        합리적 분석 방법과 기능적 질서체계에 의한 형식적 논리에 지배되어 온 현대의 모더니즘은 거의 유사한 획일화된 환경 즉, 공간의 개성상실이라는 문제를 방생케 하였으며 이러한 이상적 형태와 기능적인 공간은 사람들의 자주성, 상상력 및 자아의식의상실을 초래하게 되었고 환경으로 소속감을 상실하면서 소외감을 느끼게 하는 부작용을 초래하였다. 다시 말해 인간을 위한 공간 환경이 진정 사용자를 위한 공간을 수용하지 못하고 오히려 사용자가 주어진 환경에 의해 지배되는 모순을 낳게 된 것이다. 또한 기능적 효용성이나 경제적 합리성을 공간에 적용하였고, 이의 결과로써 획일화된 목적을 질서화 시켜 균질한 공간을 형성하였다. 따라서 프로그램이 건축적 내용과 무관하고, 장소적인 관계도 상실되어 건축은 더욱 무미건조해졌을 뿐이다. 더 이상의 어떤 능동적인 역할을 기대하고 있지 못하며, 다양한 인간의 의식이나 감정 흐름을 담기에는 부족함을 보인다. 따라서 건축은 다양한 사건을 체험할 수 있는 공간구성을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공간을 체험하는 주체자인 인간의 중요성을 인식하고 공간과 인간의 경험적, 관계론적 관점에서 어떻게 디자인한 공간이 인간을 위한 가장 좋은 환경을 제공하는 것이며 동시에 인간 삶을 충실히 담아내는 것인가에 탐구하자고 한다. 즉, 관찰자의 이동에 의해 지각되어지는 다양한 이미지들이 건축공간에 이용할 수 있음을 전제로, 동적시각에 의한 연출적 공간구성을 적용하여 건축공간체험의 본질과 연출공간의 상관성을 밝히며 또한 이러한 기법들이 건축 공간구성의 한 방법론으로 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제안하고자 한다. ① '시나리오'에 의한 공간 흐름 → 공간을 '기승전결'의 공간 사건화 특히 그는 상반되는 요소 즉, 내부와 외부, 단순성과 복잡성, 추상성과 구상성, 부분과 전체를 동시적 존재의 시나리오에 의해 반전, 완곡, 어긋남의 구성으로 인간의 의식을 자극하여 감동을 주는 공간을 추구한다. ② 공간사건에 의한 선적 공간구성과 연결 → 공간을 '진행의 연속성'개념이 반영 공간 사건은 변화, 다양성, 긴장, 방향성, 운동의 추상성을 의미한다. 여기서 건축공간의 인지는 시각, 후각, 청각의 모든 감각과 공간체험이 결합하여 종합된 심상을 형성하는 과정이면, 따라서 이러한 점이 유일하게 건축만이 가질 수 있는 공간예술이며, 건축의 본질은 체험공간이어야 한다. The present modernism has released the problem of uniformed environment, character-loss of space which has been controlled by formal logic through the reasonably analyzing method and functional order system and these ideal form and functional space will bring the loss of our independence and imagination, that is, the space for a man cannot accept the user's space and will cause a contradiction that users are controlled by present environments. Furthermore, we applied the functional utility and economic rationality to space and finally built the space ordering the uniformed purpose. Accordingly, the program does not concern neither with the architectural contents nor the place. And architecture just became no more meaningful and we cannot expect its active function and it cannot afford the current of our variable ideas and emotion. So the architecture needs the space formation for experiencing lots event. The aim of this study is to recognize the importance of human as the subject in experiencing space and provide the best environments to human for design space from the point of view of human space and experience, that is, if variable images recognized by movement of observers could be used in architecture space, we want to establish the interrelation of nature of experiencing architecture space and interpretation space applying of interpretative space construction through dynamic sight, and also propose the possibility of application to architectural space construction as a methodology. ① the space current through the 'scenario' → making space of 'turn and conclusion' Especially according to the scenario which is composed of contrary elements, inside and outside; simplicity and complexity; abstract and concrete; section and whole, he pursues the space which makes strong impression stimulating one's consciousness through constructing antiwar, euphemism and deviation ② Connection with linear space construction through space even → Reflection of 'progressing continuity' Space events mean abstraction of variation, diversity, tension, direction and mobility. If the recognition of architecture space is the process combining of sense of sight, smell and hearing with space experiencing, then this should be the space arts which only belongs architecture, so nature of architecture is experiencing space.

      • Optimal Selection of Encode Rate and the Number of Frequency Slots in ISA-MAC

        In actual system, it’s a quite attractive character that one can access the channel as he wants. This paper bases on earlier ideal named ISA-MAC(Instantaneous Spectrum Availability MAC) which is promoted and listed in a paper reference [1], and focus on the optimal encode rate and the number of frequency slots of ISA-MAC. Take the probability of no-error channel transmission and the normalized throughput of the system as constrained condition, an analysis come out and be taken as a guide for reality design which is found on the mathematic model and the capability of error detection and correction, and can be adapted to CSMA, ALOHA using FH similar to ISA-MAC which is designed for fulfilling the requirement of accessing at any moment.

