      • Coevaporation에 의한 cd₁-xZn_(x)S 박막 제작 및 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, structural optical and electrical properties of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S thin films prepared by coevaporation method were studied. Also, effects of ZnS mole ratio(x) to CdS on properties of thin film Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells were investigated. When the ZnS mole ratio was less than 0.85, the crystal structure of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films was hexagonal with the c axis aligned perpendicular to the substrate. For x>0.85, however, the Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films were grown with cubic zincblende structire. As the ZnS mole ratio increased the lattice constant of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films rapidly increased with ZnS mole ratio. The open circuit voltage of Cd₁xZnxS/CdTe solar cells increased with x due to reducing of the electron affinity difference between Cd₁xZnxS and CdTe films. However, the increase of series resistance due to the high resistivity of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films results on reducing conversion efficiency.

      • Induction of heme oxygenase-1 protects against podocyte apoptosis under diabetic conditions

        Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is an anti-oxidant enzyme normally upregulated in response to oxidant injury. Here we determined the role of HO-1 in podocyte apoptosis in glomeruli of streptozotocin-treated rats and in immortalized mouse podocytes cultured in media containing normal or high glucose. HO-1 expression, its activity, the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 protein, and active caspase-3 fragments were all significantly higher in isolated glomeruli of diabetic rats and in high glucose–treated podocytes. These increases were inhibited by zinc protoporphyrin treatment of the rats or by HO-1 siRNA treatment of the podocytes in culture. The number of apoptotic cells was also significantly increased in the glomeruli of diabetic rats and in high glucose–treated podocytes. Inhibition of HO-1 accentuated the increase in apoptotic cells both in vivo and in vitro. Our findings suggest that HO-1 expression protects against podocyte apoptosis under diabetic conditions.

        대기업의 팀역량과 팀원 특성과의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대기업의 팀역량(팀지식, 팀스킬, 팀태도)과 팀원틀의 특성요인(능력요인, 성격요인) 평균 수준을 측정하고, 팀역량과 팀원 특성과의 관계를 구명하는 데 있었다. 모집단은 우리나라 300대 기업에 종사하고 있는 팀원이었으며, 표본 집단은 대한상공회의소 기업정보 (http://www.kochambiz.net)의 매출순위 300대 기업을 기준으로 업종별 비율을 고려하여 선정된 35개 기업 710명의 팀원이었다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 우리나라 300대 기업의 팀역량 수준은 이론적 평균보다 높았으며, 팀원들은 대체로 외향성과 성실성의 성격을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 팀원들의 능력요인이 성격요인보다 팀역량과 높은 상관관계를 보였으며, 팀역량을 통계적으로 유의미하게 설명하는 팀원 능력요인은 대인관계, 업무능력 등이었다. 셋째, 팀원들의 성격요인은 팀역량에 통계적으로 유의미한 설명력을 가지고 있지 않았다. 이와 같은 결론을 토대로 ① 팀원들의 경쟁력 향상과 기업성과 제고를 위한 교육훈련 및 인적자원 활용 전략 수립, ② 팀역량의 다양한 차원과 요소들을 포괄할 수 있는 팀역량 척도에 대한 지속적인 수정·보완 연구, ③ 팀역량 하위요인 수준의 시간 흐름에 따른 변화, 방향, 영향요인 등을 고찰하는 종단적 연구 수행, ④ 기업규모, 팀유형 등에 따라 연구대상을 다양화하여 팀역량과 팀원특성요인 간 관계 구명, ⑤ 팀원들의 특성과 팀역량 사이에서 이를 매개하거나 조절해줄 수 있는 변인을 구명하는 연구 등을 후속연구로 제안하였다. The Purpose of this study is to determine the relation between team competency and team members' characteristics(ability and personality) by measuring the average level of team competency and team members' characteristics working for top 300 companies in Korea. The population for the study was team members of top 300 companies, which were on top of the list of top 1000 companies categorized into the sales by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry(http://www.kochambiz.net). Using the proportional stratified sampling technique, 710 team members of 35 companies were sampled for this study. The Major findings of this study were as follows: First, the team competency level of top 300 companies in Korea reached higher than the theoretical average and the personality of top-300-company team members was mainly extroverted and conscientious. Second, especially team members' ability variables were more related than personality variables and the statistics of the study showed that team competency could be measured mainly by interpersonal relationship and business capability in order. Third, all of the team members' personality variables didn't significantly explain team competency. Based on the results of this study, some recommendations for future research were made as follows: First, further researches are needed to develop the strategy for training & education, and practical application to human resources in the company. Second, the team competency scale which can comprehend various dimensions and elements should be developed continuously. Third, the longitudinal study about team competency should be conducted to measure the change, direction and influences in sub-variables. Forth, the relationship between team competency and team members' characteristics in other cases on various scale of enterprises or types of teams should be investigated. Fifth, the intermediary or controlling variables between team competency and team members' characteristics should be identified.

