        기능성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자에서 편도 절제술 전 후의 Pharyngeal airway, hyoid bone, head posture에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 거대 편도를 가진 기능성 III급 부정 교합자의 구개 편도 절제술 전후의 인두강, 설골, 두부 위치의 변화 양상에 대해 알아보기 위해 단국 대학교 부속 치과 병원 교정과에 내원한 남녀 환자 42명을 대상으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Enlarged tonsil을 보이는 기능성 3급 부정교합자는 1급 부정교합자보다 혀는 전방에 위치하고 설골은 하방에 위치한다. 2. Tonsillectomy 후에 편도 절제술전과 비교하여 혀는 후방에 위치하고, nasopharynx은 증가 양상을 보이며, 설골은 상, 후방에 위치하며 counterclockwise rotation 양상을 보인다. 3. Tonsillectomy 후에 nasopharynx depth 변화와 하악 전치 경사도, 혀의 수직적 변화와 cranial base에 대한 hyoid axis, hyoid의 수직적, 수평적 변화와 두경부 경사도, 두경부 경사와 하악 전치간에 95% 유의수준으로 상관성을 보인다. 4. Tonsillectomy 후에 설골 장축의 counterclockwise rotation시 hya-NL의 감소와 nasopharyx의 증가를 보이고, 혀의 거상시 hya-NL의 감소를 보이며, 혀의 후방위치시 h-hl의 증가와 hya-ba-n의 감소를 보인다. This study was carried out in order to find out the changes of the pharyngeal airway, hyoid bone and head posture before and after tonsillectomy in functional class III malocclusion patients. For this study, 21 Angle`s class I patients and 21 Angle`s class III patients, totally 42 subjects were chosen. The results were as follows; 1. In comparison to Class I group, tongue was more anteriorly and hyoid bone was more inferiorly positioned in functional Class III group. 2. In comparison to pre-tonsillectomy, tongue was more posteriorly positioned and larger nasopharynx depth was shown in post-tonsillectomy. In post tonsillectomy, the hyoid bone was displaced posteriorly and superiorly and counterclockwise rotation was shown, 3. The level of significance for the correlations shown was 5 percent (p<0.05) indicating that: The change of nasopharyx depth was correlated to the inclination of lower incisors. Vertical change of tongue posture was correlated to the hyoid axis change. Vertical change of hyoid bone was correlated to the horizontal change of hyoid bone, craniocervical inclination. The change of craniocervical inclination was correlated to the inclination of lower incisors. 4. After the tonsillectomy, counterclockwise rotation of hyoid axis was associated with decrease of hya-NL and large nasopharyngeal airway. High posture of the tongue was associated with decrease of hya-NL. Posterior posture of the tongue was associated with increase of h-hl, and decrease of hya-ba-n.

        산업장 근로자의 스트레스에 대한 한의계 연구경향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to explore the trends of Korean medical study on stress in the industrial worker. Methods : We received numbers of the studies about stress in the industrial worker from 6 Korean web databases, using key words such as ‘Industry AND Stress’, ‘Oriental medicine AND Stress’, ‘Worker AND Stress’, ‘Workplace AND Stress’. We received 12 research papers and they were analyzed and the journals, the authors, the contents of 3 classification of those research papers. Results : Among them, we had 6 reviews of Dept. of preventive medicine and Dept. of third medicine, college of Korean Medicine, Won-kwang University, and the rest of them were 6 reviews. We had 4 reviews of Korean Journal of Oriental Preventive Medical Society, 2 reviews of the Journal of Traditional Korean Medicine, 2 reviews of Journal of Oriental Neuropsychiatry and so on. According to the contents of reviews, we had 7 reviews of correlation of industrial worker and stress, 4 reviews of cause on the industrial worker’s stress and 1 case report. Conclusions : We reviewed the trends of Korean medical study on stress in the industrial worker. The stress in the industrial workers were related with the type of occupation, social psychology, drinking, smoking, the satisfaction of job, the harmony of organization.And we knew that the musculoskeletal pain was related to the industrial worker’s stress. In the future, abundant case studies, follow-up trials and RCTs should be done about the industrial worker’s stress.

      • Trichoderma sp. CNU 301가 생산하는 단백질 분해효소에 관한 연구

        The mold which could grow at alkaline pH and thermophilic condition and produced an extracellular proteolytic enzyme was identified as Trichoderma sp.. Trichoderma sp. CNU 301 exhibited the maximum production of proteolytic enzyme at 50℃ in the medium composed of arabinose 1.5%, peptone 1.5% and FeSO₄0.2% (pH 9.0). The partial purified protease by precipitation with ammonium sulfate was most stable at pH 10 and at 60℃. The Trichoderma sp. CNU 301 produced an alkaline and thermostable protease.

