This paper deals with the design of controller which is used to rectifier for communication. Mathematical small-signal modeling and characteristic analysis are performed about DC/DC converter and three-phase AC/DC converter. Bode plots are obtained by the mathematical small-signal modeling. By the PSpice simulation, performance of the controller is proved respectively in line regulation and load.

본 논문은 다양한 분야에 적용이 가능한 고압 직류 전원장치를 개발에 관한 것이다. 개발된 이 장치는 soft switching 기술을 이용하여 인버터의 전력소자가 switclung 때문에 발생하는 손실과 EMI를 감소시키기 위하여 영전압 스위칭 (ZVS; Zero Voltage Switching) 방식<br/> 을 채택하였다 이러한 고주파 인버터의 구동방식은 단일 Chip 제어기로 쉽게 구현혈 수 있는 영전압 스위칭 위 상전이 제어 직렬 공진형 (ZVS PSC-SRI, ZVS Phase Shi 따 d Control Series Resonant Inverter) 으로 선택하여 제어기의 신뢰도를 높였고 장치의 고효율화 (90% 이상 ) 확 보와 장치의 소형화뿐만 아니라 실용화를 위한 저가격화를 절충할 수 있는 방법을 중점적요로 연구하였다 본 논문에서 고주파 고압 직류 전원 장치의 구성 및 설계, ZVS PSC-SR 인버터의 설계 그리고 고주파 고압 변압기 1의 설계에 관한 내용을 자세히 설명하고 제작된 고주파 고압 전원장치의 실험결과 및 고찰을 기술한다.
ISFET-Based Differential pCO₂Sensors Employing a Low Resistance Gas Permeable Membrane

A new type of ISFET-based differential pCO_(2) sensor system is devised by employing a low resistance gas permeable membrane. Both the pCO_(2) FET and the reference FET (REFET) are made by coating the FET surface with an RTV silicone rubber film doped with valinomycin. The pCO_(2)FET is covered with a hydrogel-based recipient layer inside the gas permeable RTV membrane, but the REFET without the hydrogel layer. Because of low resistance of the gas permeable membrane, the reference electrode can be placed outside as a common reference for both FETs. Output signals from the pCO_(2) FET and the REFET are measured against the common reference, and a difference of these two signals is measured through a differential amplifier: therefore, calibration drifts of the two identical base ISFETs, caused by their thermal sensitivity, cancel out.
The Cellular Response to Graphene Oxide and Its Related Nano-derivatives

The graphene which is an allotrope of carbon has the honeycombing structure of one-atom-thick planar sheets. it is used in modern electronic, informative technologies sensors and drug delivery system. Graphene oxide (GO) has oxygen functional groups on the graphene plane. We performed this experiment to define the cellular effect of GO. GO was prepared by the modified Hummers method using 2 g of graphite powder. After sequential procedure, GO in water was used for experiment. U-937, Raw264.7 cells and A549 cells were cultivated with GO and related nanoparticles. We checked the microscopic charac-teristics, MTT assay and Western blotting. The X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the pristine graphite had a peak centered at 2θ=26.5o (d=0.33 nm). This peak was shifted to 2θ=11.3o (d=0.78 nm) after applying the Hummers method. U937 cells aggregated sround GO. During 48 hours, modified GO with methyl group (DA-GO) and SDS-hydrazine GO(SDS-HYDrGO) diminished A549 proliferation than GO. In contrast, GO inhibited proliferation of Raw264.7 cells than DA-GO and SDS-HYD rGO. The shifting from LC3B-I to LC3B-II was minimal in GO, DA-GO, SDS-HYD rGO. In conclusion, GO in water may be phagocytosed by mononuclear cells. GO and its ligand-modified derivatives may affect differentially on proliferation or survival in airway epithelial cells and mononuclear cells. A Case Report: Solitary IgG4 Related Sclerosing Disease in the Lung

The IgG4 related sclerosing disease is defined as a dense IgG4+ lymphoplasmocytic tumefactive fibroinflammation and aller-gic disease (atopy, eczema, asthma, modest peripheral eosinophilia) which involves virtually any systemic organs in human being. This disease may be contributed by half antibody exchange reaction/fragment antigen-binding (Fab)-arm exchange reaction. It is composed of serum IgG4+ increase, IgG4+ plasma cells, storiform fibrosis and inflammatory pseudotumor and modified Th2 response (IL-4, -13; IL-10, -12, -21). This disease is also known to be related with subsequent neoplasm. A fifty year-old woman complained of acute onset of fever, cough and sputum. The radiologic findings showed total consolidation in the right lower lobe. This lesion was not slowly responsive to antibiotics. The pathologic findings were lymphocytic infiltra-tion, which were stained positively with IgG4. After steroid therapy, this lesion became markedly resoluted but further fol-low-up would be mandatory.

Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a complex clinical entity resulting from an allergic immune response to Aspergillus species, and most often occurs in patients with asthma. ABPA is rarely observed in the absence of asthma, which is, in fact, the principal criterion for its diagnosis. Our patient was a 53-year-old woman with no history of bronchial asthma. She presented with a 1-month history of cough, mucopurulent nasal discharge, and localized pulmonary consolidation. Peripheral blood eosinophilia and elevated serum IgE were observed. Sinus radiography showed right maxillary sinusitis. Pathologic examination of bronchoscopic biopsy specimens revealed conglomerates of fungal hyphae. Pulmonary function and bronchial provocation tests were within normal ranges. The patient was successfully treated for 3 months with itraconazole and oral prednisolone. There has been no evidence of recurrence over a 7-month follow-up. ABPA coupled with sinusitis in a nonasthmatic patient is a very rare occurrence and warrants reporting.
