Vanadium oxides have been widely used in a variety of technological applications such electrochromic devices as infrared detectors and are expected as a material suitable for gas sensing applications. Thin films of Vanadium oxide (VOx) have been deposited by r.f magnetron sputtering under different oxygen partial pressure ratios(0%, 10%) and substrate temperatures(27℃, 400℃). Humidity-sensitive properties of resistive sensors having interdigitated electrode structure are characterized. Our sensors show good response to humidity over 20%RH to 80%RH Vanadium oxide films deposited with 0%O2 partial pressure at 400℃ exhibit greater sensitivity to humidity change than others.
신경회로망을 이용한 송전선로 고장거리 추정에 관한 연구

When faults occur in transmission lines, protective relays need to operate fast and accurately to protect transmission lines and electrical equipments and to supply power with good quality. To advance the reliability of power network, the accurate fault detection and fault distance estimation must be implemented. This paper proposes the fault distance estimation method using artificial neural networks. In this paper, fault distance estimation is performed using fundamental component of 3-phase voltages and currents. To evaluate the performance of the technique using artificial neural network, the propriety of fault distance estimation is verified using EMTP(Electromagnetic Transient Program).

High impedance fault(HIF) is defined as the fault that cannot be detected or removed by conventional overcurrent relays(OCRs). When HIF occurs in residential areas, energized high voltage conductor results in fire hazards and causes damages in electrical equipments or personal threat. This paper proposes the fault classification of not only LIFs but also HIFs using artificial neural networks. In this paper, classification of faults in transmission line is performed using the instantaneous 3-phase currents. Test results show that the neural networks were able to classify the faults including HIF accurately in transmission lines within a half cycle.
스퍼터된 바나듐 산화막의 구조적, 전기적 특성에 미치는 진공 어닐링의 효과

Thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_(x)) have been deposited by RF magnetron sputtering from V₂O_(5) target in gas mixture of argon and oxygen. The oxygen/(oxygen+argon) partial pressure ratio of 0% and 8% is adopted. Crystal structure and optical properties of films sputter-deposited under different oxygen gas pressures and in situ annealed in vacuum at 400℃ for 1h and 4h are characterized through XRD, XPS, RBS, FTIR, and optical absorption measurements. The films as-deposited are amorphous, but 0%O₂ films annealed for time longer than 4h and 8%O₂ films annealed for time longer than 1h are polycrystalline. I-v characteristics were distinguished between linear and nonlinear region. In the low field region the conduction is due to Schottky emission, while at high fields it changes to Fowler-Nordheim tunneling type conduction. The conductivity measurements have shown an Arrhenius dependence of the conductivity on the temperature.

We studied the characteristics of bottom topography and oceanographic conditions around Marado and Jeju Island. The obtained results are summarized as follow ; 1. A bottom topography around Marado is shows irregular radiation shape with abyssal zone depth from 100m to 150m, in spite that the depth below 100m is shown in the north and the depth below 100∼120m is shown widely and flatly in south. In addition to the fronts of temperature and salinity formed between inshore water and oceanic water, small-size eddies and actively horizontal and vertical mixings are formed by strong tide and geographical features including irregular topography and an isolated island. 2. Adjacent seas of the Marade are greatly influenced by the Tsushima current. The Tsushima water branches in two directions of northeast and northwest in the sourth sea of Jeju Island. The northwest current shows high temperature and salinity than the northeast, so such inflowing plays a role inducing high temperature and salinity water.

In this paper is presented the effect of ?? concentration on the efficiency of the turbidity removal by flocculation with alum or ferric sulfate. It is confirmed that pH range of the optimal flocculation conditions for the raw water contained the initial ?? concentration of 80mg/1 is expanded to 5-8 or 4-6, res-pectively, by treating with alum and ferric sulfate as a coagulants. The residual turbidity treated water is also decreased to 2NTU with alum and to 4NUT for the case of ferric sulfate. The determined agglomeration rate constant, K₁, and erosion rate constant, K₂, for floc are as follows; coagulants agglomeration rate constant erosion rate constant (initial ?? conc.) K₁ K₂ alum(80mg/1) 0.29 0.3 ferric sulfate(40mg/1) 0.35 0.26 Here is discussed the number of the reactor for the continuous flow needed to treating below 5NTU and also discussed treated watar quality which is predicted from kinetic model by using agglomeration rate constant, K₁, and erosion rate constant, k₂.

朱震亨은 金元四大家중 가장 후대의 인물로서 朱子學의 철학적 배경에 근거하여 劉河間, 張子和, 李??의 장점을 흡수하여 醫論을 펼쳤으므로, 金元四大家의 中風 內因論을 인식하는데 있어 그 의미가 크다. 朱震亨 中風論의 특징은 그가 거처한 純域的 特性에 근거하여 肥瘦人과 半身不遂의 左右에 따라 각각 治法을 달리하였으나, 中風 病因病理를 濕痰生熱로 보고 內因의 주요소로 痰을 중시하여 中風入方藥物은 治痰한다는 원칙에 기준하여 藥物을 사용하였다. 이러한 독특한 中風論은 후대 中風 內因論의 발전에 지대한 영향을 주었으므로, 이에 관한 연구는 中風 內因論 측면에서 韓醫學發展에 寄與할 것으로 恩慮된다. We inquired into the origins, pathologies, theraphies and prescriptions of Jungpung(中風) especially on the ground of Keokchiyeron(格致餘論)ㆍDangeosimbub(丹溪心法) written by JuJinHyoung(朱震亨) as modical blocks, from this study we could get that conclusions. 1. According to special feature of the theroies of JuJinHyoung's(朱震亨) Jungpung(中風) he thought pathologies of Jungpung(中風) as 「sub seong dam dam seong yeol yeol seong puns 濕疾痰痰生熱 熱生_風」through studying stress on regional characteristics and thought much of dam(疲) as one of major elements of internal causes. 2. He suggested chi-dam(治痰) in the first place in the treatment of Jungpung(中風) and emphasises the treatment using Succus Pyllostachyos(竹瀝), waterly extracted Rhizoma Zingiberis(鐘汁) in that they had the virtues of sodam-ganghwa(消痰降火), geo-gyeongrak(開經絡), haeng-heolgi(行血氣). 3. He treated differently whether a man in fat and thin, and have right or left hemiplegia, but he prescribed herb-medications on the principle that medications should have the virtues of chi-dam(治痰).

A de-wiring trolley wire usually makes the electrical system complex and may have an adverse effect on the electrical system inside the train. It is important to analyze the effect on trains in de-wiring trolley wire. we accomplished an equivalent model of the electric train system. We used PSCAD/EMTDC, an electromagnetic transient program. The result of this study can be used as a facility design to use a power conversion system filter and needs to prove through actual field data in the main circuit of an electric train for a precise analysis about effect of de-wiring.
