positive reaction of p21 protein and p53 protein in keratocarcinoma were samely observed In 7/8 cases(87%) and the positive reaction of p21 and p53 protein in squamous cell carcinoma were samely observed in all cases(100%) 2. The reaction pattern of p21 protein and p53 protein showed that positive reaction in both basal layer and keratinocytes concomitantly were more common observed than that in basal layer only. But the case of positive reaction in only keratinocytes was not observed. 3. In basal cell carcinoma, the positive reaction of p21 protein werw seen in 5/20 cases(25%) and that of p53 were positive reaction in 15/20 cases(75%). p21 protein also showed positive reaction in cases of p53 protein positive cases. 4.The reaction pattern in basal cell carcinoma showed more intense reaction in peripheral portion than central portion of tumor nests, which suggested that tumor cells in the peripheral portion was composed of less mature cells than that of contal portion. The mutant p53 protein had lost of capability of inducing p21 protein, So in cases of p53 protein wae negative, the p21 protein theoretically showed negative reaction. But the p21 protein positive cases were observed in p53 positive cases, which was suggested that the p21 protein was induced by the p53 independent pathway. The prognosis appeared to be good in cases of both p21 protein (+)and p53 protein(+) cases than that of p21(-) and p53(+).

A preparation of $Ni_xMn_{1-x}Fe_2O_4$ nanoparticles produced via the reduction of Nickel nitrate hexahydrate, Manganese (II) nitrate hexahydrate and Iron nitrate nonahydrate with hydrazine in Igepal CO-520/cyclohexane reverse micelle solutions was investigated. Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Vibration Sample Magnetometer (VSM) analyses showed that the resultant nanoparticles increased the molar ration of water to Igepal CO-520 as the concentrations of Nickel nitrate hexahyrate, Manganese (II) nitrate hexahydrate and Iron nitrate nonahydrate increased. The average size of the synthesized particles calcined at $600^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs was in the range of 20 nm to 30 nm, and the particle distribution was broadened. The phase of the synthesized particles was crystalline, and the magnetic behavior of the synthesized particles was superparamagnetism. The effect of the synthesis parameters of the molar ratio of water to surfactant and the calcination temperature was discussed.

The preparation of $Zn_xMn_{1-x}Fe_2O_4$ nanoparticles in an Igepal CO-520-cyclohexane water reverse micelle solution has been studied. The transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction pattern analyses revealed the resulting particles to be $Zn_xMn_{1-x}Fe_2O_4$. The average size and distribution of the synthesized particles calcined at $500^{\circ}C$ for 5 h were in the range of 10 to 20 nm and broad, respectively. The phase of the synthesized particles was crystalline, the magnetic behavior of the synthesized particles was ferromagnetic. The effect of the synthesis parameters, such as the molar ratio of water to surfactant and calcination temperature, is discussed.

<P>Lithium orthophosphate Li3PO4 nanoparticles were synthesized through a water assisted solid state reaction (WASSR) method. The nanoparticles obtained in this study adopt a stable orthorhombic structure (beta-type), which is a low temperature phase, in a single phase with high crystallinity. The Li3PO4 nanoparticles have a granular particle morphology and the particle size is less than 50 nm.</P>

Glasses have become a significant part of our daily life as they are widely used in the buildings and the mobile phone displays. Among the functional glass materials, glass-ceramics are widely used in recent times and are distinguished due to their special properties. Glass-ceramics are polycrystalline solids prepared by controlled crystallization of glass. They are used as tough glass-ceramics, biocompatible glass-ceramics, and low thermal expansion glass-ceramics. Among the glass-ceramics, low thermal expansion glassceramics has received much attention due to their excellent thermal, mechanical, and optical properties and commercially used as cook top panels and telescope mirrors. In this work, we reviewed the general theory and application of glass-ceramics.

<P>The present study employed nerve guidance conduits (NGCs) only, which were made of small intestine submucosa (SIS) and poly(caprolactone-co-lactide) (PCLA) to promote nerve regeneration in a peripheral nerve injury (PNI) model with nerve defects of 15?mm. The SIS- and PCLA-NGCs were easily prepared by rolling of a SIS sheet and a bioplotter using PCLA, respectively. The prepared SIS- and PCLA-NGCs fulfilled the general requirement for use as artificial peripheral NGCs such as easy fabrication, reproducibility for mass production, suturability, sterilizability, wettability, and proper mechanical properties to resist collapsing when applied to in vivo implantation. The SIS- and PCLA-NGCs appeared to be well integrated into the host sciatic nerve without causing dislocations and serious inflammation. All NGCs stably maintained their NGC shape for 8 weeks without collapsing, which matched well with the nerve regeneration rate. Staining of the NGCs in the longitudinal direction showed that the regenerated nerves grew successfully from the SIS- and PCLA-NGCs through the sciatic nerve-injured gap and connected from the proximal to distal direction along the NGC axis. SIS-NGCs exhibited a higher nerve regeneration rate than PCLA-NGCs. Collectively, our results indicate that SIS- and PCLA-NGCs induced nerve regeneration in a PNI model, a finding that has significant implications in the future with regard to the feasibility of clinical nerve regeneration with SIS- and PCLA-NGCs prepared through an easy fabrication method using promising biomaterials.</P>

If microcracks are generated and overlapped in the weld, the cracks can progress rapidly even with a small load, and the entire structure can be destroyed instantly. There are various causes of cracks in welds, and it is important to prevent accidents by examining the cause in advance.Intergranular corrosion is one of the causes of cracks in welds, and in this study, a computational analysis was conducted to analyze the sensitization tendency of intergranular corrosion targeting the welds of scrubbers, which are sulfur oxide reduction devices installed on ships.
