Malignant hyperthermia is the disorder of calcium regulation within skeletal muscle associated predominantly with anesthesia. It is triggered by volatile anesthetics and depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents. We experienced a case of malignant hyperthermia. 50 years old female patient was transferred to our emergency room that she was developed tachyarrhythmia and high fever. She was taken arthroscopic examination under the general anesthesia with enflurane and succinylcholine. We suspected malignant hyperthermia and promptly treated her with dantrolene sodium. She was developed disseminated intravascular coagulopathy and acute renal failure then we were intensive care to her. She was discharged without sequela. We experienced successful management of malignant hyperthermia.
지방정부의 재난관리방식이 재난관리시스템의 효율성에 미치는 영향 분석

The purpose of this study was to make an empirical analysis about which type of disaster control system (fully-integrated, partly-integrated and distributed type) managed by local and municipal self-governing bodies could be more efficient his study seeks to analyze potential factors on the efficiency of disaster control system according to each step of disaster control. As a result, it was found that the partly-integrated type and fully-integrated type were more efficient in operating disaster control systems managed by local and municipal self-governing bodies than distributed type. And it was found that partly-integrated type was most efficient among others only in countermeasure step as a part of the disaster control process. but it was found that there was not so much significant difference in the efficiency among those 3 types of disaster control systems in prevention and restoration step on a statistical basis. Apart from the types of disaster control system, it was found that there were other major influential factors on the phased efficiency of disaster control system, such as area, government subsidies, human resources, number of business entities, and opening of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA). There were differences in potential effects of those factors on the phased efficiency of disaster control system.
축제 방문동기에 따른 시장세분화연구 -김제지평선축제를 중심으로-

Festival visitors market segmentation can help festival managers to understand visitors` needs ,and meet them based on their different characteristics. While the studies on the market segmentation for goods are being done, those for festival visitors are lack now. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to segment festival visitors according to their festival visit motivations. In ordre to achieve the purpose of the study, the survey was conducted towards festival visitors who attended the Gimje Horizon Festival. 260 effective samples were collected and used in the final analysis. As a result, it is found that according to visit motivations three groups in terms of escapism experience-oriented group, passively motivated group, and actively motivated group were derived from the analysis. Significant differences were also found among the groups according to their demographic characteristics. Based on the results, strategic implications were proposed for festival managers. Different service should be provided for each market. The differentiated program development is needed for each market. At the same time the concrete promotion marketing strategy has to be established for each market.

Since its establishment in 1967, K-water has been implementing national water resources management policies regarding multi purpose dams, water supply dams and regional water supply systems. also, K-water is trying to make a great role of developing Korea's renewable energy as hydro, solar, wind and water cooling. This paper contains the study to feasibility of under water turbine application to convert free flow power into clean renewable energy. The proposed site is Dae-Cheong regulating pondage, which controls Kum river water supply after Dae-Cheong dam. This study tried to estimate water velocity, power extraction and economic feasibility based on helical water turbine application by theoretical assumption and calculations.
