        델파이기법을 활용한 국가 공공(公共)백신 연구개발 정책수립 기초조사

        Background: Vaccination is the most powerful and useful preparation against infectious diseases. However, developing vaccines costs a lot and requires extensive long-term efforts. Therefore, the government should research and develop vaccines with a national-level policy. To greatly enhance the success rate of vaccine development, the policy should be set up considering priorities such as the current status of domestic research, the importance for public health, the urgency of research. Methods: The Delphi technique was utilized to draft this survey, through a brainstorming stage, then two inquiries, and finally the final panel meeting where unresolved items were discussed, to draw the conclusion. Results: Among the results, firstly, the highest ranked item on centralized fields for vaccine development by the Ministry of Health was ‘self-sufficiency of vaccines.’ Secondly, ‘emerging infectious disease’ was most highly ranked in prioritized fields of vaccine development and research. Thirdly, for the vaccine that needs to be improved and developed further by the government to improve its efficacy and safety, BCG (Bacille de Calmette) for tuberculosis was ranked the highest on both types (intradermal and subcutaneous injection) from National Immunization Programme (NIP) and non-NIP. As for the high risk pathogens, ‘anthrax’ and ‘smallpox’ were first and second, consecutively. Lastly, ‘development and control of vaccine candidates’ was ranked the highest for the area in need for technique development in order to improve domestic vaccine’s research level. Conclusion: The results of this study will be put to good use as basic data for the national vaccine research and development (R&D) policy of the country. This study was first step and more studies should be carried out for the final decision of the national vaccine R&D priority.

        17세기 육가형 시조 연구 - 장경세의 〈강호연군가〉와 이중경의 〈어부별곡〉

          This study examined the basic features of Jang, gyeong-se(장경세)’s 〈Ganghoyeongun-ga(강호연군가)〉 and Lee, jung-gyeong(이중경)’s 〈Eobu-byeolgok(어부별곡)〉 and then looked into their status in six-stanza Sijo(육가형 시조) based on them.<BR>  Jang, gyeong-se(장경세)’s 〈Ganghoyeongun-ga(강호연군가)〉 is a song that expresses love for the ruler, concern over the nation, respect toward Zhu Xi(주희), and opposition to Lu Jiuyuan(육구연). The work is historically important in that it reflects social conditions of the early 17th century. The first six parts of the work express the sense of loss felt by the Seoin(서인) who were denied political power and the second six parts concern over Neo-Confucianism that was withering due to the growing influence of the study of mind(심학, the Wang yang-ming school). It is more appropriate to regard Lee, jung-gyeong(이중경)"s 〈Eobu-byeolgok (어부별곡)〉 as a six-stanza Sijo(육가형 시조) rather than as a song of fisherman. His mother"s death led Lee, jung-gyeong(이중경) to frankly confess his inward feelings in 〈Eobu-byeolgok(어부별곡)〉, which shows the simple life of a person who enjoys nature without engaging in complicated matters of the world.<BR>  Six-stanza Sijo(육가형 시조) can be largely divided into the following three parts: 〈Jangyukdang-yukga(장육당육가)〉 series, 〈Dosan-sibigok(도산십이곡)〉 series, and 〈Sok-munsanyukga(속문산육가)〉 series. Jang, gyeong-se(장경세)’s 〈Ganghoyeongun-ga(강호연군가)〉 and Lee, jung-gyeong(이중경)’s 〈Eobu-byeolgok(어부별곡)〉 seem to belong to 〈Dosan-sibigok(도산십이곡)〉 series and 〈Sok-munsanyukga(속문산육가)〉 series respectively.

      • Highly Enhanced Performance of Network Channel Polysilicon Thin-Film Transistors

        <P>This letter presents the electrical characteristics of newly proposed network-channel low-temperature polysilicon channel (LTPS) thin-film transistors (TFTs). Due to effective reduction of grain boundary traps and enhanced gate controllability, the network-channel TFTs show better subthreshold slope, lower threshold voltage, and higher ON-OFF current ratio, compared with conventional planar devices. The extracted grain boundary trap density and the interface trap density are significantly reduced in the network-channel devices. In addition, the network-channel devices show higher immunity to hot-carrier stressing, which are confirmed from the low-frequency noise characteristics with various stressing time. These results suggest that the network-channel devices are very promising for next-generation LTPS TFT applications.</P>

