        당뇨병이 백서의 이하선에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to observe microscopic change of salivary gland tissue, which is a cause of xerostomia in diabetic condition : for this target, the author injected streptozotocin 0.1 ml/100 gm b.w. on the rat, Sprague Dawley, to induce diabetes, and then observed microscopic changes in parotid gland tissue using light microscopy and electron microscopy. The results were as follows: 1. Parotid gland tissue of the diabetic rat was atrophied or degenerated in lapse of experimental time, but began to repair from 14 days after diabetic induction. 2. In the basal lamina of the vessel of parotid galnd tissue in the diabetic rat. lamina lucida was discontinued and lamina densa was increased in thickness, but the number of capillary was gradually increased and dilated. 3. In acinic and intercalated ductal cells of parotid gland in the diabetic rat, changes of mitochondria, RER, secretory granule. free ribosome were prominent. In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that degenerative changes of the parotid gland tissue were due to not completely thickening of the basal lamina of vessels, but many other causal factors, because thickness of the basal lamina of vessels was not related with degenerative changes.

        The purpose of this study is an investigation of the transferred army facilities site affecting changes land use in the surrounding area. In this study follows analysis in three steps : first, finding of the concept of what transferred site is and the present state of the transferred army facilities site ; then, finding changes of land use in the surrounding area which the transferred army facilities site affects ; finally, suggestion of the right ways how the transferred army facilities site will be developed. In the future Not only army facilities but also other facilities will be transferred in the suburbs, Therefore transferred sites will be increased. We may development many site by means of various types. In this time we should recognize not only the transferred army facilities site but also a surrounding area. Through the ideas we can make sound development and transferred sites will operate well in the city belonging that site

      • ESO 기법을 이용한 컴플라이언트 메커니즘 설계

        A compliant mechanism is a mechanism that produces its motion by the flexibility of some or all of its members when the input forces are applied. Whereas the topology optimization based on homogenization and SIMP parameterization has been successfully applied for compliant mechanism design, an ESO approach has not been considered yet for the optimization of these types of systems. This work presents a modified version of the evolutionary structural optimization (ESO) Procedure for its application in topology optimization of compliant mechanisms, It will be shown that an additive version of this method must be adopted in order to achieve the optimum design, since the traditional ESO method's element removal technique is not efficient in this case. The methodology is based on a mutual energy concept for formulation of flexibility and the ESO method. A multi-objective optimization problem is formulated as an application of compliant mechanism design. The procedure has tested in several numerical applications and benchmark examples to illustrate and validate the approach.

      • SHS 화학로에 의한 TiC-B₄C 복합체의 소결특성에 관한 연구

        SHS 법에 의하여 TiC를 합성하고 SHS 화학로를 이용하여 B₄C를 합성하여 TiC 기지에 B₄C의 첨가량을 변화시키면서 TiC-B₄C 복합체의 소결특성을 연구하였다. TiC-B₄C 복합체에서 20wt% B₄C를 첨가하였을때 가장 우수한 소결특성을 나타내었으며 1900℃에서 90분간 30MPa의압력으로 고온 가압소결하여 얻어진 소결체의 상대밀도, 꺽임강도, 경도 및 파괴인성은 각각 98.2%, 620MPa, 2412Kg/mm²그리고 ??이었다. TiC and B₄C were prepared from the Mixture of metal titanium, boron and graphite powders in Argon atmosphere by Self-propagating High-temterature Synthesis method and self-propagating High-temterature Synthesis Chemical furnace respectively. The sintered properties of TiC-B₄C composite as a function of B₄C content was investigated in theTiC-B₄C composite. The relative density. M. O. R. strength, Hardness and fractur toughness of TiC-20wt% B₄C composite sintered at 1900˚C for 90min. by hot-pressing under the presure of 30 MPa were 98.2%, 620MPa, 2412kg/mm and ??,respectively.

