Digital Farming Strategy in Precision Agriculture
( Sakae Shibusawa ) 한국농업기계학회 2018 한국농업기계학회 학술발표논문집 Vol.23 No.1
Questions are underling “who uses advanced technology and the data created?”, “who owns the data?”, and “who makes decision in the link of digital farming?” In Japan a strategy of the government was issued to enhance the interoperability and portability of the data/information of the field. The administration also focused on standardization of the data/information and terminology to be shared among people. They need a platform sharing agricultural information, followed by creating various value-chains. The on-farm work becomes of interest because of its functions of producing not only products but also information. In precision agriculture farm work management involved four levels of knowledge in action. Level 1 was description of the spatio-temporal variability of the fields, on Level 2 understanding why the variability came out with help of farmers’ experience. Level 3 was to make decisions in order to increase the throughputs, looking at increases in the yield/quality under regional constraints, and reducing the cost, or change the cropping system. Level 4 was the action and evaluation, such as to choose system of actions under the constraints of labor, machinery, etc. One of the system actions of growers was to introduce a carbon-farming or to provide agro-medical foods. It needs trans-border collaboration across divisions and disciplines.

In our previous study, a prolactin elevation was more frequently in risperidone than in blonanserin; however, it was more often in blonanserin than in olanzapine. Therefore, while a rate of PRL rising is low to moderate, hyperprolactinemia is a considerable adverse effect in the blonanserin treatment. In this study, to examine detailed characteristics of hyperprolactinemia of blonanserin, we analyzed the prolactin data in six schizophrenic patients who were switched to blonanserin from other antipsychotics and followed for one year. As a result, blonanserin dose was clearly associated with serum prolactin level. The average prolactin level was almost normal when the mean blonanserin dosage was 8.0 mg/day. Regardless of the dose decrease of blonanserin, there were no remarkable changes in symptoms and social functions. Based on our findings, we conclude that low dose blonanserin medication may be useful for schizophrenia maintenance treatment without hyperprolactinemia and a high rate of relapse.
