      • 2,4-D 處理가 'Harcot' 살구와 '美白' 복숭아의 果實 成熟과 品質에 미치는 影響

        Effect of 2,4- D application on the fruit maturity and quality of 'Harcot' apricot and 'Mibaek' peach was examined. Leaf area of 'Harcot' apricot was not affected by 2,4-D while that of 'Mibaek' peach was increased by 35mg · L-1 2,4-D. Application of 2,4-D at 35mgㆍL-1 increased the fruit weight of both species, and that of 'Harcot' was doubled. Soluble solids content of 'Harcot' was decreased by 2,4-D while that of 'Mibaek' was not affected. Fruit maturity of 'Harcot' and 'Mibaek' was enhanced for respective 4 and 1 day by 2,4-D application. Percent fruit cracking of 'Harcot' apricot was decreased by 35mg · L-1 2,4-D.

      • 단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고의 원인과 방사선학적 소견: 중례보고 및 가스분석 결과

        목 적:단무지 공장에서 질식사고를 일으켰던 가스의 종류를 알아내고, 이러한 가스중독의 방서선학적 소견을 소개하기 위하여 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고자 3예중 생존자 1예를 대상으로 단순흥부X-선검사와 CT 소견을 분석하였으며, 가스의 종류를 알아내기 위하여 단무지를 유리병에 넣어 발생된 가스를 가스크로마토그래픽을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결 과:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식사고자중 생존한 1명의 방사선학적 검사에서 신속히 호전되는 폐경결(consolidation)을 볼 수 있었으며 이는 폐부종의 소견임을 알 수 있었다. 협기성 상태에서 단무지를 담은 유리병의 상층부 가스를 실험 분석한 결과 이산화탄소, 에칠알코올이 다량으로 검출되었으나 독성가스는 주로 황화수소이였다. 결 론:단무지 공장의 질식 사고자에서 폐방사선학적 소견은 폐경결을 보이는 폐부증으로서 이는 실험을 통해 단무지에서 발생되는 유독가스인 황화수소 때문임을 입증하였다. Purpose: To identify the main toxic gas released from salted radish in rice bran(Dan-M-Ji) and to introduce the radiological findings of the patient who was exposed to the gas. Materials and Methods: Chest radiographs and CT scans of one survivor among three men who were exposed to the gas from Dan-Mu-Ji were reviewed. Gas obtained from the closed bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was analized by using the gas chromatography. Results: The radiographlc examinations of the survivor were suggestive of pulmonary edema with it's rapidly improving consolidations in both lung. The headapace gas within the bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was mainly composed with carbon dioxide, ethyl alcohol and hydrogen sulfide, of which hydrogen sulfide was considered the main toxic gas released. Conclusion: Under the anaerobic condition, Dan-Mu-Ji released toxic hydrogen sulfide. Inhalation of hydrogen sulfide might produce non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

        In order to obtain the basic data for artificial maturity control of 'Mibaek' peach, GA and ethephon were foliar sprayed 4 weeks prior to harvest, and their effects on fruit maturity and quality were examined. GA and ethephon tended to decrease the fruit weight except 100mg ㆍ L-1 GA+50 to 100mg · L-1 ethephon treatment. GA increased the fruit firmness, and ethephon at higher concentration increased the fruit drop. Harvest date was advanced for 7 to 8 days by ethephon while was delayed for 6 to 8 days by GA treatment, regardless of concentration.

      • 기-액동시주입노즐을 사용한 사각기포탑에서의 기체분산에 관한 연구

        Dispersion of gas was investigated in a rectangular bubble column (8.1㎝ × 8.1㎝ and 190㎝ height) with gas-liquid simultaneous injection nozzle by measuring dispersed bubble size and gas-liquid interfacial area. For the lower liquid velocity, experimental results showed that the flow pattern of bubble was bubble flow with characteristics of bubble coalescences, and that bubble size distribution was broad. In this flow pattern, the volume-surface mean bubble diameter decreased with increasing liquid velocity and/or decreasing gas velocity. In the jet flow region under the condition of high liquid flow rate, small bubbles of 2-5㎜ in diameter were uniformly dispersed in the column, and mean bubble diameter and gas-liquid interfacial area were not affected by liquid velocity. As the gas velocity increased, also, the gas-liquid interfacial area in the jet flow region was fairly higher than that in the bubble flow region.