      • XML 문서의 효율적인 구조 검색을 위한 동적 색인 모델

        XML문서는 정보 표현의 기본 단위인 엘리먼트로 구성되어져 있다. 이러한 정보 표현의 기본 단위인 엘리먼트가 XML문서 내에서 구조 변정 이 발생 할 경우 보다 빠른 검색을 위해 기존의 색인 구조 정보의 변경 없이 효율적으로 처리 되어져야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 구조 변정 시 기존의 색인 구조에 효을적으로 수용될 수 있는 동적 색인 모뗄을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안 하는 동적 색인 모뗄을 위한 구조정보는 기존의 EID(Element Id), ETID(Element TrPe Id), SORD(Sibling ORDer) SSORD(Same Sibling ORDer), Ccount 구조정보 추출 방법에 SSORD를 대신한 STSOL(Same TyPe Sibling ORDer List). Scount (STSOL내의 SORD 개수). 그리고 COL(Child ORDer List)을 추가함으로써 구성된다. 이러한 구조정보를 이용해 효율적인 검색을 지원하기 위한 동적 색인 구성 알고리즘을 기술하고 제한하는 색인 기법이 기존의 동적 색인을 지원하는 기법 보다 내용 색인, 구조 색인, 애트리뷰트 색인 측면에서 우수함을 성능 평가를 통해 보인다. XML documents consist of elements that are basic units of information. When the structure of XML documents is changed dynamically, we need to update structure information efficiently without changing the information of an index structure for fast retrieval In this Paper, we propose a dynamic index modelling scheme that update index struoture in real time as the structure of XML documents is changed by insertion and deletion of elements. In recent, for indexing XML documents. we have proposed a structural information representation method such as element ID(EID), element type ID(ETID), sibling order(SORD). same sibling order(SSORD) and child count(Ccount). Besides them, our proposed dynamic index modelling method in this paper extracts additional structural information, such as same type sibling order list(STSOL) that substitutes for SSORD. Scount that is the number of SORDS in STSOL. and child order Bist(COL). We design a dynamic indexing technique with our structural information. We show through various experiments that our method outperforms existing enes in processing various types of queries such as content based queries, structural queries and hybrid queries.

        Tracking method, one of the simplest analog-to-digital Conversters (ADC), is redesigned using adaptive delta modulation(ADM). That ADC shows the improvement in various kinds of conversion errors, particularly in the slope overload error, therefore that shows the capability to expand the dynamic range(DR) which is the worst error in tracking method. Further study area in this field is another tracking method using asynchronous DM.

      • 지삭의 양단이 단순고정된 화물삭도의 선로해석

        A method of analyzing load-carrying ropeways is suggested in this study. Compared to to the ropeways for passengers whose tension at the one end of the main rope is given, load-carrying ropeways require different treatment because their main ropes are fixed at both ends. This difference makes the problem of analyzing load-carrying ropeways a statically indeterminate one and some iteraive solution technique seems to be inevitable. But, it is shown that this statically indeterminate problem can conceptually be reduced to a problem of solving a nonlinear algebraic equation in this study, and some numerical method such as Newton-Ropshon method can be applied successfully to solve the problem. Also, some example ropeways are analyzed after the proposed solution technique and the results are discussed.

        A major defective welding pattern in the steel bridges is identified as the lack of welding area due to the insufficient welding penetration. In this study is fatigue behavior and fatigue life of steel bridge under flange of weld insufficient of butt weld joint. Fatigue behavior and fatigue life test is minor's law and fracture analysis and nowaday, finite element method is used to many times. By considering the welding defect in the above, structural analysis is conducted to evaluate butt weld joint influence due to welding defect on the safety of steel bridges. The results indicate that, due to the insufficient welding penetration, the stress obtained in the analysis is over the allowable fatigue stress level, and its influence on safety of the bridges is significant

      • 동하중을 받는 FRAME 구조물의 확률유한요소해석 및 신뢰성해석

        Most dynamic systems have various random properties in excitation and system parameters. Therefore, in this paper, reliability analysis for structural response is proposed fro the linear dynamic system with random properties in both excitation and system parameters. The system parameters and responses with random properties are modeled by the perturbation technique. A displacement and bending moment of frame structure is acquired in Stochastic Finite Element Method Program(SFEMP) and Dynamic Stochastic Finite Element Method Program(DSFEMP) using perturbation method, and Direct Monte Carlo Simulation Program(DMCSP) is used to verify and compare previous results. Comparing outputs of SFEMP and DSFEMP with them of DMCSP, it show that they are similar to each other. Also DMCSP need much time to analyze a complicated structure, but SFEMP and DSFEMP can reduce quite time. In this study, it is assumed that excitations, system parameters and response are Gaussian. The results of response for the analysis are compared to those of numerical simulation. Also the probability of failure are calculated for using Advanced First Order Second Moment(AFOSM) of the general reliability analysis method.

      • R.F. Magnetron Sputtering법으로 제조한 LaCoO₃박막의 가스감지 특성

        LaCoO₃(LCO) thin film sensors were fabricated on an alumina substrate by r.f. magnetron sputtering. By varying the annealing temperature of the LCO film from 600℃ to 1000℃, we investigated X-ray diffraction pattern, electrical properties, and gas sensing properties of the films. The crystallinity was improved and the activation energy was increased with increasing the annealing temperature. The sensitivities of the LCO films for NH₃ and CO gases were also increased with the annealing temperature. Sensing properties of LCO thin films were improved when the measuring temperature was 350℃ or more

      • 국내산고령토정제에 관한 연구

        The samples used for this work were low grade clay(Fe?O? : 2.90%, TiO? :1.65%) produced from Youngsan-do district, and for the iron-bearing impurities removal having a bad influence on Kaoline sample was carried out column floatation using Oleic acid, Potassium oleat, Aero 840 promotor, Aero 870 promotor and Keroseneas collectors. For removal of the iron-vearing impurities from the kaoline, investigated first chemical composition size distribution of Kaoline sample, also performanced a basic study on pulp density, collector and pH change on a sort frother. The flotation separation of impurities from kaoline can be achieved by using both oleic acid and Aero 840 promotor as collectors within narrow aoid limits(pH 2-3). Pine oil was more effective frother than MIBC with olelic acid as aa collector.
