<P>Liquid patterning is a quintessential aspect in cell-based screening. While there are a variety of methods to handle microliquids utilizing surface treatments, complex microfluidic systems, and automated dispensing, most of the stated methods are both expensive and difficult to implement. Here, we present a fast multi-scale microliquid-patterning method on an open surface using embossed microstructures without surface modification. Arrays of micropillars can trap microliquids when a bulk drop is swept by an elastic sweeper on polystyrene (PS) substrates. The patterning mechanism on a basic form of a 2 × 2 rectangular array of circular pillars is analyzed theoretically and verified with experiments. Nanoliter-to-microliter volumes of liquids are patterned into various shapes by arranging the pillars based on the analysis. Furthermore, an array of geometrically modified pillars can capture approximately 8000 droplets on a large substrate (55 mm × 55 mm) in one step. Given the simplistic method of wipe patterning, the proposed platform can be utilized in both manual benchtop and automated settings. We will provide proof of concept experiments of single colony isolation using nanoliter-scale liquid patterning and of human angiogenic vessel formation using sequential patterning of microliter-scale liquids.</P>

Optimization grid design of rear side in bifacial PERC solar cells

Bifacial solar cells are expected in the field of solar cells. we obtained the value of the bifacial- passivated emitter rear contact (bi-PERC) solar cell structure. The front is fixed to 12 BB, BB width of 0.11mm, 100 finger with keeping width of 30 µm. The rear conditions: The number of BB is 12, 16, 20 and 24, the width of the BB is 0.11, 0.13, 0.15, 0.17 and 0.19 mm. And the number of fingers is 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120, the width of the finger is 30, 45 and 60 µm. 24 BB, BB width of 0.11mm, 100 fingers, finger width of 30 µm (pitch 1.57 mm), we got optimal results in 26.48% efficiency.
Higher Efficiency Bifacial Type Hetero-Junction Solar Cells with Proposed Designs

We studied about 'Hetero-junction solar cell with intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cells of bifacial type structure with optimized electrode design. We designed front electrode of the cells that have 20 busbars with 0.07 mm width and 85 fingers with 70 µm width. As a results mono-facial type HIT solar cell have efficiency (ク) 22.87%. The ク of the bifacial type HIT cells was examined by varied conditions. We achieved ク, 26.3% that is higher than mono-facial HIT cell. The solar cell properties showed 19.7%, 15% increase in the Jsc and ク by made mono-facial type HIT solar cell.

최근 태양전지 분야에서 n-TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) 구조의 고효율에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고효율을 위한 p-Poly 구조 적용의 선택적 에미터(Selective Emitter, SE)의 전기적 특성에 대하여 분석하였다. Boron 에미터 상부에 p-Poly 박막의 Boron 농도를 가변 증착하여 Raman을 통해 결정화도를 분석하였고, ALD를 통한 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>와 PECVD를 통한 SiNx Passivation을 진행하였다. Screen printing 공정을 통해 전면 전극을 인쇄하여 고온의 소성으로 전극을 형성하였다. p-Poly 박막의 최적 접촉 특성을 위해 소성 조건을 가변하여 TLM을 통해 접촉저항의 특성을 분석하였다. Boron 에미터의 면저항 200 Ω/sq에서 80nm p-Poly 형성의 SE 구조로 4.64 mΩcm<sup>2</sup>의 낮은 접촉저항을 확인할 수 있었다.

PGE₁ is an endogenous substance of potent vasodialator as well as inhibitor of platelet aggregation. It has been used therapeutically in peripheral arterial occlusive disease and impotence. Intracavernous injection of PGE₁ for erectile dysfunction has been established for several years as a treatment option for erectile dysfunction of diverse etiologies, but this mode of administration is limited by penile discomfort, pain at the injection site, inconvenience and noncompliance. As the matter of worse, the β-hydroxy moiety of PGE₁ is extremely susceptible to dehydration in solution to give inactive PGA₁and PGB₁. For the improvement of stability, rapid absorption at action site and the convenience of application, PGE₁ was formulated as urethral suppositories of three types of formulations, such as PEG, witepsol, and the mixture of PEG and witepsol. The stability test of PGE₁ and the release test in urinary suppositories were performed. Futhermore, the effect of enhancers and vehicle composition on the penetration of PGE₁ through excised rat skin was evaluated by permeability coefficient and enhancement ratio.
