TSC 합성보의 화재시 거동 및 전열특성에 관한 실험적 연구

TSC composite beam is a type of innovative composite structures, composed of a concrete beam enclosed by steel plates in its three sides. The study of composite structures in fire is generally focused to investigate the structural performance in relation to the effect of strength and stiffness reduction of steel section, at which a tensile block forms in its flexural mechanism. This research also aims to experimentally assess the in-fire performance of the TSC composite beam with respect to various structural aspects such as load ratio, additional reinforcements, insulation.

In an effort to reduce the false-negative rate of PAP smear, several new technologic screening methods have recently evolved. Cervicography is one of these methods. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the screening use of cervicography as an adjunctive method and the clinical effectiveness of cervicography in korean reports, compared with other countries. And we estimated the specificity and sensitivity of cervicography in cervical cancer screening in several korean reports. The results were 1. The sensitivity of cervicography and pap smear was 89.2% and 85.7%. 2. The false negative rate of cervicography and pap smear was 3.8% and 22.4%. 3. When cervicography and Pap smear were used conjointly, the sensitivity was higher than for cervicography or pap smear used alone(95.7% vs 89.2%, 95.7% vs 85.7%) Cervicography is one of the useful screening method for detect cervical cancer, However when cervicography are used in conjunction with Pap smear, the detection rate of cervical cancer will be increased.
Behaviour of lightweight composite trusses in fire – A case study

On September 11th 2001, the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City were struck by two hijacked airplanes. Despite severe local damage induced by the impact, the towers were able to sustain 102 and 56 minutes of the subsequent multi-storey fires before collapsing. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the understanding of the in-fire performance of composite trusses by examining the behaviour of the longer-span type used in the towers. It makes no attempt to be a forensic study of the actual events. Using the finite element package Vulcan, the structural mechanics of typical long-span composite floor trusses are explained, under a variety of scenarios, as the fire temperatures rise. Different boundary conditions, degrees of protection and loading are all covered, the results being presented mainly in the form of graphs of deflection and internal force of members against time.

본 연구는 비대칭 H형강을 사용한 슬림플로어 보의 화재시 구조성능에 관한 실험 및 해석적 연구로서, 화재시 본 합성부재의 구조거동을 파악하여 합리적 내화설계의 자료를 얻는 것이 목적이다. 화재실험으로 계획된 여러 변수의 시험체를 제작하고 상온과 고온에서 휨실험을 수행하여 시간에 따른 온도분포, 하중-처짐 관계를 분석하였다. 해석적 방법은 설계된 단면에 대하여 완전 합성을 가정으로, 열전도 해석으로 온도분포를 구하고 재료의 잔존강도를 분할된 메쉬에 입력하여 휨강도를 예측하였다. 웨브의 두께와 깊이를 변수로 하여 슬림플로어 보의 화재시 휨내력을 고찰하였다. This paper is a pilot study regarding an experimental and parametric study to investigate the structural behavior of slimfloor beam(ASB) in fire. The objective of this research is to obtain the rational fire resistance design method through understanding the structural behavior of composite members in fire. The flexural capacity of slimfloor section under various thermal conditions is examined on a basis of the strength retention of the materials at elevated temperatures and full bonding assumption. The effect of web thickness and ASB depth to the moment capacity in fire is also examined.

복합 구조 시스템은 강재와 콘크리트의 합성으로 내화성능이 우수할 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 복합구조의 내화성능에 대한 연구는 아직 초기 단계로 기둥과 보 등의 부재에 대한 내화실험 결과가 일부 발표 되었으나 합성보에 대한 자료는 거의 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 TSC 합성보의 내화성능 평가를 위해 내화실험과 수학적 및 수치 해석적인 방법을 통해 평가하였다. 내화실험은 형상의 종류와 가력 하중, 내화피복재 보강방법 등을 변수로 실험을 실시하였다. 또한 수치 해석 중 강재와 콘크리트의 재료특성은 Eurocode에 준하였으며 온도의 변화는 열전도 FE 해석과 수학적인 방법을 사용하였다. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the fire resistance of the TSC beam, a composite beam composed of a concrete beam enclosed by steel plates. Since a discrepancy was observed between the structural mechanisms of TSC and typical composite beams, the fire performances of the two beams are likewise believed to be partially dissimilar. In this experiment, small and medium-sized TSC beams were tested under given conditions in the laboratory, with/without one of the most widely used spray-on fire protections in Korea. Furthermore, based on the steel and concrete properties under elevated temperatures that were obtained from Eurocode, temperature development across the section was suggested, analyses. To determine the capacity of a modified plastic section, th e fire performance of the model was also examined.