      • Plasma-Doped Si Nanosheets for Transistor and <i>p-n</i> Junction Application

        <P>Since the discovery of graphene, layered transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have been considered promising materials for applications in various fields because of their fascinating structural features and physical properties. Doping in semiconducting TMDs is essential for their practical application. In this regard, two-dimensional (2D) Si materials have emerged as a key component of 2D electronic, optics, sensing, and spintronic devices because of their complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) compatibility, high-quality oxide formation, moderated bandgap, and well-established doping techniques. Here, we report the tuning of the electronic properties of Si nanosheets (NSs) using a plasma-doping technique. Using this doping process, we fabricated <I>p</I>-<I>n</I> homojunction diodes and transistors with Si NSs. The estimated high ON/OFF ratio of ∼10<SUP>6</SUP> and field-effect hole mobility of 329 cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>-1</SUP> s<SUP>-1</SUP> suggest a high crystal quality of the Si NSs. We also demonstrate vertically stacked heterostructured <I>p</I>-<I>n</I> junction diodes with MoS<SUB>2</SUB>, which exhibit rectifying properties and excellent light response.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        In this paper, a novel method for human pose estimation algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm only uses depth information only and can work for any human without calibration. To estimate human poses, the proposed algorithm combines a support vector machine(SVM) and a geodesic distance graph. The SVM-based pose estimator uses randomly selected human features to reduce computation. Body parts that involve a lot of motions are estimated by geodesic distance value. The proposed human pose estimation algorithm is evaluated through an experiment and the result showed that our method perform fairly well.

        해마다 보고되는 보안 취약점은 크게 늘어나고 있으며, 이를 보완하기 위한 보안패치 역시 릴리즈 되는 시간 간격이 짧아지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 효과적인 보안패치 분배 작업이 이루어지기 위해서는 자동화된 보안패치 관리 시스템의 도입이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서 이러한 필요성올 기반으로 한 지금까지의 보안패치 분배 및 관리 시스템에 대한 연구 내용들을 분석함으로써 보안패치 분배 및 관리 시스템이 갖추어야 할 요건들을 살펴보고, 이러한 문제점들 해결하기 위한 프레임워크를 직접 설계함으로써 그 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

      • THE EFFECT OF THE ATTRIBUTES OF IT SHOPPING SERVICE AND THE LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY ON CUSTOMER RESPONSES IN FASHION RETAIL

        According to the development of information technology (IT) and new media, customers’ needs have changed to seek not only high quality goods but also a differentiated service in retail stores (Lee & Shin, 2011). For this reason, fashion retail stores started to provide an interesting service by setting up an IT machine or a gadget in the stores. Thereby, customers can get the information or have a special experience while they shop fashion goods. IT shopping service is defined as using technology in retail stores to enhance interaction between retailers and customers. Retailers have tried several types of IT shopping services, which offer information or experience with a high or low level of technology. Informative IT shopping service provides various and useful information, which is related to each product such as size, color, contents, stock, location and fashion styling. Retailers use experiential IT shopping service as an emotional appeal that gives direct experience to customers in some way or other such as watching or acting in a virtual situation. Also, as technology develops, IT shopping services are embodied with diverse technology that are simple or complexity. Some are easy to use with one button and shows 2D images only, but some have a lot of contents such as video clips, SNS share service, showing 3D images, and implementing augment reality. We saw customer responses on the attributes of IT shopping service (informative vs. experimental) x technology level of IT shopping service (high vs. low) x fashion innovativeness/technology innovativeness (high vs. low) This study aims to see the effect of the attributes of IT shopping service and the level of technology on procedure satisfaction and outcome satisfaction, and the moderating effect of perceived enjoyment and perceived complexity. Furthermore, this study will see whether these effects affect visit intention. In this study, the experimental design was adopted as the main methodology, and a total of four stimuli types were selected: 1) informative x high technology 2) informative x low technology 3) experiential x high technology 4) experiential x low technology. The common element, which all types of stimuli have, is a digital touch screen since it is a general equipment nowadays, and the common fashion good for all types is a black blazer. The type of informative service only has the information (size range, color assortment, contents, stock) about selected fashion good with its image. High technology in informative service shows the image with 3D simulation that can help to see 360º of the blazer, and styling tips including a video clip. Moreover, it helps to share the information with friends via SNS. Low technology in informative service only shows a front side of the blazer and presents a store map for customers to find a product they want to try. The types of experiential service draw customer participation providing a picture of customers that are trying on clothes. Experiential service use augment reality (AR) as a high technology and take the back side of customers picture as low technology. For the manipulation check, 18 graduate students in total viewed for each type, and the total sample comprises 387 college students via survey instrument. All hypotheses were tested using AMOS and SPSS 18.0. The main findings of this study are as follows: depending on type of the attributes of IT shopping service and the level of technology affect perceived enjoyment and perceived complexity differently, and there were significant mediating effect of perceived variables toward IT shopping service on procedure satisfaction, outcome satisfaction, and visit intention. Implications for usefulness and role of the IT shopping service in fashion retail stores are provided. And also, limitation of this study and future study are suggested.
