<P>Shank2 is an abundant postsynaptic scaffolding protein implicated in neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Deletion of <I>Shank2</I> in mice has been shown to induce social deficits, repetitive behaviors, and hyperactivity, but the identity of the cell types that contribute to these phenotypes has remained unclear. Here, we report a conditional mouse line with a <I>Shank2</I> deletion restricted to parvalbumin (PV)-positive neurons (<I>Pv-Cre;Shank2</I><SUP>fl/fl</SUP> mice). These mice display moderate hyperactivity in both novel and familiar environments and enhanced self-grooming in novel, but not familiar, environments. In contrast, they showed normal levels of social interaction, anxiety-like behavior, and learning and memory. Basal brain rhythms in <I>Pv-Cre;Shank2</I><SUP>fl/fl</SUP> mice, measured by electroencephalography, were normal, but susceptibility to pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced seizures was decreased. These results suggest that <I>Shank2</I> deletion in PV-positive neurons leads to hyperactivity, enhanced self-grooming and suppressed brain excitation.</P>
Enhanced Neuronal Activity in the Medial Prefrontal Cortex during Social Approach Behavior

<P>Although the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) is known to play a crucial role in rodent social behavior, little is known about mPFC neural correlates of social behavior. In the present study, we examined single-neuron activity in the mPFC of mice performing a modified version of the three-chamber test. We found that a subset of mPFC neurons elevate discharge rates when approaching a stranger mouse but not when approaching an inanimate object or an empty chamber. Our results reveal mPFC neural activity that is correlated with social approach behavior in a widely used social-interaction paradigm. These findings might be helpful for future investigations of mPFC neural processes underlying social interaction in health and disease.</P>
Consensus of linear time-invariant multi-agent system over multilayer network

Consensus of multi-agent system has been studied extensively for past decades. However, most literature considered a single communication network. In this paper, multilayer graph is introduced to allow individual agent to interact over multiple communication networks, each with different output information. Necessary conditions for achieving consensus under the usage of dynamic controller is proposed. Proposed conditions show the interplay between the system theoretical condition, such as detectability, with the graph theoretical condition, such as connectedness of the communication network. It is also shown that a dynamic controller can be designed for a given example when necessary conditions are satisfied.
Blended dynamics approach for analysis and construction of distributed optimization algorithms

In this paper, the recently proposed concept of blended dynamics of a heterogeneous multi-agent system is introduced. Although the blended dynamics is originally proposed for the analysis of heterogeneous multi-agent system, it is argued that the same approach provides a flexible framework for the analysis and construction of the distributed algorithms. The utility of the proposed approach is first illustrated by systematically constructing the distributed gradient descent algorithm from the centralized gradient descent method. The proposed approach is further extended to derive two variants of distributed algorithms utilizing the heavy-ball method. Finally, drawback of the proposed approach is identified and integral action is employed to resolve the issue.

This paper studies the synchronization problem of Lur’e-type nonlinear systems. For the analysis, the concept of incremental output-feedback passivity (iOFP) is introduced and generalized using the shortage of passivity. It is shown that Lur’e-type nonlinear system is iOFP and examples are presented. Using iOFP, a sufficient condition (which is in form of sector condition) is proposed for the Lur’e-type nonlinear systems to achieve the synchronization using static output diffusive couplings. Results are further extended to nonlinear coupling under fully connected network. Numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the proposed results.
금융권 챗봇서비스의 사용자 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 금융업종별 비교분석

본 연구는 확장된 기술수용모델(Extended TAM)로 금융권 챗봇서비스에 대한 사용자의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인했다. 응대정확성, 사회적 실재감, 안전성 등의 챗봇의 시스템 속성이 기술수용모델의 주요 변수를 통해 챗봇의 수용의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석했다. 157명의 금융권 고객 및 잠재고객의 데이터를 기반으로 분석을 진행했다. 분석 결과 금융권 챗봇 서비스가 사용자의 요청내용을 인식하는 정도를 의미하는 응대 정확성은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성을 높이는 데 상당한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인정보 유출, 금전적 위험에 대한 예방 및 보호를 의미하는 안전성은 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유희성을 높이는 데 상당한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 업종별로는 은행 서비스의 경우 챗봇의 응대정확성 영향력이 유독 높게 나타났다. 이는 금전거래 업무 문의를 주로 받게 되는 은행 챗봇은 응대정확성에 더욱 중점을 두어야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 빠르게 변화하는 디지털 전환 시대에 주목받고 있는 금융챗봇 서비스 이용과 확산을 예측할 수 있는 유의미한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This study identified factors that influence users’ acceptance of financial chatbot services using the Extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). A total of 157 people were surveyed to analyze how the system properties of chatbots, such as response accuracy, social presence, risklessness, and other major variables in the technology acceptance model such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived playfulness. The survey found that response accuracy, which means the extent to which chatbot services in the financial sector recognize users’ requests, plays a significant role in increasing perceived usefulness and perceived ease. The more accurately the chatbot service in the financial sector recognizes the users’ requests, the more users feel that the information provided by the chatbot service in the financial sector is not only useful but also easy to use. In addition, for banking services, chatbot’s response accuracy rate was particularly high. This suggests that bank chatbots, which are frequently asked about money transactions, should focus more on response accuracy. This study is expected to be used as a meaningful data to predict the use and spread of financial chatbot services, which are drawing attention in the rapidly changing era of digital transformation.