      • 不整根移秧이 水稻生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響 硏究

        The authors studied on the effects of unarranged root transplantations rice plant for growth and products at paddy farm of Kyung Pook Univ. in 1967. The results obtained were as follows; 1) Transplanting of unarranged root gives delayed growth at each seeding dates and that about a week was delayed at the latest transplanting block.. Base parts of the unarranged roots were decayd:it was the period to absorb the nutrition at the block of arranged root while growth of unarranged root was delayed because of new root formation at 2nd and 3rd nodes. 2) Earing period was delayed but maturity was hastended at block of unarranged root, These Phenomena was derived from irregular vegetative growth and shortened maturity, the autors believed. 3) Weight of defective grain was high while straw weight was much lowered, So it is the top priority problem to arrange the root when transplanting of rice plant ofr augmentation.

      • ESO 기법을 이용한 신뢰성 기반 최적설계

        This paper presents a Reliability-Based Topology Optimization (RBTO) using Evolutionary Structural Optimization (ESO). An actual design involves uncertain conditions such as material property, operational load and dimensional variation. Deterministic Topology Optimization (DTO) is obtained without considering of uncertainties related to the uncertainty parameters. However, RBTO involves evaluation of probabilistic constraints, which can be done in two different ways, the reliability index approach (RIA) and the performance measure approach (PMA). Limit state function is approximated using Monte Carlo Simulation and Central Composite Design for reliability analysis. ESO, one of the topology optimization techniques, is adopted for topology optimization. Numerical examples are presented to compare the DTO with RBTO.

      • LPCD법에 의한 Tin박막의 전계 에미터 어레이 제작

        Using low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD), TiN thin films as field emitter array were fabricated. In this Work, a method was transfered to a substrate and the wet-etching of the silicon substrate instead of fabricated method of mold shape was using in generally but we have fabricated gated field emitter tips as using mold shape of the new method that using a side wall space structure. Following sequences such as LPCVD method of a gate electrod and gate oxide on a silicon substrate and defesited BPSG thin film as a high temperature was flowed by the mold shape of a sharpen, the TiN as a materials of emitter tips was deposited after was bounded by anodic bonding and the wet-etching of the silicon substrate by using KOII solution, the last have fabricated a gated field emitter arrays of a sharpen. These emitters were estmated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.

      • 유한요소해석을 통한 iTECH의 전단 성능에 관한 해석적 연구

        Experimental evaluations for the iTECH beam System, which is invented for the purpose of making a lower height in steel structures, have been studied a lot for many years. In addition, they show the possibility of being developed as a new system when the iTECH beam system is applied in construction fields. However, the experiments were carried out without preceding theoretical analyses. Thus, it is intended to supplement some parts of the experiments by analyses and to provide the basis on future studies. iTECH Beam evaluated structural function through moment, shear, joint experiment and proposed formula. While this experiment, shear formula proposed assuming that steel web is all shown similar shear behavior about shear component element. This paper tries to verify assumption for analyzing shear behavior through FEA method.

        브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 신뢰 및 브랜드 애호도의 구조적 관계 : 금융브랜드 이미지를 중심으로

        본 논문은 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 신뢰 그리고 브랜드 애호도에 관한 구조적 관계를 실증분석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 은행을 이용해 본 경험이 있는 고객들을 상대로 설문조사를 하였으며 수집된 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식에 의해 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 신뢰, 그리고 브랜드 애호도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과 브랜드 이미지는 브랜드 신뢰에 브랜드 신뢰는 브랜드 애호도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 애호도와의 관계에서 브랜드 신뢰는 부분적으로 매개적 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 따른 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 미래 연구방향에 대해 기술하였다. This study examines the structural relationship among brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty in bank industry, and then how brand trust plays a role of mediating variables between brand image and brand loyalty. Findings of this study are as follows: First, the brand image is significantly related to brand trust. The more consumer arouses about brand image, the more he trust the brand.Second, brand trust affects brand loyalty. Creating and maintaining brand trust produces positive results in repeat purchase and word-of-mouth activities. Third, brand trust is definitely found as a mediating variables which illustrates the relationship of brand image and brand loyalty. This paper suggests some marketing implications. First, it is possible to place a powerful brand when a brand has strong, favorable, and unique brand image. Bank industry should endeavor to build and maintain a strong, favorable, unique brand image because the powerful brand leads to brand equity. Second, financial goods in bank do not still perform in their strong, favorable and unique brand image attributes. Therefore banks provide consumers the strong, favorable, unique brand image in financial goods through effective communications.