      • Zinc Oxide-Enhanced Piezoelectret Polypropylene Microfiber for Mechanical Energy Harvesting

        <P>This paper reports zinc oxide (ZnO)-coated piezoelectret polypropylene (PP) microfibers with a structure of two opposite arc-shaped braces for enhanced mechanical energy harvesting. The ZnO film was coated onto PP microfibers via magnetron sputtering to form a ZnO/PP compound structure. Triboelectric Nanogenerator (TENG) based on ZnO/PP microfiber compound film was carefully designed with two opposite arc-shaped braces. The results of this study demonstrated that the mechanical energy collection efficiency of TENG based on piezoelectret PP microfiber was greatly enhanced by the coated ZnO and high-voltage corona charging method. We found that, with the step-increased distance of traveling for the movable carbon black electrode, an electrical power with an approximately quadratic function of distance was generated by this mechanical-electrical energy conversion, because more PP microfibers were connected to the electrode. Further, with a full contact condition, the peak of the generated voltage, current, and charges based on the ZnO/PP microfibers by this mechanical-electrical energy conversion with 1 m/s<SUP>2</SUP> reached 120 V, 3 μA, and 49 nC, respectively. Moreover, a finger-tapping test was used to demonstrate that the ZnO/PP microfiber TENG is capable of lighting eight light-emitting diodes.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        Simultaneous analysis of thirteen phytohormones in fruits and vegetables by SPE-HPLC–DAD

        Determination of phytohormones have attractedincreasing attentions in food safety field. In this study, anefficient and quantitative method was developed which cansimultaneously determinate thirteen phytohormones infruits and vegetables using solid phase extraction (SPE)combined with high performance liquid chromatography–diode array detection (HPLC–DAD). The samples wereextracted with 80% methanol containing 0.5% (V/V) formicacid, and the extracts were then concentrated andpurified using primary secondary amine (PSA) and C18tandem dual SPE cartridges. The analytes were separatedon a Waters XBridgeTM C18 column and eluated utilizing agradient elution program of water and methanol. Meanrecoveries of the thirteen analytes varied from 74.69 to92.40%, with relative standard deviations\3.57%. Thelimits of detection and quantitation were 0.005–0.018 mg/kg and 0.02–0.10 mg/kg, respectively. The phytohormonesin kiwi fruit, strawberry, bean sprout, and green pepperwere detected using the above method, respectively. Onlythe IAA content of 0.14 mg/kg was detected for thestrawberry from a supermarket, which was lower than theprescribed limit in food safety standards (0.2 mg/kg).

        Rock bridge fracture model and stability analysis of surrounding rock in underground cavern group

        Many hydropower stations in southwest China are located in regions of brittle rock mass with high geo-stresses. Under these conditions deep fractured zones often occur in the sidewalls of the underground caverns of a power station. The theory and methods of fracture and damage mechanics are therefore adopted to study the phenomena. First a flexibility matrix is developed to describe initial geometric imperfections of a jointed rock mass. This model takes into account the area and orientation of the fracturedsurfaces of multiple joint sets, as well as spacing and density of joints. Using the assumption of the equivalent strain principle, a damage constitutive model is established based on the brittle fracture criterion. In addition the theory of fracture mechanics is applied to analyze the occurrence of secondary cracks duringa cavern excavation. The failure criterion, for rock bridge coalescence and the damage evolution equation, has been derived and a new sub-program integrated into the FLAC-3D software. The model has then beenapplied to the stability analysis of an underground cavern group of a hydropower station in Sichuan province, China. The results of this method are compared with those obtained by using a conventional elasto-plastic model and splitting depth calculated by the splitting failure criterion proposed in a previous study. The results are also compared with the depth of the relaxation and fracture zone in the surrounding rock measured by field monitoring. The distribution of the splitting zone obtained both by the proposed model and by the field monitoring measurements are consistent to the validity of the theory developed herein.

      • Compatibility of pesticides with Beauveria bassiana to control two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae

        Two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae (Koch) is one of the serious pests in economically important crops such as strawberry and cucumber and so on. Acaricides have been used as the main control agents. This study was conducted to test the synergistic effects of the Beauveria bassiana GHA, which has been registered for whitefly and thrips, and five pesticides (abamectin, acrinathrin, bifenthrin imidacloprid, dinotefuran, and indoxacarb, which are commonly used pesticides in strawberry in Korea), on the two-spotted spider mite T. urticae. Five tested pesticides did not inhibit spore germination and mycelial growth of B. bassiana. Pesticides were applied to potted strawberry plants at four different treatments (recommended concentration, 1/5 recommended concentration, 1/5 recommended concentration + GHA(108 conidia/ml), and only GHA(108 conidia/ml). Mortality in larvae of two-spotted spider mite was 12% in GHA 5 day after treatment. Mortality in abamectin treated T. urticae was 98.5% and 100% at 1/5 recommended concentration and recommended concentration, respectively, 3 days after treatment. Acrinathrin, indoxacarbe, dinotefuran and difenthrin imidacloprid caused 60%, 14%, 16% and 91% mortality at recommended concentration 5 day after treatment. The tested five pesticides and B. bassiana GHA had no synergistic effect.

        Theoretical investigation of sliding ratio on oscillatory roller transmission

        The contact pairs of oscillatory roller transmission are all high pairs, so the relative sliding occurs due to the different tangential velocity of the contact points. This paper derived the mathematical model and kinematic model of oscillatory roller transmission and proposed a new sliding ratio modeling method for oscillatory roller transmission based on the velocity decomposition. The impacts of geometry design parameters on sliding ratios for oscillatory roller transmission were studied. Results suggest that sliding ratios first decrease and then increase as the rotation angle of movable rolling teeth grows. However, for parametric studies, sliding ratios increase as the radius of disk cam and transmission ratio rise, and decrease as the radius of movable rolling teeth increases. The variation of the eccentricity of disk cam has a great influence on the fluctuating values of sliding ratios. The growth of the radius of movable rolling teeth and the eccentricity of disk cam significantly increase the peakto-peak values of sliding ratios. Relatively, the radius of disk cam and transmission ratio have small impact on sliding ratios. The results provide theoretical guidance for reducing friction and improving the mechanical efficiency of oscillatory roller transmission in engineering.