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this study, influence of carbon impurities on characteristics of ALD-YSZ films is systematically investigated. Carbon concentration in ALD-YSZ films was controlled by changing Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> ratio in YSZ super cycle. To examine electrochemical characteristics of ALD-YSZ films, nano-porous templates based thin film solid oxide fuel cells (TF-SOFCs) were fabricated with ALD-YSZ thin film electrolyte and examined at 500°C. Open circuit voltages (OCVs) of TF-SOFCs with ALD-YSZ were clearly dependent on carbon contaminations. High carbon concentration caused leakage current through internal short circuit, and then, OCVs of TF-SOFCs were decreased. Post-processing of ALD-YSZ thin film electrolyte improved OCVs of TF-SOFCs.</P>

        남한산성 성벽의 관속식물 특성 연구

        본 연구는 남한산성 성벽을 대상으로 관속식물상 조사, 분석을 통해 남한산성 성벽 식물의 생태적 특성을 규명하여 향후 남한산성성벽 식물 보존 및 관리 계획 수립 시 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 남한산성 성벽에 분포하는 전체 식물 분류군 수는 77과169속 222종 5아종 19변종 3품종으로 총 249분류군이었다. 생활형은 반지중식물의 출현 비율이 높았으며 희귀식물은 1분류군, 한국특산식물은 5분류군이었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 전체 15분류군이며 Ⅳ등급 1분류군, Ⅲ등급 3분류군, Ⅱ등급 2분류군, Ⅰ등급 9분류군이었다. 이 중 병아리풀은 식물구계학적으로 가장 중요하게 취급되는 Ⅳ등급으로 본 대상지 이외에 추가 서식이 확인되지 않은 점으로보아 경기도 일대에서 최초의 기재이다. 암벽식생으로 확인된 식물은 21분류군으로 나타났다. 침입외래식물은 20분류군으로 나타났다. 흰진범, 자주조희풀, 큰꿩의비름, 병아리풀 등 남한산성 성벽에 분포하는 식물은 성벽 유실, 침입외래식물 확산, 인간 간섭 등으로 인해 종 · 개체수 감소가 우려되므로 보존 및 관리 조치가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify the ecological characteristics of Namhan Mountain Fortress Walls vascular plants through investigation and analysis of Namhan Mountain Fortress Walls and to provide basic data when establishing a plan for conservation and management of Namhansanseong Fortress Wall vascular plants. The result of this survey revealed 249 taxa composed of 77 families, 169 genera, 222 species, 5 subspecies, 19 varieties and 3 forms. In terms of life form of Namhan Mountain Fortress Walls, the appearance rate of Hemicryptophytes(H) was high. Rare plants was 1 taxa and Korea endemic plants was 5 taxa. The total number of floristic regional indicator plants was 15 taxa, gradeⅠ 9 taxa, gradeⅡ 2 taxa, gradeⅢ 3 taxa, gradeⅣ 1 taxa. Among them, Polygala tatarinowii Regel is considered to the most important(gradeⅣ), and it is first description because in Gyeonggi-do, as no additional forms have been confirmed other than this site. Plants identified as rock vegetation were found in 21 taxa. Invasive alien plants were identified 20 taxa. Plants distributed on the walls of Namhan Mountain Fortress, such as Aconitum longecassidatum Nakai, Clematis heracleifolia DC. var. tubulosa (Turcz.) Kuntze, Hylotelephium spectabile (Boreau) H.Ohba and Polygala tatarinowii Regel etc, are feared to decrease the number of species and individuals due to the loss of walls, the spread of invasive alien plant and human interference, so conservation and management measures are needed.

        포스트모더니즘 특성에 따른 헤어아트 연구

        Post-modernism appeared in 1960s as a reaction against modernism. There have been studies on definition of hair art and its relationship with art or specific trends of thought. But there have been few studies on hair art in post-modernism. Therefore, this study aims to identify post-modernism shown in hair art to conceive, develop and produce hair art and present various methods to create hair art with representational characteristics of post-modernism. For the study, hair art works were created with uses of a mannequin, and fabric, feathers, wire, and cubic as materials based on disoriginality, disformation and inter-textuality. As a result, Butterfly Dream was intended to show disoriginality, Golden Flower to show disformation and Dualism to show inter-textuality. It is suggested that this study help us to expand our knowledge on new representational methods and understand meaning of beauty.

        It is critical that design engineers in a global business corporation collaborate efficiently with colleagues in branch offices located all over the world. This study discusses how students can be trained for such activity through a global design class. Students from three universities form a design team to perform a product design and prototyping. Student communication among universities is typically achieved by internet-based telecommunication systems that provide audio and video signal. Language, cultural difference and time difference pose a huge challenge to efficient team building. The lecturers play a key role in resolving conflicts between team members. Regardless of the outcome, students appreciate the global design experience under proper environment organized by the lectures.
