        城市口袋公園與公共空間設計評估要素融合硏究

        Through the continuous development of urban economy and society, people’s material needs are gradually satisfied, and the topic of nature and health is gradually raised in the city with high-rise buildings piled up. Pocket park, as a small urban park, plays an important role in solving the problem of urban green space.The purpose of this research is to provide a theoretical basis for the integration of pocket park and public space design evaluation. Therefore, this research has established design evaluation elements applicable to pocket park, and concluded the advantages and disadvantages of existing pocket park development through case analysis.The research content and conclusions are as follows: Firstly, through sorting out and analyzing the prior public space design evaluation, the design evaluation elements of the pocket park are obtained, including the four elements of convenience, sociality, functionality, and environment and 10 factors.Secondly, case analysis is carried out through SD semantic analysis method. Based on the difference between expert evaluation and citizen user evaluation element scores, it is proposed that users pay more attention to actual use experience, and it is recommended that pocket parks pay attention to maintenance after use and sustainable development.Finally, the five evaluation elements with higher and lower scores are analyzed, and it is proposed to set up sports facilities and street protection facilities in the early stage of design and planning to enhance the consideration of mobility and safety in the space.Based on the above research results, this article hopes that the design evaluation method of urban pocket parks will be applied in the process of design, planning, use and maintenance, so as to promote the good development of pocket parks in the city.

        중국 중학생의 성취목표지향성과 학업소진의 관계: 학부모 학습관여의 조절효과

        본 연구는 중국 중학생의 성취목표지향성과 학업소진의 관계에 대해 살펴보고, 학부모 학습관여가 중국 중학생의 성취목표지향성과 학업소진의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구의 표집대상은 중국 요녕성 소재 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생 300명을 임의 표집하여 설문조사하였으며, 그 중에서 278부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 각 변인들 간 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson 적률상관계수를 산출하였다. 또한 자녀의 성취목표지향성과 학업소진의 관계 및 학부모 학습관여의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 자녀의 숙달목표는 학업소진과 통계적으로 유의한 부적 관련성을 나타내었으며 자녀의 수행-회피목표는 학업소진과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 관련성을 나타내었다. 자녀의 수행-접근목표는 학업소진과 유의한 관련성을 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 학부모 학습관여는 부분적으로 조절효과를 보였고, 자녀의 숙달목표지향성이 높아짐에 따라 자녀의 정서적 고갈을 낮추는 방향으로 조절되었다. 그러나 수행목표지향성을 지닌 자녀는 학업소진에 대한 학부모 학습관여가 조절효과를 보이지 않았다. The study examines the relationships of the achievement goal orientations to academic burnout, and moderating effects of parental involvement in those relationships. 278 Chinese middle school students sampled in Liaoning province participated in the study. To examine the relations of achievement goal orientations to academic burnout and the moderating effects of parental involvement, multiple regression analyses were used. Mastery goal orientation was negatively related to academic burnout. In contrast, performance-avoidance goal orientation was positively related to and the performance-approach goal orientation had not significant relationship with academic burnout. The parental involvement showed moderating effects in direction to decrease emotional exhaustion when children have higher levels of mastery goal orientation. However, parental involvement has no moderating effects in academic burnout when children have performance goal orientations.

      • Performance Comparison Between Hama and Hadoop

        Massive scientific computations such as matrix, graph and network algorithms are very attractive when they come to modelling real-world data. Apache Hama is a pure BSP (Bulk Synchronous Parallel) distributed computing framework for massive scientific computations. In this paper, our experiments were conducted on a 4-node Hadoop cluster. We implement Monte Carlo algorithm of Pi in Hama and Hadoop under the same software and hardware environment. The experimental results show that Hama can achieve much higher performance than Hadoop in our testbed.

        Effect of Cu2O Content in Electrodeposited CuOx Film on Perovskite Solar Cells

        It is well known that the different proportions of CuO and Cu2O in CuOx hole transfer materials have a great influence on the hole transport property as well as the device performances of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). In this paper, we changed the content of Cu2O in the film by controlling the deposition voltage during electrodeposition, and the effects of different contents of Cu2O in the films on the device were investigated for the first time. It was found that the content of Cu2O in the film reached the highest point with the deposition voltage 0.5 V, such films have the highest transmittance and carrier mobility. After assembling the device, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the champion device reached 13.48% under a one-sun AM 1.5G (100 mW/cm2) illumination. Furthermore, the unpackaged device based on CuOx still retained over 75% PCE after being placed in the ambient condition (30–40% humidity, 20–30 ℃) for 500 h.

        Effect of Grain Gradation on the Permeability Characteristics of Coarse-grained Soil Conditioned with Foam for EPB Shield Tunneling

        To avoid water spewing out of the screw conveyor, foam is often used to reduce the permeability coefficient of the soil during earth pressure balance (EPB) shield tunneling. Whether foam can effectively reduce the permeability or not strongly depends on soil gradation characteristics. A series of permeability tests were carried out on foam-conditioned soil with changing effective grain size (d10), curvature coefficient (Cc), and uniformity coefficient (Cu), further, three characteristic times were defined to evaluate the permeation safety of the conditioned soil, including critical time (tc), flow rate safety time (ta) and flow quantity safety time (ts). The test results show that with an increase in d10, the initial permeability coefficient of the conditioned soil increased greatly, however, it only changed slightly with increases in Cc and Cu. In addition, permeability coefficient was still much lower than that of the unconditioned soil, even though entered the slow growth period for a long time. It is shown that as the Cc and Cu increased, the ta and ts changed slightly, however, as the d10 increased, the ta and ts decreased significantly. The results indicate that d10 can greatly affect the permeability characteristics of conditioned soil, more specifically, the initial permeability coefficient and the permeation safety. By contrast, Cc and Cu have less effects. In addition, it is not reasonable to consider that the permeability coefficient of the conditioned soil will reach or be close to that of unconditioned soil when most, or all, of foam in the foam-conditioned soil dissipates.