        This paper is an attempt to understand the background of establishing state colleges and universities in the United States and the process of forming their characters, and to identify their roles in the viewpoint of social needs. The founding of state institutions of higher education can be traced to the late eighteenth century. Their establishment was largely influenced by the utilitarianism and egalitarianism widespread in the United States during the period. The existing higher institutions could not meet new demands derived from the thoughts. Most of early colonial colleges were set up to train ministers and the limited number of leaders through the classical learning. Under theses circumstances were founded state colleges and universities that would offer equality of educational opportunity, would be free of sectarian control and would provide with practical learning.

      • 지역발전을 위한 대학의 사회교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

        The primary purpose of this study is to develop a social education program in university for community development, based on the educational needs of community residents and professional professors. For the purpose of this study, review of related literature and qualitative interview were utilized. By reviewing the literature, social education in university, social education in case of some universities throughout the world, and social education programs in Korean universities were examined. To analyze the educational needs of residents and professors concerned, interview was given to 50 residents and 20 professors with respect to prefernce of areas, contents by area, teaching level, teaching method, time, instructor, and tuition. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, both residents and professors revealed that social education program in university should focus on such areas as general education, job-related education, and liberal education. Second, as for sub contents of each area, general education included English Conversation, Japanese Conversation, Education for Children, Computer Education, Education for Health, Indian Ink Painting, Oil Painting, and Self Enlargement. Job-ralted education involved Home Fashion, Wisteria Art, Seven Treasures Art, Flower Arrangement, Clay Art, Make-Up, Mechanical Embroidery, and Calligraphy, Liberal Education included Living Economics, Praticial Law, Understanding of Modern Mass Communication, Foundation of Psychology, Logics, Literature and Life, and Understanding of Religion. Third, on the teaching level, general and liberal education should be taught in the college level, whereas job-related education in the level of professionals. Fourth, as for the teaching method, general and liberal education should be taught by way of lecture, but job-related areas should be taught by tutoring and practice. Fifth, on the teaching time, general and liberal education should be taught for two hours per every week, but job-related education for four hours per week. Sixth, general and liberal education should be taught by professors and job-related areas by professionals. Finally, as for the reasonable tuition, 50,000-80,000 won was identified as reasonable for general and liberal education, but 90,000-100,000 won was revealed as reasonable for job-related areas.

        스포츠 지도자 리더십에 관한 연구

        Looking into the existing study result on the effect of charistmatic leadership is that it realized to be an important relation between the charistmatic leadership and related to result and attitude. Looking into the studies on the changing effect of charistmatic leadership is that the effect of charistmatic leadership found to show up the devotion, self-sacrifice for the mission of group, high satisfaction and result, the trouble reduction of role, the increase of the cohesive power of group, and so on(House et al, 1993 ; Howell & Frost, 1988 ; Shamir et al, 1993). Also, according to the studying result of Harter and Bass(1988), the leadership perceived by charismatic leadership finds to be the satisfaction and a definition relation on the leader efficiency and a leader. As above the effect of charistmatic leadership showed most of an important relation. Also, through the medium of self-concept based on the motive grant mechanism of charismatic leadersp, these effects have predicted to find through this theory study. According to this study, the head coach and coordinator of sports group and the phenomenon of charismatic leadership between players are able to predict to occur based on relational basis to accept generally as the cause of an appearance of charistmatic leadership in present, and will get attained the development of measurement tools and an actual proof study.

        치과용 콤포짓트 레진의 적정중합을 위한 최소 광조사 시간 평가

        The aim of this study was to estimate the minimum irradiation time for dental composites using a dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) and FT-IR. Six commercially available dental composites with A3 shade were tested: Heliomolar RO (Vivadent, Liechtenstein), Charisma (Kulzer, Germany), Herculite XRV Enamel (Kerr, USA), Aelitefil (Bisco, USA), Z100 (3M, USA), and Z250 (3M, USA). Storage modulus was measured by using DMA (StressTech Rheometer, Rheologica Instrument, Sweden) with fast oscillation mode (1 Hz). After disk-type (4 ㎜ ?1 ㎜) samples were irradiated with 500 mW/cm2 for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 s, storage modulus was recorded continuously for 60 min. Degree of conversion was also measured using FT-IR spectroscopy (FTS-165, Biorad Win-IR, Perkin-Elmer, USA) at 60 min after irradiation with same curing condition as DMA test. Sample irradiated with 500 mW/cm2 for 120 s was used as a control. The average of results for five specimens was compared using Tukey multiple comparison test (p=0.05) and the minimum irradiation time of composites was determined. The minimum irradiation time to get adequate polymerization was different depending on the dental composites. Both Z100 and Z250 require short irradiation times (5 s) and Charisma requires long irradiation time (15 s).
