        2, 3-Disubstituted-4-oxo-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinazolines were synthesized by using the isatoic anhydrides and N-substituted-2-aminobenzamides as starting materials. Intermediates were formed by the reaction of isatoic anhydride with primary amines at various conditions. Final products, 2, 3-Disubstituted-4-oxo-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinazolines were synthesized by the fusion of pyridine-3-aldehyde with intermediates for 5hrs at various conditions. By using IR, NMR, MS and elementary analysis, each product was identified and yield of 2, 2-disubstituted-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolines was nearly 80-90%.

      • 정적 연소기의 단면형상 변화에 따른 플라즈마 제트 점화의 연소특성

        In this paper, combustion characteristics ignited by single-hole and multi-hole plasma jet igniter and conventional spark plug have been studied by means of schlieren photography and pressure measuring in the Wedge type, Pent-roof type and Toroidal bowl type constant volume vessel which is typical 4-valve SI engine combustion chamber. It is represented that combustion characteristics ignited by conventional spark plug ignition are hardly influenced by configurations of combustion chamber. I contrast in case of plasma jet ignition combustion duration and combustion enhancement rates are effected than spark plug ignition. Consequently, it is important to avoid plasma jet impingement against combustion chamber wall , and to let flame front move toward wide place in the combustion chamber at early stage of combustion.

      • 경사진 트레드밀에서 후방보행운동을 통한 넙다리네갈래근 강화와 요통의 관계

        목적: 본 연구에서는 경사진 트레드밀에서의 후방 보행 훈련을 통한 넙다리네갈래근의 강화가 요통 환자의 치료에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상: 만성 요통을 호소하는 16명의 환자를 대상으로 연구를 실시 하였다. 방법: 트레드밀을 10° 경사로 맞춰놓은 상태에서 대상자들은 하루 20분, 일주일에 3회의 빈도로 2주 동안 훈련을 하였다. 표면 근전도를 가지고 넓다리 곧은근, 안쪽 넓은근, 가쪽 넓은근, 척추 세움근의 %MVIC를 측정하였고, KODI와 VAS를 통해 대상자들의 통증정도를 측정하였다. 결과: 넓다리 곧은근은 훈련전에 비해 훈련을 하고 난 후 상대적으로 높은 근전도를 보였고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 안쪽 넓은근과 가쪽 넓은근 또한 높은 근전도율을 보였지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 척추 세움근은 훈련전에 비해 훈련을 하고 난 후 높은 근전도율을 보여주었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). VAS와 KODI의 평균값은 명백하게 감소되었고, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 결론: 이상의 결론을 종합하면, 후방보행을 통한 넙다리네갈래근의 강화는 요통의 감소에 효과적이라고 사료되며, 더불어 넙다리네갈래근으로 접근하여 요통을 경감하는 중재방법이 효과적인 치료 방법이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. Purpose: This study was to investigate the influence of strengthening the Quadriceps femoris through backward walking treadmill training in the patients who have lower back pain. Subjects: Sixteen subjects with chronic lower back pain were included. Method: In the training, the treadmill was set to have a inclination of 10 degrees, and the subjects were trained for 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 2 weeks. %MVIC(muscle power) of rectus femoris, vastus medialis oblique, vastus lateralis and erctor spinae were measured with surface EMG, and KODI and VAS were used to measure the subject's level of pain. Results: Quadriceps femoris showed relatively higher average electromyogram rates than that before training(p<.05). Vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis also showed higher average electromyogram rates, but no significant change in them was noted. Erector spinae showed higher average electromyogram rates than that before training(p<.05). The average points of VAS and KODI clearly decreased(p<.05). Conclusion: Strengthening Quadriceps femoris seems to be efficient for relieving lower back pain in this study.

