Detection of Subtle Environmental Changes by Structural Colors of Soft Colloidal Nanoparticle Films

Structural colors of a self-assembled colloidal particles and a thin polymer film have long been studied for engineering stimuli-responsive colorimetric sensors. Because structural color of colloidal structure is determined by various parameters such as refractive index, lattice spacing, and angle of incident light, a flexible-, and soft colloidal structure is promising tools for designing stimuli-responsive colorimetric sensors. Here, I introduce two examples of structural color sensors made of self-assembled colloidal structures that response chemical and physical stimulus. By introducing thin colloidal crystal membrane and high refractive index dopamelanin nanoparticles film, subtle changes of physical and chemical stimulus can be detected, respectively. Such strategy can offer preparation of sensitive, cost-effective and energy-efficient colorimetric sensors that can be applied to miniaturized devices and disposable chemical indicators.

<P><B>Dynamic modulation of photonic bandgaps</B> in crystalline colloidal arrays is achieved by application of electric field. Highly charged polystyrene particles spontaneously create the crystal lattice, which is compressed or relaxed under external electric field by electrokinetic force. As a result, structural color of colloidal crystals as a photonic bandgap can be tuned or fixed with unprecedentedly fast and precise manner. </P>

본 논문에서 리눅스 프로세스들의 패턴들(정상행위 와 비정상행위)을 학습하고 그 밖에 예비 시험들의 확장을 제시하는데 의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 패턴들은 리눅스 시스템들 안에 오용과 침입들을 확인 할 수 있도록 사용하였다. 리눅스 sendmai1 프로세스의 처리의 정상행위 그리고 비정상 행위들을 위해 운영체제 호출 순차들에서 기계 학습 작업을 고안하였다. 이 방법은 테스트 기록 데이터의 정상행위로부터 sendmai1의 비정상행위의 실행을 모두 정확하게 구별할 수 있는 것을 보여준다. 예비 시험들은 기계학습이 침입탐지 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 저장 된 순차 정보를 추출화 함으로써 중요한 역학을 다 할 수 있다는 것으로 나타냈다.

본 연구는 근대시에 대한 논의가 활발히 펼쳐졌던 1910년대부터 1920년대 말까지의 비평 자료를 대상으로 하였으며 근대시론의 재현인식이 갖는 특징을 분석하였다. 근대시 초기에 형성된 재현인식은 재현성 및 비재현성의 양상을 이해하는 데에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 본다. 또한 재현 대상, 또는 재현 대상의 모호성을 설명하기 위해서도 근대시 초기부터 이어져 온 재현인식을 우선적으로 파악할 필요가 있는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 근대시론에 나타난 재현에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 재현인식이 어떠한 양상으로 형성되고 전개되었는지 그리고 근대의 시적 재현에 대한 인식이 어떠한 의미를 갖는지 알아보았다. 근대시론의 재현인식은 모방적 재현, 주관적 재현, 그리고 비재현성 등의 양상을 보이고 있다. 근대시의 재현인식에 대한 문학적 논의를 살펴보는 것은 다양한 양상으로 전개된 근대시를 이해하기 위한 또 다른 관점의 시도이기도 하다. This study discusses about critique materials from 1910s to 1920s when the discussions on Modern poetry were in the heyday; and analyzes the characteristics of the perception on representation in modern poetry theories. The perception on representation was formed in the early period of Modern poetry will be important to understand representability and non-representability in contemporary poetry. Also, understanding the perception on representation continued from the early Modern poetry is required to explain the subject of representation and its ambiguity. From this perspective, this study examines the perception on representation in Modern poetry theories; formation and development of the perception on representation; and the significance of the perception on poetic representation in modern times. The perception on representation of Modern poetry theories shows the aspects of imitative representation, subjective representation and non-representability. Looking into literary discussions on the perception on representation of Modern poetry is another approach to understand modern poetry which are developed in various directions.
한국독활(韓國獨活)과 중국독활(中國獨活)의 항산화효능 비교 연구

Objectives: The present study compared Aralia continentalis Root and Angelica pubescens Root used in Korea and China respectively concerning their anti-oxidant effect. Methods: We tested the anti-oxidant effect through in vitro experiment and in vivo experiment that induced oxidative stress using ethanol. Results: 1. DPPH scavenging activity was stronger in Aralia continentalis Root than in Angelica pubescens Root. 2. Superoxide anion radical scavenging activity was similar between Aralia continentalis Root and Angelica pubescens Root. 3. The linoleic acid peroxidation inhibition effect was stronger in Aralia continentalis Root than in Angelica pubescens Root. 4. The phenolic component was higher in Aralia continentalis Root than in Angelica pubescens Root. 5. Both Aralia continentalis Root and Angelica pubescens Root increased the concentration of GSH and decreased SOD activity in mice, in which oxidative stress was induced, and the effect was stronger in Aralia continentalis Root. 6. Aralia continentalis Root increased GSH-peroxidase activity but Angelica pubescens Root did not have such an effect. 7. Neither Aralia continentalis Root nor Angelica pubescens Root had a significant effect on catalase, ADH and ALDH in mice, in which oxidative stress was induced. Conclusions: Aralia continentalis Root has a stronger anti-oxidant effect than Angelica pubescens Root. Thus, although Aralia continentalis Root is not an original plant recorded in botanical literature, it may be usable based on the data about its effects.
