        제주도 문섬 주변해역 해양환경특성 및 저서무척추동물의 군집구조

        This study was performed to know the community structure of macrobenthos and environmental factors at each 4 stations and 9 stations around Munseom coastal water in Jeju Island from June to December, 2007. Mean temperature and mean salinity were 19.6℃, 34.03 psu which shows stable water masses. Concentrations of DO, COD and SS were as low as those in the standard sea-water-quality classes I. Chlorophyll a concentrations of phytoplankton ranged from 0.40 to 1.09 mg/l (0.69 mg/l), showing higher December than June with a blooming in winter. The mean concentration values (the ranges in parentheses) of nitrate, phosphate, and silicate were 0.07-0.26 mg/l (0.15 mg/l), 0.04-0.01 mg/l (0.01 mg/l), 0.01-0.46 mg/l (0.23 mg/l), respectively. However, the values higher near the Munseom due to influxes from the land. A total of 112 species was identified. of these mollusca comprised 40 species (36.0%); Cnidaria 33 (28.8%); Porifera 13 (11.7%); arthropoda 8 (7.2%) and others including Echinodermata, 17 (15.3%). density and biomass were estimated to be 4,340 individual/㎡ and 53,107.8 gwwt/m², respectively. Anthozoa were the most dominant faunal group in terms of abundance (2,132 individual/m²) and number of species as well, whereas Cnidaria was predominant in biomass (37,630.9 gwwt/m²). The dominant species were Dendronephthya gigantea, Scleronephthya gracillimum, Anthoplexaura dimorpha, Dendronephthya castanea, Thecocarpus niger, Dendronephthya spinulosa, Dendronephthya putteri, Acabaria bicolor in 10-30 m. The seasonal variation of the number of individual and biomass Cnidaria and Mollusca was observed. There was a slow increase in June, a decrease in October, and a highest increase in December. The biodiversity, evenness richness index were appeared 2.715-3.413 (H'), 0.758-0.851(E'), 5.202-8.720 (R) in each stations. The dominace index were appeared highest in M2 and lowest in M1.

        가입당생산량 (yield-per-recruit) 모델을 이용한 제주 동부연안 오분자기류 (Haliotis diversicolor)의 어업관리

        We studied the management policy for Haliotis diversicolor fisheries in the coastal area of Sungsanpo using Yield-per-recruit model from 2004 to 2006. The age at first capture (tc) and fishing mortality (F) annually estimated during the study period decreased and increased, respectively. The maximum yield-per-recruit in 2004 was increased by increasing tc from the 2.012 year of current tc to 2.7 year or increasing F from the 0.574/year of current F to 0.800/year, and that in 2005 was increased by increasing tc from the 1.946 year of current tc to 2.5 year or increasing F from the 0.578/year of current F to 0.880/year. In 2006, the maximum yield-per-recruit was increased by increasing tc from the 1.926year of current tc to 3.1year or decreasing F from the 1.088/year of current F to 0.810/year. Further, although the current F in 2004 and 2005 was lower than the estimated FMAX, that in 2006 was higher than the estimated FMAX. These results indicate that the likelihood of growth overfishing with increasing catch of smaller H. diversicolor in 2006 was greater than in 2004 and 2005. As action that could prevent growth overfishing in fisheries management of H. diversicolor, increasing for the current tc could be a more appropriate policy because the artificial decrease of the number of woman divers related F is actually difficult.         제주남부해역 사질대 유용생물 분포특성