        외국인 관광객 리뷰데이터를 활용한 토픽모델링 기반의 공간분석: 대구광역시를 사례로

        스마트폰 기반의 관광 플랫폼들이 활성화되면서 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 정책 수립 및 서비스 고도화가 다양한 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 관광 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 선행연구들의 경우 국내 관광객 중심의 연구가 대다수 수행되었으며, 외국인 관광객 연구의 경우 일부 언어로 수집된 데이터와 텍스트 마이닝 기법에 한정하여 연구가 수행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 리뷰 사이트를 통해 '대구 명소' 키워드를 지정하여 외국인들이 작성한 리뷰 데이터 3,515건을 수집하였다. 그리고 LDA 기반의 토픽모델링을 수행하여 관광 토픽을 도출하였으며, 각 토픽별 전역 및 국지적 공간 분석을 수행한 점이 선행연구와 차별성이라 할 수 있다. 분석 결과 전역적 공간 자기상관이 존재하며, 외국인들이 주로 방문하는 관광지들이 국지적으로 결집되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 대다수 토픽에서 중구를 중심으로 핫스팟이 도출되었으며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지자체 외국인 관광정책 수립 및 토픽모델링 기반의 공간분석 연구의 기초연구로 활용되길 기대하며, 본 연구의 한계점 또한 제시하였다. As smartphone-based tourism platforms have become active, policy establishment and service enhancement using review data are being made in various fields. In the case of the preceding studies using tourism review data, most of the studies centered on domestic tourists were conducted, and in the case of foreign tourist studies, studies were conducted only on data collected in some languages and text mining techniques. In this study, 3,515 review data written by foreigners were collected by designating the "Daegu attractions" keyword through the online review site. And LDA-based topic modeling was performed to derive tourism topics. The spatial approach through global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis for each topic can be said to be different from previous studies. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there is a global spatial autocorrelation, and that tourist destinations mainly visited by foreigners are concentrated locally. In addition, hot spots have been drawn around Jung-gu in most of the topics. Based on the analysis results, it is expected to be used as a basic research for spatial analysis based on local government foreign tourism policy establishment and topic modeling. And The limitations of this study were also presented.

        Usefulness of <sup>18</sup>F-FDG PET/CT to Detect Metastatic Mucinous Adenocarcinoma Within an Inguinal Hernia

        Metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma in an inguinal hernia is a rare disease and the image findings of $^{18}F$-fluorodeoxyglucose ($^{18}F$-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) are little known. Here, we introduce a 57-year-old man with metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma in an inguinal hernia. On initial $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT, hypermetabolism was observed in mucinous adenocarcinoma of the cecum, and adenocarcinomas of the transverse and ascending colon, respectively. Follow-up $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT revealed newly developed multiple hypermetabolism in peritoneal seeding masses and nodules in the pelvic cavity and scrotum. Peritoneal carcinomatosis in the right pelvic side wall was extended to the incarcerated peritoneum and mesentery in the right inguinoscrotal hernia. $^{18}F$-FDG PET/CT was useful to reveal unexpected peritoneal seeding within the inguinal hernia. Also, this case demonstrated that metastatic mucinous adenocarcinomas had variably intense FDG uptake.

        Transient elastography with controlled attenuation parameter versus two-dimensional shear wave elastography with attenuation imaging for the evaluation of hepatic steatosis and fibrosis in NAFLD

        Purpose: This study compared the controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) to attenuation imaging (ATI) in the diagnosis of steatosis and transient elastography (TE) to two-dimensional shear wave elastography (2D-SWE) for the diagnosis of fibrosis in a prospectively constructed nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patient cohort. Methods: Participants who underwent TE with CAP were included from a previously constructed NAFLD cohort with multiparametric ultrasound data. The degree of hepatic steatosis and stage of liver fibrosis were assessed. Diagnostic performance was evaluated using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC) for the grades of steatosis (S1-3) and fibrosis (F0-F4). Results: There were 105 participants. The distribution of hepatic steatosis grades (S0-S3) and liver fibrosis stages (F0-F4) was as follows: S0, n=34; S1, n=41; S2, n=22; S3, n=8; F0, n=63; F1, n=25; F2, n=5; F3, n=7; and F4, n=5. No significant difference was found between CAP and ATI in detecting ≥S1 (AUROC: 0.93 vs. 0.93, P=0.956) or ≥S2 (0.94 vs. 0.94, P=0.769). However, the AUROC of ATI in detecting ≥S3 was significantly higher than that of CAP (0.94 vs. 0.87, P=0.047). Regarding the detection of liver fibrosis, no significant difference was found between TE and 2D-SWE. The AUROCs of TE and 2D-SWE were as follows: ≥F1, 0.94 vs. 0.89 (P=0.107); ≥F2, 0.89 vs. 0.90 (P=0.644); ≥F3, 0.91 vs. 0.90 (P=0.703); and ≥F4, 0.88 vs. 0.92 (P=0.209). Conclusion: 2D-SWE and TE showed comparable diagnostic performance in assessing liver fibrosis, and ATI provided significantly better performance in detecting ≥S3 steatosis than CAP.
