최근 BLDC 모터는 널리 사용되고 있지만, 불필요한 코깅 토크가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 BLDC 모터의 코깅 토크 감소 방법을 설계하고 실험 하였다. 이론을 바탕으로 한 이 방법은 모터의 Magnet올 움직여 고주파성분을 제거하여 코깅 토크를 감소시키는 방법이다. 4극 24슬롯 BLDC 모터를 이용하여 Flux2D로 시뮬레이션 하고 계산 결과를 얻었다.

This study presents a new portable eight-output light emitting diode (LED) driver. The eight output-channels are divided intotwo equal groups, and their output powers can be controlled individually by three active switches. In addition, a simplecapacitor-based passive current balancing circuit (CBC) is employed in each port to guarantee that the currents of the four LEDsare the same. When compared with the conventionally used separate two-output isolated converters, the proposed one uses oneless active switch. Moreover, zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) is achieved, which improves the power efficiency of the driver. Finally, a highly compact prototype is built, which can reach an efficiency of 94.6%.

<P>An investigation of the jellyfish-derived fungus <I>Penicillium chrysogenum</I> J08NF-4 led to the isolation of two new meroterpene derivatives, chrysogenester (<B>1</B>) and 5-farnesyl-2-methyl-1-<I>O</I>-methylhydroquinone (<B>2</B>), and four known farnesyl meroterpenes. Docking analysis of <B>1</B> showed that it binds to PPAR-γ in the same manner as the natural PPAR-γ agonist amorfrutin B (<B>7</B>). Compound <B>1</B> activated PPAR-γ in murine Ac2F liver cells and increased nuclear PPAR-γ protein levels in murine RAW 264.7 macrophages. Because one of the main biological functions of PPAR-γ agonists is to suppress inflammatory response, an <I>in vitro</I> study was performed to explore the anti-inflammatory potency of <B>1</B> and the mechanism involved. In RAW 264.7 macrophages, <B>1</B> inhibited phosphorylation of the NF-κB p65 subunit and suppressed the expression of the pro-inflammatory mediators iNOS, NO, COX-2, TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. Hypothyroidism alone can lead to myocardial fibrosis and result in heart failure, but traditional hormone replacement therapy does not improve the fibrotic situation. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), a new gas signaling molecule, possesses antiinflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-fibrotic capabilities. Whether H2S could improve hypothyroidism-induced myocardial fibrosis are not yet studied. In our study, H2S could decrease collagen deposition in the myocardial tissue of rats caused by hypothyroidism. Furthermore, in hypothyroidism-induced rats, we found that H2S could enhance cystathionine-gamma-lyase (CSE), not cystathionine β-synthase (CBS), protein expressions. Finally, we noticed that H2S could elevate autophagy levels and inhibit the transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) signal transduction pathway. In conclusion, our experiments not only suggest that H2S could alleviate hypothyroidism- induced myocardial fibrosis by activating autophagy and suppressing TGF-β1/ SMAD family member 2 (Smad 2) signal transduction pathway, but also show that it can be used as a complementary treatment to conventional hormone therapy.

Synergic effect of graphite nanoparticle(GN) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) on the kinetics of CO2 hydrate formation were systematically investigated at 277.15 K and 3.5 MPa by measuring the surface tensions, CO2 consumption, storage capacity, hydrate formation rate, ratio of water converting to hydrate and induction time. The experimental results indicated that SDBS concentration change led to the dramatic change of the kinetics characteristics of hydrate formation. Relative to the pure water system, the gas consumption, hydrate storage, hydrate formation rate and ratio of water converting to hydrate were increased by 86.4%, 35.8%, 85.1% and 20% in the presence of GN(0.4%) + SDBS(0.04%), respectively.

Cellulose/antarctic krill protein (C/AKP) composite fibers are successfully prepared by centrifugal spinning. Themain purpose of this paper is to compare the properties of C/AKP composite fibers prepared by centrifugal spinning and wetspinning. The hydrogen bond type, break strength, morphology, crystallinity, and thermal stability are analyzed by Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy, electronic single silk strength testing, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, anddifferential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the C/AKP composite fibers contain intramolecular hydrogen bonds(OH-OH and annular polymer bonds) and intermolecular hydrogen bonds (OH-π, OH-ether O, and OH-N). The centrifugalspinning composite fibers have a higher percentage of intermolecular hydrogen bonds, a higher break strength, and highercrystallinity than the wet spinning fibers. The wet spinning composite fibers have a more obvious groove structure and ahigher degree of swelling than the centrifugally spun fibers.