        This study was performed to know the community structure of macrobenthos and environmental factors at each 16 stations in the subtidal sandy bottoms of the southern coastal water of Jeju Island from July to November, 2011. Mean temperature and mean salinity were 20.2-22.7℃, 33.7-34.9 psu which shows stable water messes. Chlorophyll a concentrations of phytoplankton ranged from 0.71 to 1.71 mg/L (1.11 mg/L), showing higher July than September and November with a blooming in summer. The mean concentration values (the ranges in parentheses) of nitrate, phosphate, and silicate are 0.029-0.206 mg/L (0.101 mg/L), 0.001-0.027 mg/L (0.007 mg/L), 0.024-0.682 mg/L (0.454 mg/L), respectively. However, the values higher coastal zone due to influxes from the land. A total of 37 species was identified. of these mollusca comprised 29 secies (78.4%); Echinodermata 5 (13.5%); Arthropoda 3 (8.1%). density and biomass were estimated to be 550 ind./m2 and 20,951.8 gwwt/m2, respectively. Mollusca were the most dominant faunal group in terms of abundance (481 ind./m2) and number of species as well, whereas bivalves were predominant in biomass (16,647.6 gwwt/m2). The dominant species were Vasticardium burchardi, Oblimopa japonica, Mactar achatina, Bornatemishistrioiw akawai, Paphia vernicosa, Amusium japonicum, Glycymeris albolineata, Astriclypeus manni in 15-30 m. The seasonal variation appeared as distinct, Mollusca of individual and biomass. When summer was make a slow increase, after the highest decrease in autumn. The abundance of macrobenthic invertebrates showed significant correlation with environmental factors (Chlorophyll a, DIN, SiO2, Fine sand, Very fine sand) in almost all sampling depths. The biodiversity, evenness richness index were appeared 1.56-2.50 (H'), 0.49-0.80 (E'), 4.12-4.67 (R) in each stations. The dominace index were appeared Highest in November and lowest in September. 제주도 남부연안 사질대 해역에서 2011년 7월부터 11월까지 16개 정점에 대해 해양환경특성 및 저서 무척추동물의 군집구조를 파악하기 위해 조사하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 평균 수온과 염분은 각각 20.2-22.7℃, 33.7-34.9 psu로써비교적 안정된 수괴를 형성하고 있었다. 식물플랑크톤의Chlorophyll a 분포는 0.71-1.71 mg/L (평균 1.11 mg/L)의 범위로써 9월과 11월에 비해 7월에 높게 나타났다. 조사기간 중 총 37종의 저서동물이 채집되었으며, 연체동물이 29종 (78.4%) 이였으며, 이 중 이매패류가 17종 (45.9%)로 가장 우점 하였고, 극피동물 5종 (13.5%), 절지동물 3종(8.1%) 의 순으로 나타났다. 조사해역의 개체밀도와 생물량은각각 550 개체/m2, 20,951.8 gwwt/m2로 연체동물 중 이매패류 (481 ind./m2, 16,647.6 gwwt/m2) 가 개체수와 생체량에서 우점 하였다. 주요 우점종은 소쿠리조개, 흰바탕무늬조개, 흰점분홍무늬조개, 갈색점줄떡조개, 밭고랑행달조개, 해가리비, 속갈색조개,구멍연잎성게로 주로 이매패류에서 높은 우점율을 나타냈다. 정점별 종다양도 (H'), 균등도 (E') 및 풍부도 (R) 지수의 범위는 각각 1.56-2.50, 0.49-0.80, 4.12-4.67 로 9월에 가장 낮고, 11월에 높게 나타났다.

        제주도 연안 마을어장의 저서무척추동물 군집구조

        This study was performed to know and compare the community structures of macrobenthic invertebrates of eight fishing grounds in the coastal waters of Jeju Island from September to October, 2008. A total of 166 species was identified. Mollusks comprised 77 species (46.4%); Arthropods, 24 (14.5%), Cnidarians, 18 (10.8%); sponges, 16 (9.2%); and the others including echinoderms, 33 (17.7%). Density and biomass were estimated to be 6,905 ind./m² and 113,100.7 gwwt/m², respectively. Gastropods were the most dominant faunal group in terms of abundance (3,311 ind./m²) and number of species as well, whereas gastropods were predominant in biomass (55,789.2 gwwt/m²). The dominant species were Omphalius pfeifferi, Astralium haematragum, Turbo cornutus, Ergalatax contraacta, Lithophaga cura Anthocidaris crassispina, Herdmania monus in 5-15 m. Cluster analysis showed that the study area could be divided into three station groups. The biodiversity, evenness richness index were appeared 1.59-2.95 (H'), 0.38-0.87 (E'), 3.3-10.4 (R) at each station. The dominance index were appeared highest in Daepo and lowest in Woljeong. 제주연안 8개 마을어장 주변해역에서 2008년 9월부터 10월까지 저서 무척추동물의 군집구조를 파악하기 위해 조사 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사기간 중 총 166종의 저서동물이 채집되었고, 연체동물이 77종 (46.4%) 이였으며, 이 중 복족류가 25.3%로 가장 우점하였고, 절지동물 24종 (14.5%), 자포동물 18종 (10.8%),해면동물 16종 (9.2%) 및 기타 동물은 33종 (17.7%) 의 순으로 나타났다조사해역의 개체밀도와 생체량은 각각 6,905 개체/m²,113,100.7 gwwt/m²로 연체동물 중 복족류가 개체수와 생체량에서 우점하였다. 주요 우점종은 팽이고둥 (Omphalius pfeifferi), 바퀴고둥 (Astralium haematragum), 소라(Turbo cornutus), 탑뿔고둥 (Ergalatax contraacta), 애기돌맛조개 (Lithophaga cura), 보라성게 (Anthocidaris crassispina), 분홍멍게 (Herdmania monus) 로 주로 복족류와 해초류에서 높은 우점율을 나타냈다. 군집유사도의 집괴분석을 실시한 결과 크게 북부와 남부해역 및 서부해역의 2개그룹으로 나눌 수 있었다. 정점별 종다양도 (H'), 균등도 (E')및 풍부도 (R) 지수의 범위는 각각 1.59-2.95, 0.38-0.87,3.3-10.4 로 종다양성 및 개체수 균일성이 가장 안정된 지역은 남부인 대포리에서 가장 높게 나타났고, 북부에 위치한 월정에서 낮게 나타났다