        Antibiotic resistance, biochemical typing, and PFGE typing of Bifidobacterium strains commonly used in probiotic health foods

        This study firstly analyzed the antibiotic resistance, biochemical typing, and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis typing of 45 Bifidobacterium strains commonly used in health foods. Most strains were resistant to antibiotics but their antibiotic resistance rates were not high: Fos (56.52%), TET (43.48%), CRO (21.74%), AMC (15.22%), GEN (13.04%), RIF (10.87%), CHL (8.7%), CTX (6.52%), VAN (4.35%), and ERY (4.35%). The 45 strains could be divided into 14 pulsed-field gel electrophoresis types, of which the strain numbers of six pulsed-field gel electrophoresis types were more than one. All the Bifidobacterium strains could be divided into nine types by API50CHL biochemical identification. The same species displayed same biochemical typings, expect for B. animalis. Furthermore, the results confirmed that the same pulsed-field gel electrophoresis-type strains had closer antibiotic resistance patterns, and the same biochemical-type strain also had similar antibiotic resistance patterns.

        A Dual-scale Network with Spatial-temporal Attention for 12-lead ECG Classification

        The electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is commonly used to screen and diagnose cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, deep neural networks have been regarded as an effective way for automatic ECG disease diagnosis. The convolutional neural network is widely used for ECG signal extraction because it can obtain different levels of information. However, most previous studies adopt single scale convolution filters to extract ECG signal features, ignoring the complementarity between ECG signal features of different scales. In the paper, we propose a dual-scale network with convolution filters of different sizes for 12-lead ECG classification. Our model can extract and fuse ECG signal features of different scales. In addition, different spatial and time periods of the feature map obtained from the 12-lead ECG may have different contributions to ECG classification. Therefore, we add a spatial-temporal attention to each scale sub-network to emphasize the representative local spatial and temporal features. Our approach is evaluated on PTB-XL dataset and achieves 0.9307, 0.8152, and 89.11 on macro-averaged ROC-AUC score, a maximum F1 score, and mean accuracy, respectively. The experiment results have proven that our approach outperforms the baselines.

        Identification and Detection of Surface Defects of Outer Package Printed Matter Based on Machine Vision

        In the printing process, the surface of the outer package printed matter is prone to defects such as chromatic aberration and misting, leading to a defective product. It is necessary to take an effective method to identify and detect surface defects in printed matter. In this paper, the application of machine vision technology in the detection of defects in outer package was studied. Firstly, a machine vision image acquisition device based on charge coupled device (CCD) camera was designed; secondly, the obtained image was processed by graying the average method, then OTSU binarization was performed after denoising by median filtering, and finally an improved differential matching method was designed for defect detection. The example analysis showed that the clear defect image of the outer package could be obtained by using the method proposed in this paper. The detection rate of the method in detecting 2,000 images reached 99.4%, and the average detection time was 103 ms. In the detection of 5,000 images, the detection rate of the manual detection method was 81%, but the detection rate of the method proposed in this paper was 99.1%. The experimental results proved the reliability of the method and provided some theoretical basis for the further application of defect detection technology based on machine vision in the print industry, which was conducive to the good development of the print industry.

        Effects of Artemisia argyi flavonoids on growth performance and immune function in broilers challenged with lipopolysaccharide

        Objective: This research aimed to study the effects of Artemisia argyi flavonoids (AAF) supplemented in diets on the growth performance and immune function of broiler chickens challenged with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods: A total of one hundred and ninety-two 1-d-old broiler chicks were assigned into 4 treatment groups, which were, respectively, fed a basal diet (control), fed a diet with 750 mg/kg AAF, fed a basal diet, and challenged with LPS, fed a diet with 750 mg/kg AAF, and challenged with LPS. Each treatment had six pens with 8 chicks per pen. On days 14, 16, 18, 20 (stress phase I) and 28, 30, 32, 34 (stress phase II), broilers were injected with LPS (500 ㎍/kg body weight) or an equivalent amount of saline. Results: The results demonstrated that dietary AAF significantly improved the body weight (d 21) and alleviated the decrease of average daily gain in broilers challenged with LPS on d 21 and d 35 (p<0.05). Dietary AAF increased bursa fabricius index, and dramatically attenuated the elevation of spleen index caused by LPS on d 35 (p<0.05). Furthermore, serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentration decreased with AAF supplementation on d 21 (p<0.05). Diet treatment and LPS challenge exhibited a significant interaction for the concentration of IL-1β (d 21) and IL-6 (d 35) in serum (p<0.05). Additionally, AAF supplementation mitigated the increase of IL-1β, IL-6 in liver and spleen induced by LPS on d 21 and 35 (p<0.05). This study also showed that AAF supplementation significantly reduced the expression of IL-1β (d 21) and nuclear transcription factor kappa-B p65 (d 21 and 35) in liver (p<0.05), and dietary AAF and LPS treatment exhibited significant interaction for the gene expression of IL-6 (d 21), toll like receptor 4 (d 35) and myeloid differentiation factor 88 (d 35) in spleen (p<0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, AAF could be used as a potential natural immunomodulator to improve growth performance and alleviate immune stress in broilers challenged with LPS.
